单轴传动滚切式双边剪薄钢板剪后“错牙”及“飞边”的原因分析与对策

针对单轴传动滚切式双边剪生产过程中出现的薄钢板经双边剪剪后出现“错牙”及“飞边”的问题,从多个方面入手对薄钢板出现“错牙”及“飞边”的原因进行了分析对比,提出了相应的解决方案,对今后滚切式双边剪的设计、制造及安装调试有借鉴和参考价值。     

含葡萄糖基水溶性硫化黑的合成

本文以C.I.硫化黑1为原料,经葡萄糖还原成隐色体后,再与葡萄糖缩合,合成出含葡萄糖基水溶性硫化黑。合成方法分别采用了焙烘法和水介质中合成。结果表明,水介质中合成的含葡萄糖基水溶性硫化黑溶解度好于焙烘法。     

余热热处理对热变形低铬半钢耐磨性的影响

通过冲击磨损试验，测试了变形低铬半钢耐磨性，并对其磨损面特征进行了分析。结果表明：该钢变形后经适当的余热热处理可获得较高的耐磨性能。     

Facile modifications of polyimide via chloromethylation: II. Synthesis and characterization of thermocurable transparent polyimide having methylene acrylate side groups

From chloromethylated polyimide, a useful starting material for modification of aromatic polyimides, a thermocurable transparent polyimide having acrylate side groups was prepared. In the presence of 1,8‐diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undec‐7‐ene, chloromethylated polyimide was esterified with acrylic acid to synthesize poly(imide methylene acrylate). The polymer was soluble in organic solvent, which makes it possible to prepare a planar film by spin coating. The polymer film became insoluble after thermal treatment at 230 °C for 30 min. Optical transparency of the film at 400 nm (for 1 µm thickness) was higher than 98 % and not affected by further heating at 230 °C for 250 min. Adhesion properties measured by the ASTM D3359‐B method ranged from 4B to 5B. Preliminary results of planarization testing showed a high degree of planarization (DOP) value (>0.53). These properties demonstrate that poly(imide methylene acrylate) could be utilized as a thermocurable transparent material in fabricating display devices such as TFT‐LCD. 无线技术的新领域--WUSB

无线USB(WUSB)技术是一个全新的无线传输标准.实现USB(通用串行总线)无线化以后,既可以保持有线USB的高速传输等优点,又可以去掉电缆的羁绊,给各种设备带来更大的便捷和移动性.文中首先介绍了WUSB技术的由来--UWB技术规范的标准化难以确定,然后对WUSB技术的规范标准进行了阐述,最后概述了WUSB技术的发展现状及目前和今后的技术研发重点,并对WUSB的发展前景进行了展望.     

Protein binding study of isoflavone, perillyl alcohol and S-ibuprofen by high-performance frontal analysis

High-performance frontal analysis (HPFA) was used for a protein binding study of isoflavones (daidzein, genistin, and genistein), enantiomers of perillyl alcohol and S-ibuprofen to human serum albumin (HSA). The analyses were performed on a Develosil and Inertsil 100-Diol-5 column (10 cm×4.6mm). Sodium phosphate solution (pH 7.4, ionic strength 0.17) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. To ensure the drug to be eluted as a trapezoidal peak with a plateau, injection volumes were each fixed up the zonal profile with an evident plateau appears. The unbound drug concentration was determined from a plateau height of the plateau region after that experimental data were fitted by Scatchard equation. The binding constants (K) and total binding affinities (nK) of drugs to HSA were calculated, respectively.     

面向嵌入式系统组态工具的研究

本文在对当前流行的组态软件进行了分析的基础上，根据专用嵌入式系统的特点，设计了一个面向嵌入式系统组态工具的软件原型，并给出了相应的数据结构。
