A new model for transformer saturation characteristics by includinghysteresis loops

A simplified analytical expression in polynomial form to determine the transformer saturation and hysteresis characteristics without field test data is presented. Higher-order approximations are simulated for comparison with transformers of various capacities. The results are compared with experiments and simulations and show very good agreement. It is possible to determine accurate transformer saturation and hysteresis characteristics with this simplified procedure     

High Temperature Solid Oxide Fuel Cells(SOFC)

The history and the state of the art of solid oxide fuel cells(SOFC)is reviewed in this paper.Itdescribes mainly on the material selection,structure design and technological economics of SOFC.The appli-cation of great amount of rare earth materials in SOFC may well extend the market potential of rare earthmaterials in the world.A research project to be carried out as early as possible in China on the SOFC tech-nology will be far-reaching.     

Input saturation and global stabilization of nonlinear systems viastate and output feedback

For multi-input multi-output nonlinear systems whose free dynamics are Lyapunov stable, the author shows how the problem of global stabilization via dynamic output feedback can be solved by using the technique of input saturation. The power of this technique is also illustrated by solving the problem of global stabilization via bounded state feedback for affine nonlinear systems with stable unforced dynamics. Analogous results are established for discrete-time nonlinear systems     

两种具有电双稳态的全有机络合物

首次发现两种在室温下即具有电双稳态的全有机（有机-有机）络合物，分别称为MCA＋TCNQ和BBDN＋TCNQ。它们可在真空中制备成薄膜，在数伏电压的作用下，从高电阻至低电阻的跃迁时间小于100ns，因此可作为一次写入的存储器材料。根据我国目前最小刻线宽度的水平，可望在1．6cm2的SiO2平面上做出64Mb的存储器。     

A singular loop transformation framework based on non-singular matrices

In this paper, we discuss a loop transformation framework that is based on integer non-singular matrices. The transformations included in this framework are called Λ-transformations and include permutation, skewing and reversal, as well as a transformation calledloop scaling. This framework is more general than existing ones; however, it is also more difficult to generate code in our framework. This paper shows how integer lattice theory can be used to generate efficient code. An added advantage of our framework over existing ones is that there is a simple completion algorithm which, given a partial transformation matrix, produces a full transformation matrix that satisfies all dependences. This completion procedure has applications in parallelization and in the generation of code for NUMA machines. 论文设计了8051微控制器的中断系统,该中断系统包括五个中断源,两个中断优先级,能够实现不同中断响应的无缝衔接,并实现了相同优先级别中断控制,优化了8051微控制器中断系统的功能。     

两栖装甲装备故障诊断智能检测系统设计

针对目前两栖装甲装备故障检测时间长、检测效率低的缺点,研究设计了一种两栖装甲装备故障诊断智能检测系统。系统充分利用现代最新发展的大规模集成电路技术和数字处理技术,对多发、易发故障部位的故障信号进行采样、检测及处理,从而快速确定故障部位,便于及时排除故障。     

基于多模型半参数非线性回归模型的外弹道节省参数估计

双星定位系统的应用是外弹道估计中的一种发展趋势。文章给出基于双星、光雷的联合测量模型,建立基于半参数回归的外弹道节省参数估计模型;给出基于半参数回归的外弹道节省参数估计算法及计算步骤,并从理论上分析了基于半参数回归的外弹道节省参数估计算法能有效地消除非线性因素对参数估计性能的影响,其估计精度优于经典的节省参数建模方法,并通过仿真得到：该算法确实有效。     

西门子自动化实验室的建立及应用

介绍以西门子S7-300/200PLC、WINCC6.0、MM440变频器、6SE70系列变频器等产品为基础建立的莱钢新区炼钢厂西门子自动化实验室。
