The floatabilities of single mineral samples of wollas-tonite and diopside have been studied with addition, of a cationic collector,dodecyoamine hydrochloride (DDA·HCl) , and,modifiers. A mixture oftwo minerals was successfully separated,when DDA·HCl and tannicacid (as depressant)were used together. The interaction between tannicacid and wollastonite and diopside in the pulp and the adsorption of tannicacid on the surface of the two minerals was studide with the help of ultra-violet (UV) spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) ,re-spectively. 相似文献

Al-Mn柱撑蒙脱石的制备和微结构变化研究 总被引:12,自引:1,他引:12
以辽宁某地的钙基膨润土为原料,首先对其钠化改型得到适合制备柱撑蒙脱石的基质,然后采用取代法合成Al-Mn柱化剂,依此制备了Al-Mn柱撑蒙脱石,并运用X射线衍射分析,化学分析,红外光谱分析及煅烧试验等手段研究了Al-Mn柱撑蒙脱石的微结构变化和热稳定性,结果表明:n(Mn^2 ):n(Al^3 )为0.5时,可得到层间距d(001)值为1.8987nm的产物,300℃煅烧后其层间距稳定在1.7859nmm,具有较好的热稳定性,钠基膨润土经柱撑反应后,柱化剂进入了蒙脱石层间,同时蒙脱石骨架[Si4O10]n与层间柱化剂离子之间发生了成键反应,形成了Si-O-Al或Si-O-Mn键。 相似文献

用微波加热方法制备无机柱撑蒙脱石,并用X射线衍射分析法对其结构进行表征;研究了未改性蒙脱石和无机柱撑蒙脱石吸附水溶液中F^-离子的适宜条件及吸附模式。结果表明,无机柱撑蒙脱石的层间距增加为1.7395nm;室温条件下,F^-离子初始质量浓度50mg/L,吸附剂投加量20g/L,吸附振荡时间为40min时,无机柱撑蒙脱石对F^-的去除率达74.6%,较相同条件下未改性柱撑蒙脱石对F^-离子的去除率提高了19.5%;吸附等温线符合Freundlich吸附等温方程。 相似文献

A montmorillonite inorgano-intercalation compound(MIIC) was synthesized by using a purified Na-exchanged bentonite (PNaB)
as a matrix and Al-pillaring ion as an intercalating reagent under microwave irradiation. The synthesized products were characterized
by X-ray diffraction (XRD), 27Al magic angle sample-spinning nuclear magnetic resonance (27Al MAS NMR), specific surface area (BET) measurement, and adsorption density determination. The results show that, at 5% solid
(PNaB) concentration and 7 minutes irradiation in a 130 W microwave oven, the basal spacing d
(001) of the synthesized MIIC increases to 1.740 nm from the original 1.218 nm of PNaB. The MIIC has much higher adsorptive densities
to F− and Cr6+ from aqueous solution than the PNaB. The adsorption isotherm of F− on the MIIC follows the Freundlich equation, and the increased adsorption is mainly due to the porous structure of the MIIC
which created larger adsorption surfaces. The adsorption isotherm of Cr6+ on MIIC follows the Langmuir equation and the adsorption is mainly monolayer as a result of chemisorptions. 相似文献

江西省抚州砂子岭高岭土粗精矿,宁村和上祝瓷石粉在试验制浆过程中,有明显的絮凝现象。因而对砂子岭高岭土,宁村、上祝瓷石粉进行分散特性的试验研究,研究这些矿样的最佳分散条件,是陶瓷原料精选研究的必要前提。 试验中对各种不同矿样,采用不同分散剂(六偏磷酸纳、水玻璃、六偏磷酸纳和水玻璃混合用等),进行了系统的分散特性研究,找到了最佳分散条件,为陶瓷原料的精选提供了矿浆分散的有效工艺条件。 相似文献
