We investigated the diversity and composition of microflora in feces of Lycopus lucidus Turcz.-fed mice. Inaddition, we evaluated the production of major cytokines (Interleukin-6 and -10) which are related to inflammationand fatty acid composition of several tissues. 16S ribosomal DNA sequencing-based microbiome taxonomic profilinganalysis was performed utilizing the EzBioCloud data base. Male mice fed on L. lucidus showed a significantlyreduced number of lactic acid bacteria and coliform in the feces compared with the control group (p < 0.05). 16SrDNA sequencing analysis of fecal samples showed that L. lucidus supplementation decreased the community ofharmful microflora (Enterobacteriaceae including Escherichia coli and Bacteroides sp.) in feces compared with thecontrol group (p < 0.05). There were no significant differences in mRNA expression of cytokine IL-6 and IL-10between the control and L. lucidus fed groups. The fecal fatty acid composition in the L. lucidus group hadpercentages of 4:0, 6:0, 8:0 and 10:0 in the intestine but those short chain fatty acids were not detected in the controlgroup. Our results showed that L. lucidus supplementation influenced gut environment by decreasing harmfulmicroflora and increased the percentages of several short fatty acids.  相似文献

Palm stearin and sunflower oil mixtures in three different ratio of 3:7, 5:5 and 7:3 (w/w) were subjected to transesterification catalyzed by immobilized lipases from Pseudomonas and Mucor javanicus in a solvent-free system. The ability of these lipases to alter the physical properties of the fat blends was studied. Slip melting point (SMP), differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction analyses were used to evaluate the physical properties of the transesterified blends. The percentage of free fatty acids liberated was also determined. Results indicated that the Pseudomonas lipase was catalytically more active than Mucor javanicus lipase as shown by marked changes in the triacylglycerol profile and fatty acids released. Pseudomonas lipase-catalyzed mixtures also showed a bigger drop in SMP and successfully changed the polymorphic form from the dominant β crystal form in control blends to β'crystal form in the transesterified mixtures.  相似文献

Tissues are made up of cells and the extracellular matrix (ECM) which surrounds them. These cells and tissues are actively adaptable to enduring significant stress that occurs in daily life. This astonishing mechanical stress develops due to the interaction between the live cells and the non-living ECM. Cells in the matrix microenvironment can sense the signals and forces produced and initiate a signaling cascade that plays a crucial role in the body’s normal functioning and influences various properties of the native cells, including growth, proliferation, and differentiation. However, the matrix’s characteristic features also impact the repair and regeneration of the damaged tissues. The current study reviewed how the cell-ECM interaction regulates cellular behavior and physicochemical properties. Herein, we have described the response of cells to mechanical stresses, the importance of substrate stiffness and geometry in tissue regeneration, and the development of scaffolds to mimic the nature of native ECM in 3D for tissue engineering applications has also been discussed. Finally, the study summarizes the conclusions and promising prospects based on the cell-ECM interplay.  相似文献

图像超分辨率(SR)是计算机视觉中提高图像和视频分辨率的一类重要技术。近年来,得益于神经网络的成功,基于深度学习的图像超分辨率技术正在蓬勃发展,这无疑是超分辨率技术研究的主流方向。对超分辨率工作进行综述。首先,总结目前已有的超分辨率技术,根据其输入输出进行分类介绍;其次,将基于深度学习的单图像超分辨率技术分为有监督学习和无监督学习两类进行论述,并对部分具有代表性的最新超分辨率重建技术进行总结分类介绍;然后,讨论了超分辨率技术的相关问题,即性能评价指标、标准数据集,进而对几种典型算法进行实验对比;最后,对图像超分辨率算法未来的研究趋势进行展望。  相似文献

A new forming method, pressureless powder packing (PLPP), was studied to fabricate the - and -Al2O3 tubes. Alkali sources were infiltrated into the pores of -Al2O3 tube preforms that had been prepared by the PLPP forming method. The composition for the synthesis of -Al2O3 phase was Na2O · 0. 138Li2 · 4.4Al2O3. The -Al2O3 fraction of calcined and sintered bodies was increased with the increase of calcination temperature, and phase formation was largely affected by the type of starting -Al2O3. Large particle size and narrow size distribution of fused -Al2O3 resulted in uniform green microstructure that enhanced the homogeneity of alkali salts after infiltration, which was very important for the -Al2O3 formation. Sintered microstructure was uniform in all specimens but further development was required for density improvement.  相似文献

The paper describes the structure of an interactive manual data input programming system which was developed for drilling and which uses a ‘shop floor oriented’ language. This programming system incorporates ‘cutting technology’, to provide an unskilled machine operator with computer assistance in achieving optimum drilling conditions for a wide range of engineering materials, and has been designed to be used in conjunction with a microprocessor-based NC drilling system, the structure of which is also briefly described.  相似文献
