Deformation analysis of skew ruled surface shells by moiré interference

The use of thin film grids coated on surfaces is described in relation to the determination of deformations in doubly curved shells. The technique is called the coating film moiré interference method and employs a laser holographic approach.     

PTA酸化沉淀池的腐蚀及其研究

阐述了ＰＴＡ酸化沉淀池的腐蚀状况、防腐材料的选材试验及防腐措施的研究及其使用效果；分析了Ｍ树脂玻璃钢的应用技术；提出了ＰＴＡ酸化沉淀池采用复合玻璃钢的防腐措施。     

镀Cu碳毡／环氧树脂复合的研制

研究了镀Ｃｕ碳毡／环氧树脂（ＣｕＣＦ／ＥＰ）复合材料的制备，并探讨了镀Ｃｕ量对碳毡电阻率，复合材料电阻率及其电磁屏蔽效率的影响规律，经合理工艺制得的镀Ｃｕ碳毡（４００ｍｇ．ｇ＾－１Ｃｕ－ＣＦ）含量为３００ｍｇ．ｇ＾－１ＣｕＣＦ／ＥＰ复合材料，其电磁屏蔽效率可在２０＝－１０００ＭＨＺ范围内达到６０ｄＢ。     

水闸闸室化算梯形横截面上不平衡剪力的分配计算

当地弹性地基梁法计算非岩石地基的水闸底板应力时，首先要求解出不平衡剪力，当闸墩截面选择梯形时（主要是边墩），常用方法是作图法，这既有误差又繁琐。所以就此推导出一个公式，可直接求解平衡剪力。     

半绝缘砷化镓中碳含量对热稳定性的影响

本文报导了LEC法半绝缘砷化镓单晶中含碳量对SI-GaAs热稳定性的影响。在800℃以上退火,发现当晶体中C含量大于1.5×10~(16)cm~(-3)时,SI-GaAs的热稳定性变差;而C含量小于5×10~(15)cm~(-3)时,通常表现出良好的热稳定性。     

Preparation and Luminescence Spectra of Calcium- and Rare-Earth (R = Eu, Tb, and Pr)-Codoped α-SiAlON Ceramics

Rare-earth-doped oxynitride or nitride compounds have been reported to be luminescent and may then serve as new phosphors with good thermal and chemical stabilities. In this work, we report the photoluminescence (PL) spectra of europium-, terbium-, and praseodymium-doped Ca-α-SiAlON ceramics. The highly dense ceramics were prepared by hot pressing at 1750°C for 1 h under 20 MPa in a nitrogen atmosphere. Europium-doped Ca-α-SiAlON displayed a single broad emission band peaking at λ= 550–590 nm depending on the europium concentration. The emission bands in the spectra of europium-doped Ca-α-SiAlONs were assigned to the allowed transition of Eu²⁺ from the lowest crystal field component of 4 f ⁶5 d to ⁸S_7/2 (4 f ⁷) ground-state level. The emission spectra of terbium- and praseodymium-doped Ca-α-SiAlON ceramics both consisted of several sharp lines, which were attributed to the ⁵D₄→⁷F _j ( j = 3, 4, 5, 6) transitions of Tb³⁺ and ³P₀→³H _j ( j = 3, 4, 5) transitions of Pr³⁺, respectively. In particular, the terbium-doped α-SiAlON ceramics showed a strong green emission among these phosphors.     

特征X射线能谱法测定Fe^＋注入小麦种子的深度

用１１０ｋｅＶ Ｆｅ＾＋离子束垂直注入小麦种胚后，在扫描电子显微镜上沿种子纵沟剖面，在不同深度上测量Ｆｅ元素被激发出的特征Ｘ射线强度分布，结果表明分布呈指数衰减，与晶体中的热扩散分布相类似，并对此进行了讨论。     

掺杂聚苯胺的表面接枝共聚改性

化学氧化法制备的聚苯胺表面的亲水性差，本文在本征态和不同酸掺杂志聚苯胺的表面上接枝共聚丙烯丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺，明显地改善了聚苯胺的表面亲水性。结果显示，聚苯胺表面经过等离子体处理后，有利于丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺在聚苯胺表面上的接枝共聚，随着接枝量增多，导电率则随之有所下降，此外，利用ＳＥＭ和反射ＩＲ表征了改性反聚苯胺表面的形态和结构。     

光外差系统噪声等效功率的一种测量方法

本文介绍了利用工作于Bragg衍射的Ge晶体声光调制器作为外差系统中的频移器来测量外差系统的噪声等效功率(NEP)的方法。该方法具有测试系统简单、信号光功率、偏频可调的优点。实验测试与理论分析吻合。
