海泡石型卷烟过滤咀的研制

通过测试比表面积的方法，研究了海泡石的活化条件，首次将活化海泡石用于醋酸纤维卷烟过滤咀以及纸质卷过滤咀的制造。使用含有海泡石的卷烟过滤咀的香烟，其焦油含量可以降低到低焦油的水平。分析了海泡石降低焦油含量的机理。     

WS型复合硅酸盐保温涂料的研制

本文通过对生产保温涂料所用各种原材料的性能及其在涂料中的作用进行分析，介绍了一种使用原材料种类少、生产工艺简便易行及经济效益好的生产保温涂料的方法。对产品的性能以及实际应用效果进行了阐述。     

圆弧刃位置对新型枪钻切削性能的影响

引入群钻的圆弧刃,建立圆弧刃枪钻的几何数学模型和刃磨数学模型,研制了三支不同圆弧刃位置的枪钻。通过钻削45钢进行新型枪钻钻削试验,对加工孔表面质量进行对比分析可知,双圆弧刃枪钻加工表面质量较好。     

CDMA同PN组网方式下数据业务优化的研究

通过分析CDMA数据业务与话音业务的业务特点,得出在话音时代有突出优点的同PN组网方式在数据时代的缺陷。通过同PN组网方式下武广高铁隧道数据业务优化案例的分析,得出解决在CDMA同PN组网方式下数据业务优化的有效手段。为后期武广高铁优化乃至4G的优化提供可借鉴的方法。     

Adsorption of methylene blue from aqueous solution onto hydrochloric acid-modified rectorite

H+-rectorite clay,which was prepared by modifying the raw rectorite with 10% hydrochloric acid at 60 °C for 24 h,was used as an absorbent for removal of methyl blue (MB) from aqueous solutions.The morphology and the structure and crystallinity of the pristine rectorite and the H+-rectorite were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technique and X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique,respectively.The results showed that the H+-rectorite exhibited high adsorption ability than the raw rectorite,and it was found that the removal percentage of MB increased with increasing in adsorbents dose,whereas the adsorption amount qe (mg/g) decreased.The equilibrium was attained within 30 min in adsorption process,and the maximum adsorption capacity of H+-rectorite for methylene blue reached as high as 37 mg/g.Besides,the effect of temperature on the adsorption of MB with H+-rectorite was investigated and the equilibrium data were well fitted to Freundlich equations.The H+-rectorite absorbent saturated with MB can be regenerated by calcinating at 400 °C for 2 h and the regenerated absorbent still showed higher percentage removal of MB.

Characterization and photocatalytic activity of KSr<Subscript>2</Subscript>Nb<Subscript>5</Subscript>O<Subscript>15</Subscript> with tungsten bronze structure

Tungsten bronze (TB) type potassium strontium niobate KSr₂Nb₅O₁₅ was prepared by solid-state reaction method, and was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV-vis diffuse spectrum. The photocatalyst shows high photocatalytic activity of photodegrading acid red G. The effects of photocatalyst dosage and initial concentration of acid red G on the photodegradation process were studied. The kinetics of photocatalytic degradation of acid red G by KSr₂Nb₅O₁₅ catalyst follows the first order reaction.
