Shaping the Toroidal Section of End Mills

The shaping of the toroidal cutting section of end mills is considered. Methods are devised for selecting the positional parameters in shaping the helical rake surface on the toroidal section. Relations are established between the geometric parameters of the end mill in the toroidal section.     

Volumetric out-of-furnace heat treatment of 3600-M3 decomposers

Specifications require that all the welds in 12-m-diam. decomposers with a capacity of 3600 m³ be subjected to high-temperature tempering before going into service in order to alleviate the stresses from the welding operation. Specialists at the organizations VNIIPTkhimnefteapparatury and VNIImontazhspetsstroi have proposed out-of-furnace volumetric (complete) of the assembled decomposer with the use of special heaters. The use of this heating method has shortened assembly operations while providing the welds with a highquality heat treatment and reducing the stresses overall (including welding stresses, stresses from assembly of the decomposer, etc.) The technology ensures uniform heating of the housing of the decomposer and provides for close control over the process. A spatiotemporal representation of the electromagnetic field radiated by short-pulse superwideband antennas

It is shown that two approaches can efficiently be applied to calculate impulse responses of antennas radiating superwideband signals. The simultaneous use of these approaches makes it possible to lucidly describe the operation of certain antennas and substantially simplify the calculations. The impulse responses of some short-video-pulse scanning array antennas and the shapes of radiated signals are calculated.     

Production of compounded asphalts of improved quality

Paving-and roofing-grade asphalts were obtained at LUKOIL-Permnefteorgsintez Ltd. by mixing peroxidized asphalt and a number of high-boiling unoxidized petroleum products in certain ratios. Optimal control of the effects from industrial transportation on the environment

The paper discusses optimal control of ecosystem state for observation of a generalized monotonically varying random parameter. 钛酸锶钡(BST)薄膜作为一种高K介质材料在微电子和微机电系统等领域具有广阔的应用前景,人们已对BST薄膜的制备工艺技术和介电性能进行了大量的研究。BST纳米薄膜的制备工艺直接影响和决定着薄膜的介电性能(介电常数、漏电流密度、介电强度等)。对RF磁控反应溅射制备BST纳米薄膜的工艺技术进行了综述。从溅射靶的制备、溅射工艺参数的优化、热处理、薄膜组分的控制,及制备工艺对介电性能的影响等方面,对现有研究成果进行了较全面的总结。     

继电器微机检测装置的软件设计

继电器作为主要电气元件之一，广泛应用于各个领域。对继电器的检测主要包括机械参数和电气参数的检测。电气参数由于其项目多，实现微机测试比较困难，据此，开发了电磁继电器电参数的自动测试装置，本文仅介绍其软件设计。     

Optoelectronic Method of Noncontacting Reconstruction of the Profile of a Surface of Three Dimensional Objects of Large Dimensions

An optoelectronic method is considered for noncontacting reconstruction of the surface profile of three-dimensional objects of large dimensions. The optimal conditions for performing measurements are identified. It is shown that the proposed method, in contrast to the already known methods, does not require fine tuning of the equipment. A numerical method is given for compensating distortions caused by aberrations. A method is described for reconstructing the surface profile cell by cell which increases the accuracy of measurements.
