A knowledge-based system for sensor selection

This paper presents a Knowledge-based system (KBS) developed to allow users, who may not be knowledgeable about sensors, to select sensors suitable for their specific needs. The KBS runs on a micro-computer. The selection criteria are user specified and are based on the desired measurement parameters. The system output includes all of the operational and dimensional parameters of the recommended sensor, price, and vendor information.

从f(n,t)曲线的研究出发,得到了求解油田单井平均日产油量经济极限值的数学方程式,介绍了用曲线交汇法求解的过程,分析了油田月递减余率和原油销售价是影响油田单井平均日产油量经济极限的主要因素。该方法在油田开发调整方案的编制和油田开发规划部署工作中将起到一定的作用。     

Some nitrosoamino acids in bacon adipose tissue and their contribution to the total N-nitroso compound concentration

Zusammenfassung Der Gehalt an Nitrosoaminosäuren und ihr Anteil an den Gesamt-N-Nitrosoverbindungen im Fettgewebe von rohem Schinkenspeck wurde untersucht. In 80% der Proben wurde ein Gehalt an Nitrosoaminosäuren von bis zu 0,2 mg/kg festgestellt. Scheinbare Gesamt-N-Nitrosoverbindungen waren in allen Proben in einer Konzentration von 0,4 bis 3,7 mg (N-NO)/kg vorhanden. Die eigentlichen Nitrosoaminosäuren machen nur etwa 1% der scheinbaren Gesamt-N-Nitrosoverbindungen aus. Die Mehrzahl der scheinbaren Gesamt-N-Nitrosoverbindungen im Fettgewebe findet sich im nichtlöslichen Bindegewebe, wobei der verbleibende Rest chloroformlöslich ist.Summary The levels of nitrosoamino acids and apparent total N-nitroso compounds in the adipose tissue of raw bacon have been examined. Nitrosoamino acids were detected in 80% of the samples in levels of up to 0.2 mg/kg. Apparent total N-nitroso compounds were present in all samples in concentrations of between 0.4 and 3.7 mg (N-NO)/kg. Nitrosoamino acids accounted for approximately only 1 % of the apparent total N-nitroso compounds. The majority of the apparent total N-nitroso compounds in the adipose tissue were associated with the insoluble connective tissue fraction, with the remainder present as chloroform soluble species.

辽河油田东部凹陷火山岩油藏较为集中分布．然而常规酸化效果较差．经采用三元酸（粉末硝酸、盐酸和氢氟酸）前置液压裂酸化后．获得显著的增产效果，进一步表明该项酸化工艺技术成熟，宜于推广应用。同时也面临技术集成再创新机遇．适应更广泛的地质需求。     

Densitometry determination of dioxins using gold nanoparticlemodified dioxin response element probes

This study aims to develop a rapid and sensitive densitometry bioassay of dioxins. It is known that dioxin ligand can bind heterodimeric aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) and trigger the formation of the complex of dioxin-AhR, AhR nuclear translocator (Arnt), and dioxin-responsive element (DRE). We have established a rapid and sensitive method using nanoparticle-modified DRE probes based on dioxin-dependent binding of DRE to AhR complex. Dioxins can trigger the binding of nanoparticle-modified DRE probe to AhR complex. The nanoparticle-modified DRE probes in the dioxin-AhR-Arnt-DRE complexes immobilized on the microplates were detected by measuring optical density after silver enhancement. Results showed that as little as 0.01 pM of TCDD could be detected. Dioxins could be quantified accurately with the linear range from 1 nM to 0.01 pM. The coefficient of variation was 5≈8% in this bioassay. The optical density of nanoparticle-based silver enhancement was produced in a dose- and time- dependent manner. The dioxin concentrations in fly ash samples determined by this bioassay were comparable with that by the standard HRGC/HRMS. Thus this bioassay is a sensitive and convenient cell-free bioassay of dioxin that is suitable for screening of dioxins in environmental or food matrices.     

面对油气勘探的新领域，加快石油地球物理勘探技术进步——2006年《石油地球物理勘探》评述

 《石油地球物理勘探》报道了我国石油地球物理勘探领域方法和技术的最新进展及所取得的成就，反映了我国石油地球物理勘探的科研水平和实际应用能力。面对我国新领域油气勘探的不断深入，石油地球物理勘探技术也不断地取得进步。2006年该刊共发表各类论文134篇,主要内容涉及7个方面:①野外地震采集技术;②地震资料处理方法和技术;③地震综合解释及油气预测方法和技术;④重磁电综合物探方法和技术;⑤测井技术应用;⑥地质研究;⑦专家综述和评述。     

龙开口水电站溢流坝段动力模型破坏试验研究

采用仿真混凝土材料研究了龙开口水电站溢流坝段在不同因素影响下的动力破坏特征,并通过对6个模型试验结果的分析探讨了溢流坝段的动力破坏机理。试验中考虑了坝体-库水的动力相互作用以及横河向地震动对大坝破坏的影响,采用规范谱波和场地谱波两种地震动激励进行模型超载破坏分析。试验结果为工程设计和评价溢流坝段的抗震性能提供依据。
