采用动理学方法,用各向异性的M axwell颗粒速度分布函数,建立颗粒相Boltzm ann方程,分别取零次矩、一次矩和二次矩得到颗粒相连续方程、动量方程和二阶矩方程.模拟计算得到上升管内颗粒流场分布和脉动速度分布,与实验结果比较表明:各向异性颗粒动理学能够反映颗粒流动特性,从而能够更全面地认识高颗粒浓度气固两相流动过程. 相似文献

Homocamptothecin (hCPT), a camptothecin (CPT) analogue with a seven membered beta-hydroxylactone which combines enhanced plasma stability and potent topoisomerase I (Topo I)-mediated activity, is an attractive template for the elaboration of new anticancer agents. Like CPT, hCPT carries an asymmetric tertiary alcohol and displays stereoselective inhibition of Topo I. The preparation and biological screening of racemic hCPT analogues are described. The 10 hCPTs tested were better Topo I inhibitors than CPT. Fluorinated hCPTs 23c, d,f,g were found to have potent cytotoxic activity on A427 and PC-3 tumor cell lines. Their cytotoxicity remained high on the K562adr and MCF7mdr cell lines, which overexpress a functionally active P-glycoprotein. Fluorinated hCPTs were more efficacious in vivo than CPT on HT-29 xenografts. In this model, a tumor growth delay of 25 days was reached with hCPT 23g at a daily dose of 0.32 mg/kg, compared to 4 days with CPT at 0.625 mg/kg. Thus difluorinated hCPT 23g warrants further investigation as a novel Topo I inhibitor with high cytotoxicity toward tumor cells and promising in vivo efficacy. 相似文献

The Joint Committee on Testing Practices (JCTP) is a coordinating body that attempts to bring together test publishers and professional organizations concerned with testing in an effort to advance, in the public interest, the quality of testing practices. The JCTP was formed in 1984 by the American Psychological Association, the American Educational Research Association, and the National Council on Measurement in Education. Last fall, the JCTP completed a three-year effort to develop a Code of Fair Testing Practices in Education. In this article, we briefly discuss the evolution of the JCTP, the development and dissemination of the Code, and the American Psychological Association's involvement in improving testing practices. A fast and reliable method for anthocyanin extraction and identification by HPLC‐DAD‐ESI/MS‐QTOF was used to analyse the anthocyanin composition of commercial red fruit juices (blackberry, redcurrant and pomegranate), purees (strawberry, cherry and raspberry) and concentrates (elderberry, blueberry and red grape). The anthocyanin profile of black carrot juice is also reported. The extraction and analysis method allowed us to detect and quantify a wide range of individual anthocyanins in a simple and rapid way. Pelargonidin‐3‐glucoside was detected in redcurrant for the first time and petunidin‐3‐galactoside quantified for the first time in blueberries. Considering the health benefits that have been associated with anthocyanin consumption, all these fruit and vegetables processed products could appear as a good source of this group of phytochemical compounds for their direct consumption or their use as ingredients for the design of new food product or food supplements. 相似文献

Arthrospira Spirulina biomass is a source of intracellular compounds with great commercial interest, such as phycocyanin and phenolic compounds. In this work, different cell disruption methods of the microalgae biomass dried in spouted bed and in conventional tray were performed, aiming lead to the better extraction yields of these compounds. The samples of both drying techniques with the most suitable cell disruption were used to biofilms production. FTIR, DSC, and SEM for all samples were performed. The samples dried in spouted bed with cell disruption by milling and by microwave showed the best results for the powder products, with phycocyanin contents of 75.0 and 85.4 mg g?1, and total phenolic compounds of 41.6 and 41.9 mg g?1, respectively. However, the tray drying/milling produced the biofilms with the best characteristics (tensile strength of 3.69 MPa and water vapor permeability of 1.67?×?10?11 g m s?1 m?2 Pa?1) and the highest thermal stability. 相似文献

Changes in individual sugar content (fructose, glucose and sucrose) during freezing and frozen storage have been evaluated by HPLC on papaya (Carica papaya grupo Solo var Sunrise), fruits proceedings from female and hermaphrodite flowers, and banana (Musa cavendishii var enana). Effects of thermal treatments, such as blanching and microwaving, prior to freezing banana fruit were examined. Both an increase in total sugar levels of papaya samples during freezing and a decrease in sucrose, by invertase, were found followed by an increase in fructose and glucose. A slight decrease in total sugars of banana samples during freezing and storage has been observed, with no significant differences between the pretreatments applied. © 1998 SCI. 相似文献

In this paper, we present a modeling methodology to couple the cardiac conduction system to cardiac myocytes through a model of Purkinje-ventricular junctions to yield fast and realistic electrical activation of the ventricles. A patient-specific biventricular geometry is obtained from processing computed tomography scan data. A one-manifold implementation of the fast marching method based on Eikonal-type equations is used for modeling heart electrophysiology, which facilitates the multiscale 1-D-3-D coupling at very low computational costs. The method is illustrated in in-silico experiments where we analyze and compare alternative pacing strategies on the same patient-specific anatomy. We also show very good agreement between the results from the proposed approach and more detailed and comprehensive biophysical models for modeling cardiac electrophysiology. The effect of atrioventricular delay on the distribution of activation time in myocardium is studied with two experiments. Given the reasonable computational times and realistic activation sequences provided by our method, it can have an important clinical impact on the selection of optimal implantation sites of pacing leads or placement of ablation catheter's tip in the context of cardiac rhythm management therapies. 相似文献
