AOI技术在激光微孔产品检查中的应用

在过去几年里,小型PCB诸如硅芯片级以及便携式移动电话的生产者和设计者们已经发现:如果要保持自己的竞争力并具备生产高密度封装板能力,就必须采用微孔技术。微孔技术的出现要求针对微孔缺陷的有效检测手段对工艺进行过程控制。本文对激光微孔的自动光学检测进行了详细介绍。     

Miniaturized Hexagonal Stepped-Impedance Resonators and Their Applications to Filters

Miniaturized hexagonal stepped-impedance resonators and their applications to bandpass filters are presented. Based on the odd- and even-mode equivalent circuits, the resonance characteristics of these resonators are investigated. A series of circuit configurations, including the third-order Chebyshev, trisection, and fifth-order cascaded trisection filters, are constructed by the proposed resonators. These filters are very compact and have good stopband responses. Measured results validate the analysis and theoretical prediction with good agreement.     

Grafting of maleic anhydride onto polyethylene through a green chemistry approach

The grafting of a polymer can lead to the improvement and modification of the polymer and thus expand its applications. Grafting methods include solution grafting in organic solvents, melt grafting at high temperatures, and light grafting with radioactive sources. These methods have their advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantages include waste treatment, consumption of energy, and so on. In this study, a hydrothermal process which is called the green approach, was developed to prepare graft copolymers. 用αβ谱仪测量人工αβ放射性气溶胶体积活度的试验研究

本文介绍了用αβ谱仪系统同时测量αβ谱、实现Ｒｎ／Ｔｈ子体补偿、确定超铀α核素气溶胶体积活度及人工放射性气溶胶总β体积活度的技术途径。利用ＲａＡ、ＲａＣ′ａ峰的二段时间计数可确定空气中ＲａＡ、ＲａＢ、ＲａＣ的气溶胶体积活度，相应的，也能给出ＲａＢ、ＲａＣ对总β计数的贡献。根据一般环境条件下的平衡比，用ＴｈＣ′的。计数修正Ｔｈ子体对αβ测量的影响。￣［２３９］ｐｕ或／和￣［２４１］Ａｍ人工核素的α计数，可通过两段时间分别扣除ＲａＡ、ＲａＣ′拖尾的方法确定；β计数分别扣除Ｒｎ／Ｔｈ子体β贡献即可确定。在本文规定的测量条件下，对室内天然Ｒｎ子体水平在１５Ｂｑ／ｍ￣３以下，超铀α核素气溶胶体积活度的测量下限可达到０．１Ｂｑ／ｍ￣３；即使在７５Ｂｑ／ｍ￣３环境下，人工核素总β的测量下限也可达ｌＢｑ／ｍ￣３以下。     

高应力水平下滚动轴承疲劳寿命试验研究

通过在三种不同的强化负荷下进行深沟球轴承疲劳寿命试验，并与常规试验一组结果对比。结果表明，适当地加大滚动轴承疲劳寿命试验负荷，可以大大缩短试验时间，而疲劳寿命依然服从Ｗｅｉｂｕｌ分布，且与常规试验结果基本一致，同时疲劳破坏的形式仍是表面下萌生裂纹，然后扩展至表面形成剥落。     

液相对流对固液界面稳定性的影响

以模型合金丁二腈－乙醇的强制性晶体生长为基础，利用自行研制的液相对流驱动装置，详细考查了液相自然对流及强迫对流作用下，模型合金平界面失稳的动态生长过程，证实了液相的流动加快了液相温度与浓度分布的均匀化，从而增强了液／固界面的稳定性。并且随流动速度的增加，界面稳定性提高。     

助模板剂对MCM—41分子筛孔结构和性能的影响

在硅酸钠－硫酸铝－十六烷基三甲基氯化铵－水体系中，加入不同类型，如正庚烷、三甲基苯和十二胺的有机助模板剂（简称助剂）进行ＭＣＭ－４１分子筛的合成试验，并用ＸＲＤ、ＩＲ及Ｎ２吸附等方法考察了助剂对ＭＣＭ－４１分子筛孔径、热稳定性及酸性的影响。结果表明，十二胺助剂对ＭＣＭ－４１分子筛的孔径影响最大，但热稳定性较差，相比之下，三甲基苯助剂合成的ＭＣＭ－４１分子筛具有孔径大、热稳定性好和酸性特征较好的特点。     

Twofold Mur's first-order ABC in the FDTD method

In this paper, it is shown that the reflection error of Mur's first-order absorbing boundary condition (ABC) can be canceled effectively by applying the ABC twice to an electromagnetic (EM) field on two diagonally neighboring nodes on the x-t, y-t and t-t planes. Following this idea, we have developed a twofold Mur's first-order ABC (TMFABC), which is efficient to absorb both propagative and evanescent EM waves and very convenient for implementation to multilayered structures. TMFABC improves Mur's first-order ABC more effectively at lower frequencies. This is very important because most energy of a high-speed pulse is concentrated at lower frequencies
