胶莱盆地南部大盛群、王氏群的划分与对比

胶莱盆地在胶东半岛地质构造及造山带研究中占有重要地位,其巨厚的白垩系陆相沉积是石油系统多年的研究目标。胶莱盆地南部白垩纪的岩石地层序列较其北部更为复杂,其认识几经反复,其中尤以大盛群与王氏群和莱阳群的部分单位的关系为甚。本次工作通过详细对比其沉积层序、相互关系、古生物组合、岩石学特征及同位素年龄等因素,认为大盛群与王氏群属同一沉积层序,沉积基底相同、沉积环境相似、古生物群落时代一致,二者具有同时代、同沉积相、同岩石组合的一致性,应是一套地层,建议今后使用统一地层名称。     

OBE-CDIO理念下“集成电路版图分析与设计”课程教学改革与探索

针对目前集成电路版图分析与设计课程存在教学方法老化、教学模式形式化等问题,本文以OBE-CDIO教育理念为指导,对”集成电路版图分析与设计”课程的课程教学模式、课程设计、项目式教学方式和课程考核方式等方面的改革进行有益的探索与实践。将工程教学认证中对学生的专业毕业要求作为制定教学目标的依据,将BB网络平台、ISO9001等现代化教学资源和质量标准融入课堂教学,采用OBE-CDIO能力教学理念指导课程设计,实现教学环节与考核环节的科学化与多元化,通过引入课程思政激发学生学习热情,树立社会主义核心价值观,全面地培养学生的综合版图分析与设计能力和素养。     

Scallops as a new source of food protein: high-intensity ultrasonication improved stability of oil-in-water emulsion stabilised by myofibrillar protein

In this study, the effect of high-intensity ultrasound (HIUS) (200 and 400 W for 0, 5, 10 and 15 min respectively) on conformational changes, physicochemical, rheological and emulsifying properties of scallop (Patinopecten yessoensis) myofibrillar protein (SMP) was investigated. HIUS-treated SMP had lower α-helix content and higher β-sheet content compared with the native SMP. HIUS treatment induced the unfolding of SMP and increased the surface hydrophobicity. The particle size of SMP decreased and the absolute zeta-potential increased after ultrasonication, which in turn increased the solubility of SMP. The conformational changes and the improvement of physicochemical properties of SMP increased the ability for SMP to lower the interfacial tension at the oil–water interface and increased the percentage of adsorbed protein. As a result, the emulsifying properties, rheological properties of SMP and storage stability of emulsions were also improved. In conclusion, HIUS treatment has future potential for improving the emulsifying properties of SMP.     

A Highly Sensitive,Reversible, and Bidirectional Humidity Actuator by Calcium Carbonate Ionic Oligomers Incorporated Poly(Vinylidene Fluoride)

Sensitivity and multi-directional motivation are major two factors for developing optimized humidity-response materials, which are promising for sensing, energy production, etc. Organic functional groups are commonly used as the water sensitive units through hydrogen bond interactions with water molecules in actuators. The multi-coordination ability of inorganic ions implies that the inorganic ionic compounds are potentially superior water sensitive units. However, the particle forms of inorganic ionic compounds produced by classical nucleation limit the number of exposed ions to interact with water. Recent progress on the inorganic ionic oligomers has broken through the limitation of classical nucleation, and realized the molecular-scaled incorporation of inorganic ionic compounds into an organic matrix. Here, the incorporation of hydrophilic calcium carbonate ionic oligomers into hydrophobic poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) is demonstrated. The ultra-small calcium carbonate oligomers within a PVDF film endow it with an ultra-sensitive, reversible, and bidirectional response. The motivation ability is superior to other bidirectional humidity-actuators at present, which realizes self-motivation on an ice surface, converting the chemical potential energy of the humidity gradient from ice to kinetic energy.     

关于材料化学专业英语教学的几点思考

材料化学专业英语是材料化学专业最重要的专业课程之一，专业英语的学习可为学生的专业论文写作和国际交流奠定坚实的基础。该研究对当前材料化学专业英语教学中存在的一些问题进行了分析，并从教学内容、教学方法、教师素质等方面就如何提高材料化学专业英语的教学效果进行了探讨，以期对改善教学质量和提高学生学习兴趣等方面有所促进。     

Characterizations of friction welding joint interface for AISI 316

Because of heat amount is different from peripheral to central of friction welding interface, which is leaded to vary the characterizations along that interface. Current study, respectively, focused on the effect of different friction pressure on micro-structural and mechanical properties of that friction welding joint interface. Presently, these friction pressures are 110, 130, 150 and 170 MPa while kept all other conditions constant. The effects of different friction pressure on welding interface characterization were investigated by EDX, SEM, tensile, compression, impact and hardness tests. The tensile tests carried out on the standardized test piece with diameter 6 mm and 8 mm, thus, compression tests were extracted from the positions of 0°, 45° 90° with test specimen of 4 mm diameter and 6.5 mm length at weld center. Whereas, the impact test pieces were picked up in two positions, the first one is symmetrical, which it obtained to the respect of the rotation axis and the interface, on the other hand, the second one is non-symmetrical with the axis of rotation and symmetrical to the interface, for making the notch head coincide with the center of the welded joint, The obtained results showed that with reducing of friction pressure will present lack of bonding increasing from peripheral toward the welding center, which will responsible on reducing of the mechanical properties such as tensile, compression and impact strength.     

蛋类礼盒包装结构的缓冲性能研究

目的研究蛋类礼盒包装结构的缓冲性能。方法以蛋类尺寸为基础,建立可发性聚乙烯(expandable polyethylene. EPE)缓冲单元结构和组合结构,进行静态仿真分析和实验验证,比较结构在形状、叠合层数、组合形式等参数变化时的载荷与位移。结果结构层数变化相同时,单元结构的极限载荷从143N增加到236 N,组合结构的极限载荷从224 N增加到476 N,均呈近线性增长。结论蛋类礼盒包装中,组合结构的承载能力优于单元结构,通过单元结构的组合,可满足不同蛋类的包装要求。     

基于神经网络和遗传算法的锭子弹性管性能优化

为得到减振弹性管对下锭胆的支承弹性和锭子高速运动下的稳定性等性能的最优匹配效率,依据减振弹性管的等效抗弯刚度及底部等效刚度系数公式,利用MatLab数值分析软件构建弹性管抗弯刚度和底部挠度数学模型。首先,结合Isight优化软件基于径向基神经网络构建其近似模型,且使精度达到可接受水平,并以模型的关键结构参数弹性模量、螺距、槽宽、壁厚为设计变量,结合遗传算法对弹性管抗弯刚度和底部挠度进行多目标优化设计,得到Pareto最优解集和Pareto前沿图,确定出减振弹性管结构工艺参数的优化方案。通过对优化数据进行分析发现,该方案在保证减振弹性管弹性的同时,其底部振幅明显减弱。
