系统阐述了全集成自动化理念的内涵，指出其特点在于统一的数据管理、统一的编程组态、统一的通讯以及无与伦比的开放性，其中采用WINCC与STEP7两个软件进行了说明，井提出全集成自动化应用将是今后自动化技术发展应用的方向。     

Optimal and self‐tuning fusion Kalman filters for discrete‐time stochastic singular systems

Based on the optimal fusion estimation algorithm weighted by scalars in the linear minimum variance sense, a distributed optimal fusion Kalman filter weighted by scalars is presented for discrete‐time stochastic singular systems with multiple sensors and correlated noises. A cross‐covariance matrix of filtering errors between any two sensors is derived. When the noise statistical information is unknown, a distributed identification approach is presented based on correlation functions and the weighted average method. Further, a distributed self‐tuning fusion filter is given, which includes two stage fusions where the first‐stage fusion is used to identify the noise covariance and the second‐stage fusion is used to obtain the fusion state filter. Multicasting in a class of multicast-capable WDM networks

Multicast is the ability to transmit information from a single source node to multiple destination nodes. Multicast can be supported more efficiently in optical domain by utilizing the inherent light-splitting capacity of optical switches than by copying data in electronic domain. In this paper, we study multicast communication in a class of multicast-capable WDM networks (i.e., the networks that have light splitting switches) with regular topologies under some commonly used routing algorithms. Upper and lower bounds on the minimum number of wavelengths required are determined for a network to be rearrangeable for arbitrary multicast assignments, and compared with those WDM networks without light splitting switches. Our results indicate that in most of the networks we study, the number of wavelengths required can be significantly reduced by utilizing light splitting switches

学校思想政治工作的任务是什么?面对这个问题,不少从事学校思想政治工作的人回答不上来.有些同志虽能说出一些,但仍不免失之肤浅或偏颇.如有的同志认为,学校思想政治工作的任务是政治学习、舆论宣传、说服教育、号召动员等.其实,这些都是思想政治工作方面的具体工作,而非主要任务.这就像学生管理的具体工作是抓纪律、抓卫生、抓内务、抓活动……而其主要任务则是培养学生优秀的思想品质、严格的组织性纪律性和良好的工作、学习、生活习惯一样.我们在实际工作中,是着眼于做好某项具体工作,还是放眼于任务的圆满完成?这是一个工作境界问题.境界越高,对问题的认识越准,工作的措施越对,收到的效果就越好.我们的思想政治工作倘若仅仅是为了做好某项具体工作的话,那就很难达到应有的水平,因为它缺乏必要的宏观目标的指导.你想把握学校思想政治工作的主动权吗?你想把它开展得游刃有余、卓有成效吗?那就首先需要对学校思想政治工作的任务有一个清醒的认识.现结合自己多年从事学校思想政治工作的实践体会,谈一点粗浅的认识.我们认为,学校思想政治工作有思想政治工作的共性,也有学校工作的特点,其任务可以概括为六个字:提高、落实、统一.     

Flame retardant and the degradation mechanism of high impact polystyrene/Fe-montmorillonite nanocomposites

High impact polystyrene/Fe-montmorillonite (HIPS/Fe-MMT) nanocomposites were successfully prepared by melting intercalation. The nanostructures of HIPS/Fe-MMT were testified by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Corresponding to pure HIPS, the thermal stability of HIPS/Fe-MMT nanocomposites was notably improved. The peaks of heat release rate (PHRR) and the mass loss rate (MLR) were significantly reduced after the formation of the HIPS/Fe-MMT nanocomposites from cone calorimetry. And nanocomposites PHRR was further lower with the increase of Fe-MMT content in the range of 1 to 5 wt%. The degradation mechanism of HIPS and HIPS/Fe-MMT nanocomposites was conducted by pyrolysis gas chromatography mass spectrometry (Py-GC-MS). And the reason of the enhancement of thermal stability maybe is that structural iron is the operative site for radical trapping in the Fe-MMT and the nanostructure enhances the interaction of the chains of the HIPS.
