纳米技术及其在新材料领域中的应用与展望

本文对作为21世纪高新技术之一的纳米技术进行了阐述,并对其在新材料中的应用进行了阐述和展望。     

哈密地区暴雨成因分析及建议

哈密地区地处祖国西北,是干旱缺水地区,但是又是洪水易发地区,特别是暴雨引发的洪水,占全地区每年自然灾害发生总数的三分之一左右。笔者从事水利水电勘测设计、各类水利规划多年。本文通过对哈密地区多年暴雨资料的整编和暴雨形成实况,研究哈密地区暴雨发生的环流背景、暴雨影响系统的活动规律,暴雨灾害的时空分布规律,暴雨成因过程进行分析,为地区防灾减灾提出建议。     

YAG：Ce Phosphors for WLED via Nano-Pesudoboehmite Sol-Gel Route

The sub-micron sized YAG ： Ce phosphors were synthesized via a modified sol-gel method by peptizing nano-pesudoboehmite particulate. It is found that YAG phase from the dried gel powders appears at 1000 ℃ then the pure YAG phase exists at a relatively lower sintering temperature of 1400 ℃. The smaller sizes of phosphors in the ranges of 1 - 3 μm are obtained due to the contribution of seeding effects of nano-sized alumina particles to strengthen each step of the processes. Both the excitation and emission spectra of photoluminescence of the phosphor obtained at 1400 ℃ meet well with the spectroscopic requirements of the WLED phosphors.

基于小波算法的摆式列车倾摆指令实时提取

由于摆式列车线路检测系统测得的线路超高时变率信号是平稳的且含有幅度大、频带宽的噪声 ,难以用常规的滤波方法得到摆式列车实时倾摆指令。本文介绍了多分辨率分析的基本原理及快速算法 ,讨论了基函数的选取 (构造 )原则。根据超高时变率信号的特征 ,合理选择基函数 ,提出了一种对流式数据的实时滤波算法 ,通过对仿真和线路试验实测数据的处理与常规滤波方法进行了比较。结果表明 ,该算法能更快地实时提取摆式列车倾摆指令。     

地域通信网的干扰技术研究

本文在分析地域通信网结构及组成的基础上,研究了对地域通信网实施的节点破坏、末端信息封锁、局部阻塞瘫痪等对抗方法,并使用干扰地域通信网的程度、节点干扰率、末端节点封锁率和传递信息误差率等指标对干扰效果进行评估。     

New accurate two-noded shear-flexible curved beam elements

 There are two purposes of this work. One is to present two accurate two-noded finite elements which are derived from the potential energy principle and the Hellinger–Reissner functional principle respectively. The second is to show the successful application of the internal displacement parameters in developing a high-order related displacement-rotation interpolation field. Because the derived interpolation field is capable of accurately modeling deformation modes in extreme thin curved beams and nearly straight beams, both shear locking and membrane shocking are avoided. Several standard numerical tests display superior behaviors of the present elements. Received: 5 February 2002 / Accepted: 16 September 2002     

Photo-bleaching induced electro-optic polymer modulators with dual driving electrodes operating at 1.55 /spl mu/m wavelength

Electro-optic (EO) polymeric Mach-Zehnder (MZ) modulators with photo-bleaching (PB) induced waveguides and dual driving electrodes operating at 1.55 /spl mu/m wavelength have been demonstrated. The half-wave voltage of the integrated polymeric modulator was 4.5 V in a push-pull configuration with a 1.5 cm interaction length. The extinction ratio was greater than 20 dB, and the fibre-to-fibre insertion loss was 8 dB for the TM polarisation. The achieved fibre-to-fibre insertion loss and driving voltage are the best, to the authors knowledge, in the reported PB induced MZ EO polymeric modulators.     

均匀设计在遗传算法中的应用研究

通过分析均匀设计和遗传算法的内在关系，指出从某个角度上可以把均匀设计看作是遗传算法的一种特例，并针对遗传算法初始参数众多、难配置的问题，提出了利用均匀设计优化配置选择参数的方法，在一定程度上可以避免遗传算法参数配置的盲目性．仿真试验结果证明了该方法是合理、可行的。     

隧洞内安装大直径PCCP施工方法

山西省万家寨引黄工程联接段1#-6#隧洞总长7.9km，在国内首次采用特制的专用隧洞运管车进行隧洞内PCCP运输及安装。本文简单介绍了引黄联接段隧洞内运输及安装PCCP的施工方法，以供其他类似工程参考。
