The finite element analysis (FEA) technology by hydraulic-mechanical-chemical-damage (HMCD) coupling is proposed in this paper for inclined wellbore stability analysis of water-sensitive and laminated rock, developed basing on the recently established FEA technology for transversely isotropic rock with hydraulic-mechanical-damage (HMD) coupling. The chemical activity of the drilling fluid is considered as phenomenological hydration behavior, the moisture content and parameters of rock considering hydration could be determined with time. The finite element (FE) solutions of numerical wellbore model considering the chemical activity of drilling fluid, damage tensor calculation and weak plane strength criterion for transversely isotropic rock are developed for researching the wellbore failure characteristics and computing the time-dependent collapse and fracture pressure of laminated rock as shale reservoirs. A three-dimensional FE model and elastic solid deformation and seepage flow coupled equations are developed, and the damage tensor calculation technology for transversely isotropic rock are realized by introducing effect of the hydration and the stress state under the current load. The proposed method utilizing weak plane strength criterion fully reflects the strength parameters in rock matrix and weak plane. To the end, an effective and reliable numerically three-step FEA strategy is well established for wellbore stability analysis. Numerical examples are given to show that the proposed method can establish efficient and applicable FE model and be suitable for analyzing the timedependent solutions of pore pressure and stresses, and the evolution region considering the hydration surrounding wellbore, furthermore to compute the collapse cycling time and the safe mud weight for collapse and fracture pressure of transversely isotropic rock. 相似文献

针对滑跑纠偏控制律对良好鲁棒性的要求,以及飞翼布局无人机地面滑跑六自由度模型非线性、多变量的特点,提出了基于自抗扰控制理论的无人机非线性滑跑纠偏控制律;由于采用了前轮转向、阻力方向舵和主轮差动刹车联合纠偏,针对控制执行机构纠偏效率在滑跑过程中变化较大,以及阻力方向舵和刹车机构兼具减速和纠偏功能的特点,提出采用加权伪逆法对偏航力矩及阻力控制指令进行动态控制分配。结果表明,自抗扰滑跑纠偏控制律能够能有效观测并补偿跑道环境影响造成的强烈干扰及侧风干扰,加权伪逆法能够对偏航力矩和阻力指令进行动态分配,并使各执行机构使用量处于正常范围以内。 相似文献

针对单级宽带低噪声放大器(LNA)非线性难以定量分析以及难以将电路设计与线性指标联合设计的问题,提出利用Volterra级数和双极非线性模型相结合的方法优化电路线性度。该方法从SiGe双极管非线性模型出发,提取影响线性度的模型参数,并利用维塔里级数和双极管非线性模型导出器件非线性传输函数,推演出其与IIP3的相互关系,量化各个参数的非线性比重,提出优化线性度的电路设计方法。研究结果表明,在1.5-20GHz的宽频工作频带下,单级低噪声放大器的输入和输出均可实现良好的匹配(<-10dB),达到16dB的增益,噪声系数在整个频带下小于3.6dB,IIP3可达-7.73dBm。 相似文献

ZnO deposition in porous γ-Al2O3 via atomic layer deposition (ALD) is the critical first step for the fabrication of zeolitic imidazolate framework membranes using the ligand-induced perm-selectivation process (Science, 361 (2018), 1008–1011). A detailed computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model of the ALD reactor is developed using a finite-volume-based code and validated. It accounts for the transport processes within the feeding system and reaction chamber. The simulated precursor spatiotemporal profiles assuming no ALD reaction were used as boundary conditions in modeling diethylzinc reaction/diffusion in porous γ-Al2O3, the predictions of which agreed with experimental electron microscopy measurements. Further simulations confirmed that the present deposition flux is much less than the upper limit of flux, below which the decoupling of reactor/substrate is an accurate assumption. The modeling approach demonstrated here allows for the design of ALD processes for thin-film membrane formation including the synthesis of metal–organic framework membranes. 相似文献

The Eu2+-activated nitride phosphors have been widely used in solid-state lighting, but the applications in high-power white-light-emitting diodes (wLEDs) field require higher thermal stability of luminescent materials. The oxidation of Eu2+ and the damage of nitride host in the Eu2+-activated nitride phosphors are the two crucial reasons for the luminescence loss while operating. A superficial organic carbon modification is performed on the red-emitting (Sr,Ca)AlSiN3:Eu2+ phosphor via the incorporation of organic carbon by solution mixing and thermal post-treatment under the N2-H2 atmosphere. After the superficial organic carbon modification, the oxidation of Eu2+ and the formation of impurity phases on the phosphor surface are effectively reduced. When the superficial organic carbon modified sample was treated in the 2 wt.% sucrose solutions, the relative brightness is strengthened by 2.15%, the thermal quenching characteristic is improved by 8.9% at 300℃, and the aging test results show an excellent thermal stability. All above indicate that the superficial organic carbon modification is a promising technique to enhance the thermal stability of analogous Eu2+-activated nirtide phosphors. 相似文献

Easy and hard magnetization curves of Nd_2Co_(14)B compound have been measured withextracting-sample-magnetometer(μ_0H_(max)=6T)at 10~300 K.Magnetic anisotropy constants K_1 and K_2have been determined by fitting the hard magnetization curves,in which only K_1 ,K_2 and misalignment anglehave been taken as fitting parameters.The values of K_1 and K_2 at 4.2 K were derived by extrapolation.Anisotropy coefficients,x_2~° and x_4~°were derived from the anisotropy constants.The anisotropy constant K_2increases rapidly with increasing temperature when TT_(sr).The temperature depen-dence of the magnetic anisotropy coefficient x_2~° was fitted with the formula.The anisotropy coefficients x_2~°can be well described by the tenth-power law from 4.2 K to T_(sr)and by the sixth-power law from T_(sr_ to 300 K. 相似文献

本文采用仪器化冲击试验方法及微观组织分析方法,对汽轮机缸体用钢在593℃不同时间时效条件下的动态断裂韧性及显微组织进行了研究。动态断裂试验结果表明,经过438h时效,K1d值比未时效试样下降了9.5%;时效2105h与时效438h相比,K1d值差异不大,趋于稳定。断口分析表明,剪切唇厚度和侧膨胀值随时效时间的变化趋势与K1d值随时效时间变化趋势相一致。SEM微观组织形貌和能谱分析表明,时效438h后,晶内与晶界均析出少量碳化物,且部分碳化物颗粒发生聚集和长大;时效438h至2105h,碳化物尺寸及数量变化不大,显微组织趋于稳定。 相似文献
