Using the interfacial jamming of cellulose nanocrystal (CNC) surfactants, a new concept, termed all‐liquid molding, is introduced to produce all‐liquid objects that retain the shape and details of the mold with high fidelity, yet remain all liquid and are responsive to external stimuli. This simple process, where the viscosity of the CNC dispersion can range from that of water to a crosslinked gel, opens tremendous opportunities for encapsulation, delivery systems, and unique microfluidic devices. The process described is generally applicable to any functionalized nanoparticles dispersed in one liquid and polymer ligands having complementary functionality dissolved in a second immiscible liquid. Such sculpted liquids retain all the characteristics of the liquids but retain shape indefinitely, very much like a solid, and provide a new platform for next‐generation soft materials. 相似文献

Nano-hydroxyapatite/chitosan/carboxymethyl cellulose (n-HA/CS/CMC) composites with weight ratios of 70/10/20, 70/15/15 and
70/20/10 were prepared through a co-solution method. The properties of the composites were characterized by means of burn-out
test, IR, XRD, TEM and universal material testing machine. The degradation and bioactivity were also investigated by in vitro
test in a simulated body fluid (SBF) for 8 weeks. The results showed that n-HA particles were dispersed uniformly in organic
phase, and strong chemical interactions formed among the three phases. Moreover, the composites were similar to natural bone
in morphology and size. In addition, the compressive strength was improved compared with n-HA/CS composite. The biodegradation
rate was controllable by altering weight ratio of the CS/CMC. Meanwhile, the composites could induce apatite particles to
deposit in SBF. All the above results indicate that the novel composites of n-HA/CS/CMC have a promising prospect used for
bone repair materials in view of the good mechanical property, adjustable biodegradation rate and bioactivity in SBF. Additionally,

以电子转移再生催化剂的原子转移自由基聚合(ARGET ATRP)成功合成了大分子硅烷偶联剂即聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯-b-3-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(PMMA-b-PTMSPMA)。利用所制得的大分子偶联剂对玻璃表面进行了接枝改性,对改性后的玻璃表面形态及疏水性能进行了研究。结果表明,以CuBr2/PMDETA络合物为催化体系,溴化铜(CuBr2)用量为n(CuBr2)/n(单体)=5×10-4时,PMMA段以辛酸亚锡(Sn(EH)2)为还原剂,PTMSPMA段以铜(Cu)为还原剂,用ARGET ATRP两步法成功制备了嵌段共聚物PMMA-b-PTMSPMA。采用"接枝到(graft onto)"方法,在温和的条件下,在玻璃表面接枝上了大分子偶联剂。玻璃表面的接触角可从30°提高到65°,提高了玻璃表面的疏水性。 相似文献

The deep trap properties of high-dielectric-constant (k) ZrO2 thin films were examined by deep level transient spectroscopy (DLTS). The hole traps of a ZrO2 dielectric deposited by sputtering were investigated in a MOS structure over the temperature range, 375 K-525 K. The potential depth, cross section and concentration of hole traps were estimated to be ∼ 2.5 eV, ∼ 1.8 × 10− 16 cm2 and ∼ 1.0 × 1016 cm− 3, respectively. DLTS of ZrO2 dielectrics can be used to examine the threshold voltage shift (?Vth) during the operation of SONOS-type flash memory devices, which employ high-k materials. 相似文献

A method for automatically establishing a mathematical model of kinematic analysis to a planar mechanism with multiple joint and prismatic pair is presented.The breadth(or depth) first search spanning tree can be obtained based on an adjacency matrix of the mechanism.Then the kinematic chain(or mechanism)’s basic loops can be obtained.On the basis of these basic loops,a mathematical model of kinematic analysis can be established and solved automatically.In the sense of a calculative mechanism,structural analysis of the kinematic chain relates to the kinematic analysis of a mechanism.Thus,an effective way is supplied to the given mechanism’s kinematic analysis for automatic modeling and solving,and a method is supplied to the structural type to optimize kinematic synthesis. 相似文献

This work reports an aptamer-based, disposable, and multiplexed sensing platform for simultaneous electrochemical determination of small molecules, employing adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and cocaine as the model target analytes. The multiplexed sensing strategy is based on target-induced release of distinguishable redox tag-conjugated aptamers from a magnetic graphene platform. The electronic signal of the aptasensors could be further amplified by coupling DNase I with catalytic recycling of self-produced reactants. The assay was based on the change in the current at the various peak potentials in the presence of the corresponding signal tags. Experimental results revealed that the multiplexed electrochemical aptasensor enabled the simultaneous monitoring of ATP and cocaine in a single run with wide working ranges and low detection limits (LODs: 0.1 pM for ATP and 1.5 pM for cocaine).
