Although WeChat has recently spawned significant resolutions in technology-mediated social contact and interpersonal communication, the research regarding the social and psychological impacts of the newly emerging technology is relatively few. The primary purpose of the current empirical research is to unearth whether and how WeChat interaction could enhance overseas students’ sense of subjective well-being by concentrating on social integration, bridging relationships, and bonding relationships. Using web-based data of 228 Chinese subjects, the obtained results reveal that the time spent on WeChat significantly and directly impacts users’ subjective well-being. Additionally, the findings demonstrate that social integration, bridging relationships, bonding relationships are all significant predictors to subjective well-being. Furthermore, the perceptions of social integration and social capital could play the crucial mediating roles in the connection between WeChat use and the dependent variable of subjective well-being. Therefore, these outcomes may shed light on a more nuanced comprehending of the influence of the new social media interaction on sojourner’s social adaption and overall life quality in the digital age.  相似文献

Single-phase polycrystalline Mo2BC ceramic bulks were synthesized successfully from molybdenum, boron, and graphite powders using the spark plasma sintering method. Herein, it was established that the synthesis temperature of the Mo2BC ceramic could be as low as 1300 °C. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) characterization confirmed that the crystal structure of the Mo2BC ceramic was comparable to that of the MoAlB ceramic. The Vickers hardness of the Mo2BC ceramic was measured to be 18.1 GPa. Additionally, the compressive strength, flexural strength, and fracture toughness were determined to be 1.74 GPa, 457.72 MPa, and 3.26 MPa· m1/2, respectively. The Mo2BC bulk exhibited typical brittle features, in which intergranular and transgranular fractures were the main failure modes.  相似文献

We examine two cases: case I | β1 | < 1,β2 = β2T = 1 − cT; and case II β1 = β1T = 1 − cT, | β2 | < 1, where c is a fixed constant, and {ϵt,t ≥ 1} is a sequence of i.i.d. random variables, which are in the domain of attraction of the normal law with zero means and possibly infinite variances. We derive the limiting distributions of the least squares estimators of β1 and β2 and that of the break‐point estimator for shrinking break for the aforementioned cases. Monte Carlo simulations are conducted to demonstrate the finite‐sample properties of the estimators. Our theoretical results are supported by Monte Carlo simulations.  相似文献

Source rocks generate and expel hydrocarbon with thermal evolution, which lead to a decrease of total organic carbon (TOC) content. A new quantitative model for original total organic carbon (TOCo) content evolution and recovery was proposed, and then was used to the carbonate source rocks with different TOCs (CSRDTOC) in the Tazhong area, Tarim Basin, China. Studies showed that the higher the TOC of source rocks, the bigger the range of TOC reduction and recovery coefficient. When vitrinite reflectance (VR) is equal to 2.5%, recovery coefficients of TOCo = 0.2%, 0.4%, and 1.0% are 1.43, 1.66, and 2.01, respectively. It must restore TOCo when we evaluate source rocks at the stage of high overmaturity and predict oil and gas resources.  相似文献

In cancer drug discovery, it is important to investigate the genetic determinants of response or resistance to cancer therapy as well as factors that contribute to adverse events in the course of clinical trials. Despite the emergence of new technologies and the ability to measure more diverse analytes (e.g., circulating tumor cell (CTC), circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), etc.), tumor tissue is still the most common and reliable source for biomarker investigation. Because of its worldwide use and ability to preserve samples for many decades at ambient temperature, formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tumor tissue (FFPE) is likely to be the preferred choice for tissue preservation in clinical practice for the foreseeable future. Multiple analyses are routinely performed on the same FFPE samples (such as Immunohistochemistry (IHC), in situ hybridization, RNAseq, DNAseq, TILseq, Methyl-Seq, etc.). Thus, specimen prioritization and optimization of the isolation of analytes is critical to ensure successful completion of each assay. FFPE is notorious for producing suboptimal DNA quality and low DNA yield. However, commercial vendors tend to request higher DNA sample mass than what is actually required for downstream assays, which restricts the breadth of biomarker work that can be performed. We evaluated multiple genomics service laboratories to assess the current state of NGS pre-analytical processing of FFPE. Significant differences in pre-analytical capabilities were observed. Key aspects are highlighted and recommendations are made to improve the current practice in translational research.  相似文献

The spatial distribution of reinforcement particles has a significant effect on the mechanical response and damage evolution of metal matrix composites (MMCs). It is observed that particle clustering leads to higher flow stress, earlier particle damage, as well as lower overall failure strain. In recent years, experimental studies have shown that reducing the size of particles to the nanoscale dramatically increases the mechanical strength of MMCs even at low particle volume fractions. However, the effects of particle distribution and particle damage on the mechanical response of these metal matrix nanocomposites, which may be different from that observed in normal MMCs, has not been widely explored. In this paper, these effects are investigated numerically using plane strain discrete dislocation simulations. The results show that non-clustered random and highly clustered particle arrangements result in the highest and lowest flow stress, respectively. The effect of particle fracture on the overall response of the nanocomposite is also more significant for non-clustered random and mildly clustered particle arrangements, in which particle damage begins earlier and the fraction of damaged particles is higher, compared to regular rectangular and highly clustered arrangements.  相似文献

Ni3[Fe(CN)6]2 nano-cubic precursors were prepared by chemical coprecipitation at room temperature with nickel acetate and potassium ferricyanide as raw materials.The corresponding NiFe2O4-NiO@C composites with excellent crystallization were prepared by two-stage oxidation at low temperature.The microstructure and electrochemical behavior of the materials showed that the Prussian blue analog was transformed into metal oxide while the carbon coating was maintained in the two-stage oxidation at low temperature.The existence of the carbon coating reduces the charge transfer impedance to 31.5 Ω.At the current density of 500 mA/g,the reversible capacity of 632.7 mAh/g is maintained after 500 cycles.At the same time,carbon cladding can also enhance the role of pseudocapacitance in the material.At the scanning rate of 0.1 mV/s,the pseudocapacitance account for 54.4% of the total discharge capacity,which is significantly higher than that of uncoated materials.  相似文献
