浅谈水闸安全检测

通过对华东沿海地区80年代以前修建的一些在役水闸工程的系统安全检测和分析,发现了水闸工程存在的安全隐患,同时也了解水闸工程尚有的潜在能力。提醒水闸管理部门,在役水闸满足目前社会发展需要的同时,还必须高度重视水闸的安全生产运行和管理。水闸安全检测就是利用先进的检测手段,为业主及时、高效、经济和高质量地解决水闸工程存在的实际问题。     

基于LabWindows/CVI的某型飞机FBW飞行试验台设计与实现

主要阐述了某型飞机EBW飞行试验台的LabWindows／CVI实现。在分析EBW组成及信号交联关系的基础上，设计了PCI总线结构的系统硬件；提出了测试库与测试引擎相结合的编程方法，并着重阐述了测试引擎的实现方法。     

超深亚微米非对称Halo LDD低功耗新器件的研究分析

提出了一种新的器件结构——非对称Halo L DD低功耗器件,该器件可以很好地抑制短沟效应,尤其可以很好地改善DIBL效应、热载流子效应以及降低功耗等,是低功耗高集成度电路的优选结构之一.分析了非对称HaloL DD器件的主要特性,并将其与常规结构、非对称L DD结构、非对称Halo结构的器件进行了比较并进行了参数优化分析.     

运动估计块匹配两级搜索算法

根据视频图像相邻块在空间上具有很大的相关性,吸收了矢量预测块匹配的核心思想,提出一种两级块匹配运动估计算法,在第一级中,首先根据矢量预测确定一个小区域,然后在此区域内进行快速搜索,如果在第一级中没有搜索到匹配块则进行第二级搜索,该算法可大大提高搜索速度.     

AlxGa1-xAs选择性湿法氧化技术的研究

详细研究了温度和Al组分与AlxGa1-xAs横向氧化速率的关系,通过分析氧化机制和实验得到的氧化宽度与时间的线性关系,指出在较短时间内的氧化为受AlxGa1-xAs材料与水汽反应速率限制的过程。运用优化的氧化条件,成功制备了氧化孔径为8μm的垂直腔面发射激光器,最大直流光输出功率为3.2mW,激射波长为978nm,工作电流为15mA。     

New approach to environmentally benign epoxidation: the solid-phase-system using urea–H2O2 and recyclable dodecatungstate on apatite

On the basis of new concept using a solid disperse phase we have developed an efficient catalytic solid-phase-system for epoxidations of alkenes using urea–hydrogen peroxide (urea–H₂O₂) complex and cetylpyridinium dodecatungstate ((CetylPy)₁₀[H₂W₁₂O₄₂]) catalyst on fluorapatite (FAp). The recovered solid catalyst phase was reused to keep the catalytic activity after several times. In the conceptual idea it is a key point that in situ solid-phase-activation of the catalyst with urea–H₂O₂ proceeds to form microcrystals of the active species dispersed on the solid phase. The dispersion of the catalyst on FAp in the case of tungstic acid (H₂WO₄) was suggested by EPMA analysis. We proposed the peroxo type of species keeping the parent polyoxometalate framework as novel active species from FT-IR spectroscopic studies. FAp phase plays important roles of dispersing the active species on its surface to have high catalytic activity and of stabilizing the active species to lead to high reusability.

Robust Digital Terrestrial TV Broadcasting System with Error-Resilient Schemes

In this paper, error-resilient schemes are proposed to support robust video transmission for digital terrestrial TV broadcasting (DTTB). In particular, a temporal error concealment incorporated with a low-complexity block-matching is developed, achieving an effective reception of predictive pictures in harsh terrestrial environment. Special algorithms are also designed for isolated I-pictures. Moreover, combined with an intra/inter case prediction, an adaptive error concealment scheme is further contrived to fit for different error conditions. Extensive simulations have been conducted under various DTTB channel conditions, even with a very high packet error rate, to verify the effectiveness of the proposed schemes.
