Tests and numerical simulation on curved blade of super-critical adjust stage

Tests and numerical simulations of super-critical adjust stage blade were carried out and the effect of bowed blade on flow characteristics and the secondary flow were analyzed. The simulation and test results show that the adjust stage blade with aft-loading and big front-edge radius has good flow characteristics by meridian shrink. The numerical studies were carried out with software of NUMECA in order to investigate the aerodynamic characteristics of adjust stage blades,which include prototype blade(tested blade) ,positive curved blade (15°) and negative curved blade(-15°) . The simulation results show that the positive curved blade forms a negative static pressure gradient in the lower region of the cascade along the blade height and a positive static pressure gradient in the upper region. This leads to the reduction of the streamwise vortices intensity and the aerodynamic load on both sides of the blade and the endwall. Therefore,the crosswise secondary flow losses of endwall can be decreased considerably.     

混合交通下右转机动车信号配时方法

为了减少右转机动车与直行自行车之间的干扰,提高交叉口的运行效率,本文分析了两相位信号控制交叉口右转机动车与自行车之间的冲突规律以及自行车交通流的行驶特性,确定设置右转机动车信号的直行自行车流量临界值.以减少冲突和提高交叉口运行效率为目标,确定右转机动车相位绿灯起亮时刻和绿灯时长,并建立了相应的参数标定模型.以实际调查数据为基础,应用VISSIM模拟软件进行模拟验证,结果表明,设置右转机动车信号后,右转机动车延误和机非冲突明显减少.     

基于KPCA和SVM的火箭发动机试验台故障诊断方法

为了解决液体火箭发动机试验台的故障诊断问题,提出了一种基于核主元分析(KPCA)特征提取和支持向量多分类机(SVM)的故障诊断方法,该方法首先利用核主元分析对试验台标准故障样本进行特征提取,通过特征分析,建立适合于试验台故障状态识别的层次多分类支持向量机,并对其进行训练,然后将试验数据在主元上投影,输入到训练好的支持向量多分类器,对试验台故障状态进行识别.该方法充分利用了核主元分析强大的非线性特征提取能力和支持向量分类机良好的小样本泛化特性,解决了试验台故障诊断中的小样本、非线性模式识别问题.对试验台的试验结果表明,该方法是有效的、可行的.     

Processing and properties of 2D SiC/SiC composites by precursor infiltration and pyrolysis

Two-dimensional plain-weave silicon carbide fiber fabric reinforced silicon carbide (2D-SiC/SiC) composites were molded by stacking method and densified through precursor infiltration and pyrolysis (PIP) process. SiC coating was deposited as the fiber/matrix interphase layer by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique. Fiber/matrix debonding and relatively long fiber pullouts were observed on the fracture surfaces. Additionally, the flexural strength and elastic modulus of the composites with and without fiber/matrix interphase layer were investigated using three-point bending test and single-edge notched beam test. The results show that the fiber fraction and the porosity of 2D-SiC/SiC composites with and without coating are 27.2% (volume fraction) and 11.1%, and 40.7% (volume fraction) and 7.5%, respectively. And the flexural strength and elastic modulus of 2D-SiC/SiC composites with and without coating are 363.3 MPa and 127.8 GPa, and 180.2 MPa and 97.2 GPa, respectively. With a proper thickness, the coating can effectively adjust the fiber/matrix interface, thus causing a dramatic increase in the mechanical properties of the composites. 中国国家发展改革委员会在2008年6月19日宣布调整部分能源产品价格,其中,规定自7月1日起将全国销售电价平均每kW.h提高2.5分钱。电力工业作为一个基础性的能源产业,其产品渗透到了经济体的各个方面,对经济发展和社会进步起着不可低估的作用,其价格调整必将引起相关产业部门的相应调整,进而影响到整个经济体的运行和社会生活的稳定。基于投入产出方法,量化了此次电价调整对经济的影响,并设定了不同的调价方案,分析了不同调价方案对经济运行的影响程度。通过分析,得出的结论是:此次电价调整在社会可承受范围之内,不会对经济产生太大的不利影响,未来的电价仍然有调升的空间;电价变动对不同部门产生的影响不同,在制定电价政策时,应充分考虑各个部门的承受能力,做到既有利于电力工业发展,又有利于产业结构的优化。
