为了揭示海嘧啶的抗肿瘤作用机制,采用流式细胞仪测定海嘧啶对人胃癌细胞凋亡及细胞周期的影响,采用激光扫描共聚焦技术观测海嘧对人胃癌细胞内[Ca^2 ]i的影响及[Ca^2 ]i变化时Ca^2 的来源。海嘧啶可诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,海嘧啶可升高肿瘤细胞内[Ca^2 ]i的浓度,Ca^2 ]i升高时Ca^2 来源于细胞外钙内流和细胞内钙释放。海嘧啶的抗肿瘤机制为诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,海嘧啶通过开放细胞膜钙通道和引起细胞内钙释放两条途径升高肿瘤细胞内[Ca^2 ]i,启动细胞凋亡机制,从而诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡。 相似文献
