双相位编码在数据通信中的应用

双相位码是数据串行通信和记录中使用的一种编码方法。在集散控制系统中使用的磁带机和飞行数据记录器中得到广泛应用。本文主要介绍双相位码的编码、译码原理及双相位码的特点;重点论述双相位码的编码和译码过程在微机上的实现。工程实践和实验表明,用微机实现双相位码的编码和译码过程是切实可行的。试用在TDC-2000集散控制系统中获得了圆满成功。     

TVD有限体积法在二维超音速流计算中的应用

将具有二阶精度的ＴＶＤ有限体积法推广应用到三维无粘流的计算．提出三维流场计算使用的计算网格的生成方法．最后计算了三维纯头体超音速绕流，并和相应文献的结果进行了比较，结果令人满意     

Analysis of culture fluorescence by a fiber-optic sensor inNicotiana tabacum plant cell culture

The on-line sensing of viable cell weight in plant cell culture process is applied to analysis and control of process. The fiber-optic fluorescence sensor was constructed to measure the NADH-dependent fluorescence inNicotiana tabacum plant cell culture and the analysis of fluorescence signal was done to be correlated with the viable cell weight. The structured kinetic model for cell growth was proposed to estimate the theoretical viable cell weight. The dimensional analysis was proposed for the interpretation of fluorescence signal, in which the path length, the inner filter effect and the hydrodynamic conditions were considered as the key factors on fluorescence signal. The dimensional analysis and empirical correlation of fluorescence signal to viable cell weight was applied to the interpretation of the detected fluorescence signal during cultivation. The proposed interpretation of fluorescence signal using dimensional analysis was well correlated with the viable cell weight estimated by the structured kinetic model as well as by empirical correlation.     

桐油改性酚醛树脂的结构及固化过程的研究

通过桐油与苯酚在酸性催化剂存在下反应，然后再在碱性催化剂存在与甲醛反应制得了一种热固性桐油改性酚醛树脂。利用红外光谱，差示扫描量热法分析技术对改性树脂的结构及固化反应过程进行了研究。     

镀Cu碳毡／环氧树脂复合的研制

研究了镀Ｃｕ碳毡／环氧树脂（ＣｕＣＦ／ＥＰ）复合材料的制备，并探讨了镀Ｃｕ量对碳毡电阻率，复合材料电阻率及其电磁屏蔽效率的影响规律，经合理工艺制得的镀Ｃｕ碳毡（４００ｍｇ．ｇ＾－１Ｃｕ－ＣＦ）含量为３００ｍｇ．ｇ＾－１ＣｕＣＦ／ＥＰ复合材料，其电磁屏蔽效率可在２０＝－１０００ＭＨＺ范围内达到６０ｄＢ。     

EFFECT OF HYDROGEN ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE OF SUPER-α2 ALLOY WITH β SOLUTION AND AGEING TREATMENT

借助透射电镜和Ｘ射线衍射仪探讨了氢对Ｓｕｐｅｒ－α２合金β固溶后时效组织的影响，结果表明，氢使时效组织显著细化，使析出相呈细小板条状规则排布，此外，氢还促进Ｂ２相转变为Ｏ相。     

80钢盘条拉拔断裂原因分析

用扫描电镜、金相显微镜观察分析了80钢盘条拉拔断裂的断口，并对盘条进行了理化检验分析。结果表明，盘条组织中较多的网状二次渗碳体是盘条在拉拔过程中脆断的主要原因。     

Thermal Characterization of 1.3 μm InAsP/InGaAsP Ridge Waveguide MQW Lasers Based on Spectroscopy Method

An experimental way to analyze the thermal characterization of semiconductor lasers based on spectroscopy method under pulse driving conditions has been developed. By using this way the thermal characteristics of strain compensated 1.3 μm InAsP/InGaAsP ridge waveguide MQW laser diodes have been investigated. Results show that by measuring and analyzing the lasing spectra under appropriate driving parameters and temperature ranges, the thermal resistance of the laser diodes could be deduced easily. A higher thermal resistance of 640 K/W has been measured on a narrow ridge laser chip without soldering. Other thermal and spectral properties of the lasers have also been measured and discussed.

简要地介绍了渔子溪二级水电站首部枢纽在10多年运行管理中的泥沙淤积及清污的处理措施。     

热采水平井整体开发草13块砂砾岩薄层特稠油

热采水平井技术是科学有效开发稠油油藏的重要手段。以胜利油田草13块为例，系统论述了利用热采水平井整体开发具有边底水的砂砾岩薄层特稠油油藏的开发程序和研究方法。在油蒇精细描述的基础上，通过热采筛选、产能评价、直井和水平井数值模拟、开发方式优化及指标预测等油藏工程研究技术方法，综合论证了利用热采水平井整体开发草13块的必要性和可行性，总结了砂砾岩薄层特稠油油藏水平井油藏工程设计中应遵循的原则，并在生产实践中见到明显效果，为胜利油田其它区块和类似油田的开发提供了借鉴和指导。
