Flexible perovskite photodetectors are usually constructed on indium‐tin‐oxide‐coated polymer substrates, which are expensive, fragile, and not resistant to high temperature. Herein, for the first time, a high‐performance flexible perovskite photodetector is fabricated based on low‐cost carbon cloth via a facile solution processable strategy. In this device, perovskite microcrystal and Spiro‐OMeTAD (hole transporting material) blended film act as active materials for light detection, and carbon cloth serves as both a flexible substrate and a conductive electrode. The as‐fabricated photodetector shows a broad spectrum response from ultraviolet to near‐infrared light, high responsivity, fast response speed, long‐term stability, and self‐powered capability. Flexible devices show negligible degradation after several tens of bending cycles and at the extremely bending angle of 180°. This work promises a new technique to construct flexible, high‐performance photodetectors with low cost and self‐powered capability.  相似文献

It is of great importance to exploit electrode materials for sodium‐ion batteries (SIBs) with low cost, long life, and high‐rate capability. However, achieving quick charge and high power density is still a major challenge for most SIBs electrodes because of the sluggish sodiation kinetics. Herein, uniform and mesoporous NiS2 nanospheres are synthesized via a facile one‐step polyvinylpyrrolidone assisted method. By controlling the voltage window, the mesoporous NiS2 nanospheres present excellent electrochemical performance in SIBs. It delivers a high reversible specific capacity of 692 mA h g?1. The NiS2 anode also exhibits excellent high‐rate capability (253 mA h g?1 at 5 A g?1) and long‐term cycling performance (319 mA h g?1 capacity remained even after 1000 cycles at 0.5 A g?1). A dominant pseudocapacitance contribution is identified and verified by kinetics analysis. In addition, the amorphization and conversion reactions during the electrochemical process of the mesoporous NiS2 nanospheres is also investigated by in situ X‐ray diffraction. The impressive electrochemical performance reveals that the NiS2 offers great potential toward the development of next generation large scale energy storage.  相似文献

In recent years,trap-related interfacial transport phenomena have received great attention owing to their potential applications in resistive switching devices and photo detectors.Not long ago,one new type of memristive interface that is composed of F-doped SnO2 and Bi2S3 nano-network layers has demonstrated a bivariate-continuous-tunable resistance with a swift response comparable to the one in neuron synapses and with a brain-like memorizing capability.However,the resistive mechanism is still not clearly understood because of lack of evidence,and the limited improvement in the development of the interfacial device.By combining I-V characterization,electron energy-loss spectroscopy,and firstprinciple calculation,we studied in detail the macro/micro features of the memristive interface using experimental and theoretical methods,and confirmed that its atomic origin is attributed to the traps induced by O-doping.This implies that impurity-doping might be an effective strategy for improving switching features and building new interfacial memristors.  相似文献

The resource-constrained project scheduling problem (RCPSP) has received wide attention. In this paper, an activity-list-based nested partitions algorithm (ALNP) is developed for solving the RCPSP and a P-ALNP is proposed to improve ALNP with local adjustment. In the algorithms, to improve the search efficiency, a partial double justification is employed as local search mechanism. The computational experiments on the PSPLIB and analysis on robustness of the algorithms show that ALNP outperforms the traditional serial scheduling scheme for solving the large-scale, complex RCPSPs, and P-ALNP can improve ALNP and obtain better results. P-ALNP is a competitive algorithm for solving the RCPSP.  相似文献

对蓄冷板内共晶液的热力学特性进行了分析,并且建立了蓄冷板释冷的数学模型。通过数值模拟的方法,模拟了NaCl蓄冷板在初始温度为-30℃,环境温度为-10℃、0℃和10℃三种不同温度条件下的释冷过程,并且通过相关的实验研究,对模拟结果的准确性进行了验证。通过研究得到了蓄冷板在不同条件下的释冷过程及特点。研究结果表明:在NaCl蓄冷板的释冷过程中,当其所处的环境温度高于-21.2℃,即其共晶温度时,外界环境温度会对冷板内共晶冰开始发生相变的时刻产生较大影响;外界环境温度越高,蓄冷板内共晶冰开始融化到完全融化所需要的时间越短。计算结果与实验结果吻合良好,两者之间的平均偏差小于0.5℃,说明数学模型及计算方法的可靠性。  相似文献
