透反液晶显示器

兼有透射型和反射型液晶显示优点的透反液晶显示可工作于透射和反射两种显示模式，它将广泛应用于手机、PDA等通讯领域。透反液晶显示可分为单盒厚和双盒厚两大类。又可分为扭曲型和非扭曲型两种。为了研制出高性能透反液晶显示器，需解决透反两个显示区的响应时间、光效率、色饱和度的差异以及视角等问题。文中介绍了Sharp公司开发的2种基本的透反液晶显示。以及3种新近开发的高性能透反液晶显示。随着应用市场的扩大和技术的进步，透反液晶显示将会进一步得到发展。     

Perturbation analysis and control of two-class stochastic fluid models for communication networks

This paper uses stochastic fluid models (SFMs) for the control and optimization (rather than performance analysis) of communication network nodes processing two classes of traffic: one is uncontrolled and the other is subject to threshold-based buffer control. We derive gradient estimators for packet loss and workload related performance metrics with respect to threshold parameters. These estimators are shown to be unbiased and directly observable from a sample path without any knowledge of underlying stochastic characteristics of the traffic processes. This renders them computable in online environments and easily implementable for network management and control. We further demonstrate their use in buffer control problems where our SFM-based estimators are evaluated based on data from an actual system.     

微波仪器远程自动测试系统的设计与实现

针对大多通信测试仪器仅局限于本地测试监控的现状,提出了一种将本地测试仪器用于对远程微波设备进行测试监控的开发模式,从而实现了远程仪器的自动化测试。分别就系统中的关键技术和交互方式作了详细的介绍,得出系统具有较强的可扩展性,且简单易操作的特点,相信该系统会有广阔的的应用前景。     

Coordinating Agents in Shop Floor Environments From a Dynamic Systems Perspective

In this paper, we address agent coordination from a dynamic systems perspective and propose a dynamic coordination model, which is inspired by biological metabolic systems. A new coordination mechanism through dynamic local adjustment (CDLA) is presented, and coordination is achieved when every agent utilizes explicitly the global system dynamics and performs iteratively a dynamic local adjustment procedure. The CDLA mechanism is investigated in an example multiagent shop floor system. The results show that the example manufacturing process is well-coordinated and the coordination approach is practically applicable and effective     

Thermal Expansion Behavior of La1—xSrxMn1—yCoyO3—δ Perovskites

The thermal expansion behavior of La1-xSrxMn1-yCoyO3-δ (x=0.2-0.4, y=0.1-0.3) perovskites in air has been investigated. The average linear thermal expansion coefficients increased with increasing Sr content up to 40 mole fraction or Co content up to 30 mole fraction. The expansion is generally attributed to an increase in the average cation radius as some of the cations in the perovskite are reduced in valence when oxygen ions are removed from the structure.     

Lattice Effects and Irreversible Magnetoresistance in Gd Doped La—Ca—Mn—O

The Gd substituting effects for La in La0.67Ca0.33MnO3 has been studied .With increasing the substituting amount of Gd,the phase transition temperature of metal-isolator for the samples decreases,the corresponding peak resistivity increases,the Curie temperature decreases monotonically.The substitution of La-Ca-Mn-O with 11% Gd for La improved the magnetoresistance ratio by an order of magnitude.The effects of substituting Gd can be explained in terms of the lattice effects.An irreversible MR behaviour was observed in Gd-substituting compounds.This effect became marked when the substituting amount of Gd was greater than 7%.A maximum irreversible increment of MR ratio as large as 91% was obtained when Gd substituting amount was 11%.     

负载化非茂单活性中心催化剂乙烯聚合的研究

在硅胶上负载了双(N-环己基-3-叔丁基水杨醛亚胺基)二氯化锆配合物,得到负载化非茂单活性中心催化剂。该催化剂用于乙烯聚合,考察了配合物用量、共聚单体1-己烯用量、聚合温度、聚合压力、聚合时间、三乙基铝用量对乙烯聚合性能的影响及对聚合物的相对分子质量、相对分子质量分布、熔体流动指数和密度的影响。实验结果表明,负载化非茂单活性中心催化剂保持了原均相催化剂的乙烯聚合性能;该催化剂在淤浆聚合工艺中聚合平稳,所得聚合物的颗粒形态良好。

本文综述了近年研究人员在开发沼气脱硫工艺方面所做的工作,包括现代与传统的脱硫技术工艺.探讨了物理、化学和生物脱硫技术对沼气脱硫工艺的影响因素.

硫酸/盐酸比例和Al~(3+)含量对铝箔隧道孔生长的影响

研究了硫酸/盐酸比例、温度和Al3+含量对高纯铝箔隧道孔生长的影响,发现随着硫酸浓度增加,温度对隧道孔极限长度和孔径的影响减小,在本文条件下隧道孔生长的临界温度最低可降低到35℃。在电解液中一定含量的Al3+可以避免铝箔表面形成大孔,从而改善隧道孔分布均匀性。
