Mpas封隔器和均衡器组合的完井系统应用于水平生产井,可以分隔不同特性的产层,并实现整个水平段的均衡开采,提高采收率。文章简要介绍了Mpas封隔器和均衡器的工作原理及特征,说明了其在阿美公司的应用情况。并根据KHRS-309井的施工作业,分析了该完井系统的应用工况,叙述了该完井方式的具体组合、下入程序、坐封封隔器过程等作业程序,分析了作业特点及注意事项,对类似钻井工况下完井方式的选择以及该完井方式的施工作业过程有一定的参考及借鉴作用。     

Short-term effect of the use of a frozen-stored disc allograft for repair of the osteoarthritic sheep temporomandibular joint: a preliminary report

PURPOSE: The purpose of this experimental study was to evaluate the initial effect of a frozen-stored disc allograft on the osteoarthritic sheep temporomandibular joint (TMJ). MATERIALS AND METHODS: Bilateral osteoarthritis was induced in the TMJ of four sheep. Three months later, unilateral discectomy and frozen-stored disc allograft replacement were performed. The donor disc had been obtained from a healthy animal at killing. The disc was stored in a deep freezer at -70 degrees C for 1 month and thawed just before grafting. The contralateral joints were undisturbed and served as a control at 3 months. At 6 months after the initial procedure, 3 months after the repair, the four sheep were killed. RESULTS: All four grafted discs were perforated and displaced. In the repaired joints, the condylar articular surface was partly denuded in some areas, and part of the surface showed fibrous repair. The control joints showed osteoarthritic changes. CONCLUSION: Frozen-stored disc allograft is not a satisfactory interpositional material in the osteoarthritic sheep TMJ.

Sizzled: a secreted Xwnt8 antagonist expressed in the ventral marginal zone of Xenopus embryos

An expression cloning screen was used to isolate a novel gene homologous to the extracellular cysteine-rich domain of frizzled receptors. The gene (which we called sizzled for secreted frizzled) was shown to encode a soluble secreted protein, containing a functional signal sequence but no transmembrane domains. Sizzled (szl) is capable of inhibiting Xwnt8 as assayed by (1) dose-dependent inhibition of siamois induction by Xwnt8 in animal caps, (2) rescue of embryos ventralized by Xwnt8 DNA and (3) inhibition of XmyoD expression in the marginal zone. Szl can dorsalize Xenopus embryos if expressed after the midblastula transition, strengthening the idea that zygotic expression of wnts and in particular of Xwnt8 plays a role in antagonizing dorsal signals. It also suggests that inhibiting ventralizing wnts parallels the opposition of BMPs by noggin and chordin. szl expression is restricted to a narrow domain in the ventral marginal zone of gastrulating embryos. szl thus encodes a secreted antagonist of wnt signaling likely involved in inhibiting Xwnt8 and XmyoD ventrally and whose restricted expression represents a new element in the molecular pattern of the ventral marginal zone.
