非饱和土壤水分运动数值模拟研究综述

土壤水是地表水和地下水联系的纽带，在水循环过程中起着重要作用，它和农业、水文、环境等领域有着密切关系。本文从土壤水分运动机理出发，评述了国内外水力参数取值方法和数值模拟的研究动态，对非饱和土壤水分运动数值模拟传统的有限元和有限差分研究方法进行了综合分析，并讨论了两种改进的数值计算方法——有限元质量集中法和有限体积法。本文认为非饱和土壤水分运动的数值模拟虽然取得了一些进展，但对土壤水分运动较为复杂的情况仍然手段有限，该领域的研究工作有待继续深化。     

聚乙二醇修饰的蓖麻毒蛋白A链的免疫原性和在小鼠体内急性毒性研究

目的研究单甲氧聚乙二醇(mPEG)与蓖麻毒蛋白A链(RA)偶联后RA免疫原性和毒性的改变。方法从天然蓖麻籽中提取纯化的RA,经与含活性马来酰亚胺基团的mPEG反应偶联,得到纯化的mPEG偶联RA。用蛋白质印迹方法比较RA修饰前后的免疫原性,通过测定半数致死量(LD50)比较RA修饰前后的毒性。结果mPEG偶联RA后免疫原性和毒性均明显下降。偶联前RA链的LD50为2.37 mg.kg-1,经mPEG修饰后RA的LD50为6.15mg.kg-1。结论聚乙二醇能遮蔽RA,降低其免疫原性和毒性。     

铂与氢、水和苯分子相互作用的量子化学研究

采用量子化学程序Gaussian98(A.9)从头算的B3LYP方法，全优化计算铂对氢、水和苯的化学吸附作用，得到了3种相关络合物PtX、PtXX和Ptxxx(X=H，H2O或C6H6)的平衡几何构型和电子结构信息，并探讨了这些络合物的成键性质，以及苯环与铂原子之间的分子轨道作用性质。结果表明，苯环与铂原子之间有很强的成键作用，并随着游离氢原子和水分子的参与，作用强度有很大变化。苯分子吸附在金属铂上，它的芳香性得到不同程度的降低，苯环被活化，苯环与铂原子之间形成η^2型π键络合物；水参与作用后，苯环与铂原子之间形成σ络合物；氢和水同时参与作用后，苯环与铂原子之间仅有很弱的π轨道作用。     

南水北调中线干线工程数字文档管理信息系统设计与实现

结合南水北调中线干线工程文档一体化管理的需要，设计了数字文档管理信息系统的功能结构，包括文书管理、数字文件中心和数字档案馆3个部分，通过对文档资料的综合管理，能够极大提高文档信息的利用率和现代化管理程度。     

基于元数据的通用数据质量评估工具

为解决传统数据质量评估工具的灵活性与通用性较差问题,通过对元数据应用与数据质量评估实现技术的研究,重点分析了元数据在数据质量评估过程中的作用、数据质量评估元数据抽象及元数据的组成。确定工具体系结构,并构建元数据模型,实现工具。通过实际应用证明工具具有良好的灵活性与通用性。     

Petri网模型代码映射研究

为了简化仿真系统的实现过程,分析总结了Petri网到程序代码的映射准则,从Petri网的基本元素和关系入手,根据逻辑关系建立映射的三类原子语句,并通过两种合成方式形成分子语句。以原型Petri网为例,遍历可达标识图的各种分支路径,提出循环路径到循环结构语句的代码映射方法。最后给出了带抑制弧的扩展Petri网和受控Petri网的代码映射方案,为Petri网向程序代码的转换提供了理论依据。     

Software structure evaluation based on the interaction and encapsulation of methods

Software structure is the most important factor affecting the quality of a program.The evaluation of software structure is a foundational technique for software development.However,the traditional evaluation criteria,such as "high cohesion and low coupling",are no longer appropriate for the new web applications,which are designed with a hierarchical framework.A novel approach is proposed in this paper to evaluate software quality based on the interaction and encapsulation of methods.In particular,two criteria for high quality software,the functional and hierarchical structure,are proposed to support widely used web applications.The cohesion and coupling and layer matching ratios between methods within a software package are calculated to determine whether the package is well implemented in terms of functional or hierarchical structure.This approach enables us to quantify the quality of a software system according to the structural types of its packages.Experiments were carried out on 18 versions of Struts and six open-source software packages.Our evaluation concurs with the intuition that minor upgrades,aimed at fixing bugs and adding minor functionality quickly,reduce software quality,whereas major upgrades,which normally clean up messy code and re-construct the software,improve software quality.     

Terahertz switch and polarization controller based on photonic crystal fiber

Theoretical studies on liquid crystal filled photonic crystal fiber(LC-PCF)are presented.The eects of electric birefringence of liquid crystal(LC)in the LC-PCF and the transmitting properties of photonic crystal fiber(PCF)are investigated by using the full vector plane wave expansion and beam propagation method.The simulation results show that the electrically controlled LC-PCF can act as not only a terahertz(THz)switch with about 0.55 THz bandwidth,but also a tunable polarization controller for changing the polarization state of the fundamental mode.
