PURIFICATION AND PROPERTIES OF TRANSGLUTAMINASE FROM STREPTOVERTICILLIUM MOBARAENSE

Transglutaminase (TGase) was separated from the culture broth of an isolated strain of Streptoverticillium mobaraense. The crude enzyme was prepared by centrifugation, ultrafiltration, precipitation by alcohol, centrifugation and freeze‐drying. The yield after these processes was 65–70%. Then the enzyme was purified to homogeneity by chromatography on CM‐cellulose and Sephadex G‐75 on which the yields were about 70% and 80%, respectively; the purified folds reached 2.5–4.7 and 1.08–2.06, respectively. The molecular weight of this TGase was 39,500–40,100 Da by gel filtration chromatography. Optimum enzyme activity was observed in the pH range of 5.0–7.0, and it was maintained stable at 20–40C. The optimal temperature and pH was 52C and 6.0, respectively. At 1 mM and 5 mM metal ion or inhibitors concentration, TGase activity was strongly inhibited by Zn²⁺ and NEM, and not affected obviously by Ba²⁺, Ca²⁺, Co²⁺, Cu²⁺, Fe²⁺, Fe³⁺, Mg²⁺, Mn²⁺, Na⁺ as well as PMSF and EDTA. The effects of these additions on this TGase were compared with those of other microbial TGases.

长庆天然气田属于低压、低渗透气田,存在承压能力较低的地层,固井设计要求全井段封固,并且采用双级双凝施工工艺。但由于用于低密度水泥浆中的漂珠生产量降低,价格上升,研究应用替代产品是固井技术发展的方向。在一级领浆中研究应用了粉煤灰水泥浆体系,其性能和固井质量可完全满足固井要求。粉煤灰水泥浆体系价格低和固井质量优良,使其成为漂珠水泥浆体系的替代配方。     

Effect of Thickness of the p-AlGaN Electron Blocking Layer on the Improvement of ESD Characteristics in GaN-Based LEDs

The following letter presents a study regarding GaN-based light-emitting diodes (LEDs) with p-type AlGaN electron blocking layers (EBLs) of different thicknesses. The study revealed that the LEDs could endure higher electrostatic discharge (ESD) levels as the thickness of the AlGaN EBL increased. The observed improvement in the ESD endurance ability could be attributed to the fact that the thickened p-AlGaN EBL may partly fill the dislocation-related pits that occur on the surface of the InGaN-GaN multiple-quantum well (MQW) and that are due to the strain and the low-temperature-growth process. If these dislocation-related pits are not partly suppressed, they will eventually result in numerous surface pits associated with threading dislocations that intersect the InGaN-GaN (MQW), thereby reducing the ESD endurance ability. The results of the experiment show that the ESD endurance voltages could increase from 1500 to 6000 V when the thickness of the p-AlGaN EBL in the GaN LEDs is increased from 32.5 to 130 nm, while the forward voltages and light output powers remained almost the same.     

一种前馈型全摆幅恒跨导准恒增益CMOS运放设计

设计了一种适合在低电源电压下工作的前馈型输入级放大结构，在全摆幅的动态工作范围内，输入级跨导保持不变，采用负载电流补偿以保证增益近似恒定，输出采用前馈型AB类输结构，实现全摆幅输出。     

Verification of submodeling technique in thermomechanical reliability assessment of flip-chip package assembly

In this paper we verified the submodeling technique applied in the thermomechanical reliability assessment of a flip-chip BGA under accelerated thermal cycling test conditions. Since the steady-state creep model was implemented for the solder bump to better represent its realistic mechanical behavior, submodeling procedures developed specifically for path-dependent thermomechanical problems were considered. A detailed global model for the flip-chip BGA was built up to verify submodeling solutions. This model also served as a benchmark to examine solution discrepancies caused by different simplifications of the global model.     

基于Delphi的报童模型的实现与动态仿真

已往库存论中的决策模型,它是把现实过程用数学的方法进行分析,得到决策值,但不能看到决策的过程,不能反映出现实生活中的不确定性、动态性。运用Delphi 7.0和SQL server 2000对销售过程进行了动态仿真,利用Newsboy模型的推广(S,s)订购策略来监控库存并做出决策,这样就体现出此过程的不确定性、动态性;且举出了一个仿真商品销售的实例,对其中的一些关键技术,如何仿真、算法的实现等进行了阐述。     

实用户外视频监控异常检测策略

树枝叶等植物的晃动是造成户外监控背景复杂性的主要因素。该文提出一种基于视频分析的运动对象检测策略，利用快慢双背射模型检测运动变化像素，并通过邻域像素的棚关性检测消除虚假运动对象。实验表明此算法对户外监控不但速度快而且检测效果理想，满足实用化要求。     

Interleukin-2 enhancement of cytotoxicity by humanized monoclonal antibody M195 (anti-CD33) in myelogenous leukemia

The mass childhood immunization programme has traditionally been viewed as a safe and effective preventative measure by health promoters, primary health care professionals and governments. This consensus has meant that immunization has rarely been viewed as ethically problematic. A number of recent changes in the context of the delivery of health care, particularly the emphasis on consumerism and the effect of the marketization of services, makes timely an examination of ethical, social and political issues. This article examines four main grounds for problematizing the mass childhood immunization programme. These are: clinical research evidence about the safety and efficacy of vaccines; the masking of wider social and political determinants of ill health; the contradictory strictures about collective and individual rights in relation to immunization; and the uniqueness of childhood immunization as a physical intrusion into a healthy body. The implications of these ethical issues are discussed in relation to informed consent and the need for a 'greenfield' review that includes the views of dissenting parents, lawyers and moral philosophers, as well as health professionals.
