When a fault occurs on transmission or distribution systems due to lightning or overvoltage, often an arc discharge occurs at the fault point. The arc discharge, which is caused by a fault current, has a high current, high temperature, strong light emission, etc., thus it sometimes causes heavy damages to electric power equipment. The arc discharge is influenced by the conditions around the arcs, i.e., gas, insulation materials, gap length, weather, etc. Also, the arc voltage along the arc column indicates the characteristics of the arc. If the voltage waveforms of the arcs caused by the fault on transmission or distribution systems are classified, it is possible to find the location and the equipment where the fault occurred. In this paper, the arc voltage data in 6-kV class XLPE cables and 6-kV class overhead lines are analyzed and an artificial neural network method is applied to classify the arc voltage waveforms. The results obtained from the six artificial neural networks developed show that the artificial neural network method is effective for classification of arc voltage waveforms if adequate input parameters are selected.  相似文献

The behaviour of the amorphous chain in vulcanized natural rubber (NR) and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) under extension is studied by means of the cylindrical distribution function (CDF) derived from wide angle X-ray scattering (WAXS). In the case of the highly stretched vulcanized NR where the orientation-induced crystallization took place, the observed WAXS intensity was separated into a crystalline peak component and a broad amorphous one from which the CDF was obtained. The CDF calculated from the broad component shows that some of the amorphous segments of the highly stretched vulcanized NR are extended as fully as the crystalline chains and that the fraction of the segments increases with increasing extension. In the case of SBR, such fully stretched segments as in the case of the vulcanized NR show higher degree of an interchain packing order than those in the vulcanized NR.  相似文献

We prepared La-Sr-Nb-O system samples both in bulk form and as a film, with sharp resistive transitions at temperatures of 228–323 K, depending on the annealing conditions. The sharp resistive transitions might be attributable to superconductivity. Magnetic ordering was observed over a narrow temperature range around 40 K for some of the samples.  相似文献

The performance of poly-β-naphthalene sulfonate condensate superplasticizer (BNS) as a dispersant for cement in concrete is affected severely by slight differences in the characteristics of the cement. In order to be able to predict these effects, a model for estimating the fluidity of cement paste containing BNS is proposed. This model is based on an assumption that the fluidity of cement paste is proportional to the BNS adsorption amount per surface area of hydrated cement (Ad/Hy). BNS is known to show two types of sorption on hydrated cement: one is the bulk absorption into initial hydrates and the other one is the superficial adsorption onto hydrates. Only the superficially adsorbed BNS is expected to work as a dispersant. By assuming a competitive Langmuir-type adsorption on hydrates between BNS and SO42−, a simple method to estimate Ad/Hy is developed, with the concentrations of BNS and SO42− as the only two independent parameters. The resulting estimates of Ad/Hy show a good correlation with paste flow and its change with elapsed time for a broad range of cements. The SO42− concentration in the aqueous phase of the cement paste just after the beginning of the mixing is known to affect the performance of BNS as a dispersant. By using the proposed model to discriminate between the superficial adsorption and bulk absorption of BNS, this phenomenon is explained quantitatively.  相似文献

We present sample CUDA programs for the GPU computing of the Swendsen–Wang multi-cluster spin flip algorithm. We deal with the classical spin models; the Ising model, the qq-state Potts model, and the classical XY model. As for the lattice, both the 2D (square) lattice and the 3D (simple cubic) lattice are treated. We already reported the idea of the GPU implementation for 2D models (Komura and Okabe, 2012). We here explain the details of sample programs, and discuss the performance of the present GPU implementation for the 3D Ising and XY models. We also show the calculated results of the moment ratio for these models, and discuss phase transitions.  相似文献

Titanium dioxide and zinc oxide films were fabricated by spin-on and dip-coating methods. Both types of films exhibited columnar grains when the single coating was thin, ∼10 nm. The columnar TiO2 films were dense, as confirmed by their density values calculated from the refractive index and TEM results. The addition of Al cations into the ZnO suppressed grain growth, because Zn had a lower diffusivity in the doped films. The doped ZnO films had nearly the same electrical resistivity as that of the undoped films.  相似文献

Comparing the thermal properties of TiO2 encapsulating polystyrene and poly(methyl methacrylate) with those of TiO2 dispersion polymers it was found that the encapsulating polymers have two thermal relaxation regions. The activation energy of those thermal relaxation regions was determined using the Wunderlich method and it was found that the values are similar to the activation energy for the dynamic dispersion. It is suggested that the low-temperature thermal relaxation is caused by the local change of conformation of molecular chains, while the high-temperature thermal relaxation is similar to that of the normal glass transition temperature including the interaction with TiO2. In addition, the thermal behaviour near the degradation point in different atmospheres indicates that the encapsulating polymer has a specific structure for adsorbing a large amount of oxygen.  相似文献

Thermal expansion behaviors of a Si3N4-whisker-reinforced sodaborosilicate glass matrix composite are studied. An abrupt increase of the coefficient of thermal expansion is observed and is attributed to formation of crystobalite in the sodaborosilicate glass matrix. This thermal expansion behavior is discussed with special reference to the phase transformation of the crystobalite.  相似文献

The decomposition of chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) in the presence of water was examined over a variety of solid acid catalysts. The TiO2ZrO2 catalyst was found to have the highest activity and longest life among the catalysts examined. The activity of the TiO2ZrO2 catalysts depended upon the content of TiO2. At the contents of TiO2 from 58 to 90 mole%, the TiO2ZrO2 catalysts exhibited high activity, and these catalysts were proven to contain TiZrO4 crystal. From the study of the XRD peak intensity of the TiZrO4 crystal, it was highest on the TZ-58 which contained 58 mole% of TiO2, and decreased with increasing the content of TiO2. Furthermore, the conversion of CFC113 measured at 673 K was highest at TZ-58, and decreased gradually with increasing TiO2 content. Therefore, the TiZrO4 crystal influences the activity of decomposition of CFC113. However, the TiO2ZrO2 catalyst was gradually deactivated during the reaction due to the elimination of titanium atoms. A good relationship was found between the activity on TiO2ZrO2 catalyst and bond energy of CCl in the compounds of chlorofluorocarbons and hydrochlorocarbons, suggesting that the rate controlling step was the cleavage of CCl bond.  相似文献
