Characterization and performance of Pd-La/spinel catalyst for preparation of 2,6-diisopropylaniline

The Pd-La/spinel catalyst for the preparation of 2,6-diisopropylaniline (2,6-DIPA) by gas-phase amination of 2,6-diisopropylphenol (2,6-DIPP) has been studied. The catalysts before and after reaction were characterized by BET, XRD, differential thermal analysis (DTA)-thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA), FTIR, and NH₃-TPD techniques. The DTA study results show two kinds of coke deposited on the metal and support of Pd-La/spinel catalyst, and they are combusted at about 242 and 324 °C, respectively. The XRD and FTIR spectra of the Pd-La/spinel catalyst show that the coke contains the aromatic and aliphatic rings, alkyl groups, polynuclear aromatic system, hydroxyl groups, and amine groups. The reason for catalyst deactivation can be expressed as follows: coke formed on palladium metals may move from metal to the interface or boundaries of metal-support and acid sites of the support where further dehydrogenation and polymerization are occurring. The H₂ plays a key role in retarding coke formation, but must be in suitable amount to get relatively high selectivity. The rare earth promoter La not only promotes the activity and selectivity by retaining Pd species in the metallic state, but also decreases the formation of carbon by neutralizing the strong acid sites on the catalyst.     

基于Cortex-A8处理器的车牌识别系统设计

随着车辆数量的日益增多,交通管理的压力日趋增大,越来越多的场合需要实时车牌识别。针对此问题,本文设计一种基于Cortex-A8处理器的实时车牌识别系统。该系统以Coretx-A8嵌入式处理器为核心,通过V4L2接口进行视频流的采集,然后运行基于改进的OpenCV车牌识别算法,最后通过MJPG-streamer和Socket编程进行视频流和车牌数据的传输。测试结果表明,该系统具有较强的稳定性和实时性,具有较强的实用价值。     

Effects of hydrogen on the transition layers between diamond films and Zr, Hf substrates

Highly purified polycrystalline wafers of Zr and Hf were chosen as substrates for diamond deposition by means of the d.c. arc discharge plasma CVD method. Polycrystalline diamond films were formed on both substrates. Scanning electron microscopy and high resolution X-ray diffraction were used to investigate the surface morphology of the diamond films and the composition of the interface layers between the diamond films and substrates. The experiments showed that the transition layer between the diamond films and Zr substrates was ZrC, ZrH and ZrC_0.32H_1.2. For Hf substrates, in addition to HfC, it is supposed that there were also some hydrides or carbohydrides in the transition layer, because several X-ray reflections appeared which could not be assigned to Hf, HfC or diamond.

混凝-曝气法联合处理含油废水

报道了聚合氯化铝和聚丙烯酰胺混凝剂对去除含油废水中COD和含油量的实验结果。含油废水的曝气实验表明：废水中75％的油份可以通过曝气过程在20min内予以去除。在絮凝实验和曝气实验结果的基础上提出了联合利用气浮混凝－曝气技术处理含油废水的工艺流程。

次氯酸钠氧化法测定聚丙烯酰胺浓度的研究

阐述了次氯酸钠氧化法（浊度法）测定部分水解聚丙烯酰胺浓度的反应机理，研究了聚丙烯酰胺的相对分子质量、次氯酸钠溶液浓度、反应时间对吸光度值的影响，针对大庆油田杏二中三元复合驱采出水中含有碱和表面活性剂、pH值高、黏度大、富集硫化物和亚硫酸根等特点，提出采用过硫酸铵一浊度法检测三元复合驱采出水中聚丙烯酰胺浓度。     

聚天冬氨酸的合成与表征

以L-天冬氨酸为原料,热缩合成聚天冬氨酸酐,水解得到聚天冬氨酸。采用凝胶色谱法(GPC)测定了聚天冬氨酸的分子量,并用核磁共振(NMR)对其进行了表征。
