To overcome the problem of unequal switching loss in power switches, in conventional hybrid pulse width modulation (HPWM) full-bridge inverters, a random switching method for HPWM full-bridge inverters is proposed. Si衬底上Ta-N/Cu薄膜性能研究

对Si衬底上Ta-N/Cu薄膜进行了电学和热学分析，结果发现500℃以下薄膜电随几乎不变，600-690℃下的退火引起的电阻率降低是由于Ta-N电阻的热氧化和Cu熔化扩散引起的，而690℃以上的电阻率增加是由于Cu引线传输能力减弱所致，为0.18μm以下的超大规模集成电路中的Cu引线和电阻薄膜的制作提供了有益的借鉴。     

等偏移距自动初至静校正

茅金根 ,梁秀文 ,杨午阳 ,冯有奎 .等偏移距自动初至静校正 .石油地球物理勘探 ,2 0 0 2 ,37(5 ) :4 6 9～ 4 72　　本文提出一种自动计算静校正量的新方法。它首先在等偏移距道集内对相邻道的初至波采用高精度相关构建一个关于炮、检时差的超大矩阵方程 ,然后采用优化统计迭代算法求解炮点和检波点的静校正量 ,并用概率分布函数确定精确的炮、检静校正量 ,最后用误差校正函数消除炮、检静校正误差。实际资料处理结果表明 ,本方法自动、省时、精度高。     

浅谈水利枢纽道路工程建设中的几个问题及其对策

从水利枢纽工程建设的实际出发,分析了枢纽道路建设中的几个值得考虑的基本问题。针对永久性道路的建设环境和建筑特点以及临时性道路的复杂性和多样性,提出了永久性道路和临时性道路建设的基本对策。基于高新技术材料HEC作为道路建筑胶凝材料的实际工程应用,在道路结构布局观念、设计思想、建筑选材和施工工艺及其技术经济性能比等方面提出了枢纽道路工程建设的实施方案,其有效性和可推广性在水布垭道路工程建设中得到了印证。     

Improving signal prediction performance of neural networks through multiresolution learning approach.

In this paper, we extend the original work on multiresolution learning for neural networks, and present new developments on the multiresolution learning paradigm. The contributions of this paper include: (1) proposing a new concept and method of adjustable neural activation functions in multiresolution learning to improve neural network learning efficacy and generalization performance for signal predictions; (2) providing new insightful explanations for the multiresolution learning paradigm from a multiresolution optimization perspective; (3) exploring underlying ideas why the multiresolution learning scheme associated with adjustable activation functions would be more appropriate for the multiresolution learning paradigm; and (4) providing rigorous validations to evaluate the multiresolution learning paradigm with adjustable activation functions and comparing it with the schemes of multiresolution learning with fixed activation functions and traditional learning. This paper presents systematically new analytical and experimental results on the multiresolution learning approach for training an individual neural network model, demonstrates our integral solution on neural network learning efficacy, and illustrates the significant improvements on neural networks' generalization performance and robustness for nonlinear signal predictions.     

旋风分离器结构改进的研究

根据旋风分离器的工作原理及应用特点 ,分析了影响旋风分离器分离效率的因素及结构存在的问题 ,并提出了改进措施 ,即内管外壁增设螺旋翼片 ,扩散形锥体改为悬挂挡板。通过实验观察 ,改进结构的旋风分离器分离效率比常规旋风分离器高。实践证明 ,对于密度差异较小的非均相物系的分离 ,只要对旋风分离器作适当改进 ,仍能取得令人满意的效果 ,这大大拓宽了旋风分离器的应用领域

咸味米粥增稠稳定剂的研究

以粘度和悬浮时间这两项指标作为性能评价指标,对常见的几种增稠稳定剂进行复配增效实验的研究评价,筛选出一种高粘度的复合增稠稳定剂,应用于咸味米粥罐头中,有效解决了咸味米粥罐头分层、稳定性能差的难题。     

宽带线性调频信号产主技术研究

本文介绍了采用数字基带产生结合倍频链扩展带宽的方法设计与实现了大带宽线性调频信号产生系统。详细分析研究了实现系统的三项关键技术，给出并分析了相应环节的输出信号。对系统进行了预失真补偿处理，成功实现了ＶＨＦ／ＵＨＦ波段、带宽达３００ＭＨｚ线性调频信号的产生。经脉冲压缩处理，主瓣旁瓣比（ＰＳ１Ｒ）在－３７ｄＢ以下。     

Set－up of a Pure Electron Plasma Device

An electron Penning-Malmberg trap,which can confine an electron column and provide a good platform to investigate the cross-filed transportation of strongly magnetized electron plasma ,has been set up.With the device,an electron plasma with a density of 10^7 cm^-3 can be confined for a relatively long time.The structure of the trap,electron source,as well as the way how th measure electron plasma density profile and velocity distrbustion are introduced in detail.
