基于SolidWorks/COM的压铸型计算机辅助设计

文章结合压铸型计算机辅助设计系统中标准件模块与压铸型零件注释模块的开发 ,提出并介绍了基于Solid Works/COM的应用程序开发思想与具体实现过程     

MICROSTRUCTURE OF RAPIDLY SOLIDIFIED TiAl ALLOY POWDER

The rapidly solidified powder of Ti-34Al-2Mn alloy was obtained by means of ultrasonicgas atomisation (USGA) technique.The tupical size of the powder is 27 μm.X-ray diffractionresults show that the powder consists of major α_2-phase and minor γ-phase.Under opticalmicroscope both equiaxed and dendritical microstructure features were observed on RS pow-der sections.After annealing at 900 ℃/for 2 h in vacuum,most of α_2-phase transforms intoγ-phase,resulting in refinement of structure.     

铁在盐酸中的缓蚀剂的两种作用类型的研究

通过腐蚀电位、极化曲线与交流阻抗测量研究了3种伯胺和丙炔醇对铁在盐酸中的缓蚀作用类型。结果表明,3种伯胺的缓蚀作用是几何覆盖效应,而丙炔醇的缓蚀作用则来自负催化效应。还证明,在强阳极极化的Tafel 直线区间,十二烷胺吸附在电极表面的覆盖率θ不随电位改变,十四烷胺的θ随电位的升高而增大。丙炔醇使铁阳极溶解反应活化能位垒增高的量.fa(θ)随电位升高而减小,其数值为df_a(θ)/dE=-73J·mol_-1.mV-1。     

LOCALIZED CORROSION OF MICROCRYSTALS OF 1Crl8Ni9Ti STAINLESS STEEL

The resistances against localized corrosion of 1Cr18Ni9Ti microcrystals with normal grainsize and bcc structure obtained hy magnetron sputtering have been compared.The two kindsof microcrystals with (110) and (211) textures respectively were obtained under differentsputtering conditions.Both microcrystals were found to have better resistance against local-ized corrosion than the crystal with normal grain.The microcrystal with (110) preferredorientation has larger resistance to localized corrosion than that with (211) preferredorientation.     

半固态A356合金微观组织特征对充型能力的影响

采用电磁搅拌法制备了具有不同微观组织特征的半固态A356合金浆料,用图像分析软件对浇注前浆料金相试样的初生相微观组织特征进行了测定,利用间接挤压铸造方法铸造阿基米德螺旋线试样,以挤压成形后的螺旋线试样长度衡量充型能力,通过多元回归,建立了半固态A356合金初生相微观组织特征与充型长度之间的数学表达式。结果表明:半固态浆料充型能力不仅与初生相微观组织特征参数有关,微观组织特征参数的交互作用对充型能力的影响也较大。利用该表达式可以对半固态浆料充型能力进行预测,进而指导半固态浆料制备参数设计、间接挤压铸造工艺设计和缺陷预测。     

产品形态设计中的协同工作研究

计算机支持的协同工作CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperrative Work)随着计算机和通信突飞猛进的发展已经成为近些年来的热点课题,在产品形态设计中开展研究协同工作技术就具有非常重要的意义.文章针对产品设计协同工作的需求,结合产品设计的特点,研究建立了产品形态设计协作模型,论述了基于Web的开发应用技术和开发特征.为解产品形态设计的协同问题,提供了可行的新模式,给出了利用Web现有资源以及低成本技术构建产品开发项目协同设计环境的一种新的开发研究方向.     

Structure, magnetization, and magnetostriction of Sm-R-Fe （R = Pr, Nd） thin films

The structure, magnetization, and magnetostriction of Sm0.9Pr0.1Fex and Sm1-xNdxFel.9 thin films have been investigated using X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer, and optical cantilever method. It is found that the structure of Sm0.9Pr0.1Fex thin films consists of an Sm-Pr-Fe amorphous phase when x≤2.69 and that of Sm1-xNdxFel.9 thin films consists of an Sm-Nd-Fe amorphous phase. The in-plane magnetization of Sm0.91Pr0.1Fex thin films increases with increase in the Fe content, and low values of the in-plane coercivity occur in the range of 1.62≤ x≤ 2.28. The magnetostriction value of Sm0.91Pr0.1Fex thin films increases with increasing the Fe content when x ≤ 1.94 and decreases when x 〉 1.94. The in-plane magnetostriction of Sm1-xNdxFe1.9 thin films under low magnetic fields has been improved by the substitution of Nd for Sm when x = 0.2.
