Cortisone-induced osteoporosis: effects on bone adenylate cyclase

The majority of patients with soft tissue or bone sarcomas of the upper extremity can be treated today with limb-saving procedures using combined modality therapies. For patients with a tumor in the shoulder area, sometimes an interscapulothoracic amputation is the only radical surgical treatment. However, in selected cases, in which the tumor does not involve the neurovascular bundle, a limb-sparing alternative might be the Tikhoff-Linberg resection. Normal function of the hand and forearm, with reasonable function of the elbow, can be maintained by this procedure. Four case histories are reported.     

红外遥感用低温制冷器的进展

低温制冷器与红外探测器配套，是军事现代化、高新技术等急需发展的关键产品。国内研制技术也已接近国际先进水平，基本掌握了小型化、低振动、长寿命、细方形漆包线制作、间隙密封、消除电磁干扰等相关关键技术。本文列出了已研制过的直线电机谐振压缩机的主要技术性能。希望主管、用户、研制、生产各方通力合作，应用－改进－再应用－再改进，实现我国低温制冷器的产业化。     

静压滑环及其应用研究

 介绍了静压滑环的结构特点及其应用． 通过比较静压轴承、配流盘和静压滑环三者之间的不同点，得出静压滑环在结构上是一个自平衡元件，在功能上类似于电刷滑环，因此在固定件和旋转件之间进行流体动力传输时，静压滑环是理想的选择．     

纳米材料对PBT合成的催化性能研究

用溶胶－凝胶法制备TiO2及TiO2/SiO2复合纳米材料，作为PBT（聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯）合成的催化剂，与现在普通使用的催化剂钛酸丁酯进行了比较和研究。结果发现，TiO2/SiO2复合纳米材料催化性能最好，纳米TiO2次之。     

Adsorption of 117mSn(Ⅳ)-EDTMP on hydroxyapatite and collagen

Some organic phosphines labeled with 117mSn(Ⅳ) have been provedpromising for imaging and pain palliation of bone tumor. In this paper, a prelimi-nary investigation on the adsorption characteristics of EDTMP (ethelenediaminete-tramethylene phosphoric acid) labeled with 117mSn(Ⅳ) on HA(hydroxyapatite) andcollagen, and an investigation on the adsorption mechanism of 117mSn(Ⅳ)-EDTMPon HA was presented.``     

具有减少辨识参数的随机多变量极点配置自适应控制器

本文提出了一种新的限制输出个数减少随机多变量自适应控制中辨识参数的方法，并给出了减少辨识参数的极点配置自适应算法。虽然采用ｎ个输入１个输出的减少辨识参数的模型来设计控制器，但所提出的控制器能够保证被控系统的几个输出跟踪参考输入信号，仿真结果表明，所提出的方法是成功的。     

Association of angiotensin-converting enzyme gene I/D polymorphism with change in left ventricular mass in response to physical training

PURPOSE: To determine the radiologic characteristics of cystic dystrophy of the duodenal wall. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Ten patients with cystic dystrophy of the duodenal wall and chronic pancreatitis underwent ultrasonography (US) (n = 10), computed tomography (CT) (n = 10), endoscopic US (n = 5), and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) (n = 9). Cystic dystrophy of the duodenal wall was classified as either cystic or solid. The imaging findings were retrospectively analyzed and compared with findings at pancreatoduodenectomy (n = 10). RESULTS: The more frequent cystic type (n = 7) of cystic dystrophy of the duodenal wall was characterized by the presence of easily recognizable cystic lesions (diameter, more than 1 cm), located within the thickened wall of the second portion of the duodenum. The solid type (n = 3) of cystic dystrophy of the duodenal wall demonstrated fibrous thickening of the duodenal wall within which small cysts (diameter, less than 1 cm) were present. The intraduodenal cysts were usually elongated or bilobate with a thick wall. The thickening of the duodenal wall appeared as a solid layer between the duodenal lumen and the pancreas, hypoechoic at US, isoattenuating at unenhanced CT, and hypoattenuating in the early phase (after initiation of infusion of contrast material) and isoattenuating in the late phase (after completion of infusion) at contrast material-enhanced CT. Findings at retrospective analysis of CT and endoscopic US images were characteristic. CONCLUSION: Imaging modalities, notably CT and endoscopic US, helped establish the diagnosis of cystic dystrophy of the duodenal wall.     

Intrauterine transfusions influence fetal leukocyte counts and subsets

Histamine is an important mediator in allergic reactions, gastric acid secretions, and neurotransmission in the central nervous system. Basophils and mast cells are the main sources of histamine, which is formed from L-histidine by histidine decarboxylase (HDC). However, the regulatory mechanism of HDC in these cells remains unclear. We examined the regulation of HDC activity and gene expression using a unique human mast cell line, HMC-1, after stimulation with phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) or ionomycin. HDC activity was increased from 52.1+/-0.4 (mean+/-standard deviation) to 154+/-6.9, or 105.6+/-6.2 pmol/min/mg protein (n = 3), 4 hours after stimulation with PMA (10 ng/mL) or ionomycin (10[-6] M). Although actinomycin D had no effect on this increase, cycloheximide completely inhibited the increase caused by these stimuli. The population of HMC-1 cells containing HDC protein was increased after stimulation with either PMA or ionomycin as evaluated by immunocytochemical analysis with anti-HDC antibody as a marker. HMC-1 constitutively expressed HDC mRNA, and its level was not increased with these stimuli. These results suggest that the increase of HDC activity in HMC-1 induced by PMA or ionomycin is regulated at the translational level.     

离散Hopfield神经网络和联想记忆的开关电流技术实现

研究了离散Ｈｏｐｆｉｅｌｄ神经网络（ＤＨＮＮ）和联想记忆神经网络的开关电流技术实现，利用多权输入跨导，开关电流延迟器（ＳＩＤ）和可编程电流比较器（ＰＣＣ）实现了离散Ｈｏｐｉｅｌｄ神经网络，并提出了利用离散Ｈｏｐｆｉｅｌｄ神经网络实现自联想记忆时相应的开关电流电路，所提出了开关电流神经网络适宜于超大规模集成，能在低电压（如３．３Ｖ）下工作。
