Extending transmission bandwidth of air-core photonic bandgap fibers

Air-core photonic bandgap fibers offer many unique properties and are critical to many emerging applications. A notable property is the high nonlinear threshold which provides a foundation for applications at high peak powers. The strong interaction of light and air is also essential for a number of emerging applications, especially those based on nonlinear interactions and spectroscopy. For many of those applications, much wider transmission bandwidths are desired to accommodate a wider tuning range or the large number of optical wavelengths involved. Presently, air-core photonic bandgap fibers have a cladding of hexagonal lattice. The densely packed geometry of hexagonal stacking does not allow large nodes in the cladding, which would provide a further increase of photonic bandgaps. On the other hand, a photonic cladding with a square lattice can potentially provide much larger nodes and consequently wider bandgap. In this work, the potentials of much wider bandgap with square lattice cladding is theoretically studied and experimentally demonstrated.     

空间碎片激光探测成像通信一体化技术探讨

随着人类探索太空活动的逐年增多,对空间碎片的探测显得尤为重要。文中首先介绍了空间碎片的危害和探测意义,分析了探测空间碎片的主要难点和发展趋势;在此基础上,结合空间碎片的探测难点,提出了一种对空间碎片进行探测与信息传输的新方案,将激光测距、光谱偏振成像、激光通信三种功能融为一体,并进行了关键技术分解和可行性分析,以期为空间碎片探测提供一种新的思路。     

基于可信根的计算机终端免疫模型

人工免疫系统方法中的否定选择(NS)算法已广泛应用于病毒防护、入侵检测、垃圾邮件检测等.然而,由于当前的计算机中不存在类似"免疫器官"的硬件部件,无法对NS算法的运行提供保护,可能造成其运行过程遭受恶意干扰,成熟检测器和中间变量遭受篡改,进而导致其检测结果不可信.借鉴自然免疫系统的组成和原理,提出一种基于可信根的计算机终端免疫模型(TRBCTIM),引入可信计算技术中的可信根作为"免疫器官",对NS算法实施保护.采用无干扰可信模型理论对新模型进行分析,并通过构建新模型的原型系统来进行性能实验.理论分析及实验结果表明,新模型能够确保NS算法的运行过程和检测结果可信.     

运放电路中负载变化对输出特性的影响

运用OrCAD/PSpice软件仿真,针对通用型运放μA741电路输出失真这个问题,重点讨论了负载变化对输出特性是如何影响的。通过引入运放的额定最大输出电流值这个概念,最终得出运放线性与非线性状态的临界电阻通用计算公式,并在文章结尾进行了总结。     

A novel TFS-IGBT with a super junction floating layer

A novel trench field stop (TFS) IGBT with a super junction (SJ) floating layer (SJ TFS-IGBT) is proposed.This IGBT presents a high blocking voltage (>1200 V), low on-state voltage drop and fast turn-off capability. A SJ floating layer with a high doping concentration introduces a new electric field peak at the anode side and optimizes carrier distribution, which will improve the breakdown voltage in the off-state and decrease the energy loss in the on-state/switching state for the SJ TFS-IGBT. A low on-state voltage (VF) and a high breakdown voltage (BV) can be achieved by increasing the thickness of the SJ floating layer under the condition of exact charge balance. A low turn-off loss can be achieved by decreasing the concentration of the P-anode. Simulation results show that the BV is enhanced by 100 V, VF is decreased by 0.33 V (at 100 A/cm2) and the turn-off time is shortened by 60%, compared with conventional TFS-IGBTs.

一种无线语音传输系统设计

利用锁相环技术,通过调频方式,实现音频信号的调制、解调,设计一种可以选择使用耳机或扬声器的无线语音传输系统.系统利用电路实现语音的通信和信息转发,可实现对语音实时无失真传输,系统实现对音频信号的无线通信的功能.     

机载大规模复杂软件开发及验证技术

针对航空电子系统结构综合化、硬件共享化、功能软件化引发软件规模、复杂度指数级上升的趋势,分析了软件开发、软件综合以及软件测试的困难和挑战,并从开发技术、测试验证技术和项目管理3个维度,结合模型驱动开发、软件复用、虚拟仿真验证、DO-297规范、CMMI等技术和管理方法,为机载大规模复杂软件开发及验证提供了解决方案,提高软件的可靠性,缩短软件的研发周期。     

面向航空电子系统的网络文件系统设计

针对IMA的多个应用模块的文件共享问题,基于具有自主知识产权的机载多分区实时OS平台,提出了一种网络文件系统NFS的设计方案。文中采用网络文件锁,通过对文件的上锁和解锁,实现多个分区互斥访问文件;使用权限验证机制验证用户对文件的访问权限,用户通过验证后方可对文件执行相应的操作;日志文件保存整个NFS的运行情况,用于对NFS性能的分析。文中阐述了NFS客户端、服务器端的设计和网络封装格式,并给出了NFS运行的原理图。     

铝-RIE刻蚀工艺

干法刻铝中 ,BCl3添加 Cl2 、CHCl3和 N2 ,可改变 Al的刻蚀速率、Al对 Si O2 和胶的选择性、线宽和胶膜质量 ,其中 Cl2 流量影响最大。此外 ,本文还给出 RF功率和气压的影响。采用适当的气体组合、不太高的功率和不太低的气压 (BCl3∶ Cl2 ∶ CHCl3∶ N2 =70 sccm∶ 1 5 sccm∶ 1 0 sccm∶ 0～ 5 0 sccm,2 0 0 m Torr,2 0 0 W)可以实现细线条 (0 .6μm) Al的刻蚀。
