基于CPSO的二维Otsu图像分割法

二维Otsu方法同时考虑了图像的灰度信息和像素问的空间邻域信息,图像分割效果好但算法计算量较大。针对上述情况,提出一种基于混沌粒子群优化算法（CPSO）的策略,将其用于二维Otsu方法中,并与标准粒子群优化算法（SPSO）进行仿真实验对比。实验结果表明,该方法可以提高分割速度,克服SPSO的缺点,图像分割结果较理想。

Research and Implementation of Task Management Model in Product Development Process Management

The implementation of product development process management (PDPM) is an effective means of developing products with higher quality in shorter lead time. It is argued in this paper that product, data, person and activity are basic factors in PDPM With detailed analysis of these basic factors and their relations in product developmed process, all product development activities are considered as tasks and the management of product development process is regarded as the management of task execution A task decomposition based product development model is proposed with methods of constructing task relation matrix from layer model and constraint model resulted from task decomposition. An algorithm for constructing directed task graph is given and is used in the management of tasks. Finally, the usage and limitation of the proposed PDPM model is given with further work proposed.     

Efficient storage of healthcare data in XML-based smart cards

In this paper we present storage structures for efficiently processing XML path queries on healthcare data stored in smart cards using XML format. In the design of the storage structures that we present, properties of healthcare data and fundamental types of queries on the healthcare data are taken into account as well as the constraints of the smart cards. We compare the space and time efficiency of the proposed storage structures for various types of queries.     

On the probability theory on MV algebras

 The paper contains a review of some results concerning probability theory on MV algebras (laws of large numbers, central limit theorem, martingale convergence theorem). Also some algebraic and methodical aspects are discussed.     

现代化水利建设迫切需要完善质量监督工作体系

江苏省的市、县级水利工程质量监督体系尚未建立,远未健全。质量监督存在制度不完善、效能不到位等问题。今后一个时期,大规模水利建设和水利现代化建设,需要质量监督作为工程质量重要保障,应通过健全监督体系、完善监督制度、抓住质量监督重心、强化质量检测管理、实现全程监督检查等措施,来确保质量监督工作的成效。     

加强研究生基层任职能力培养的思考

针对军校培养的硕士研究生到基层任职比例逐年增大,为进一步提高研究生培养质量,通过对学院已毕业的硕士研究生在基层部队任职情况的调研,分析了硕士研究生在基层部队任职中暴露出的问题和原因,提出了加强思想政治教育、增强培养的针对性以及与部队开展联合培养等建议.

本文基于系统动力学反馈基模分析方法,在分析江西地方高校发展的成长上限基模和对策基模的基础上进行实证研究,引入相关数据,构建消除成长上限基模的顶点赋权模型,并提出综合对策思考。     

DNA immobilization and SAW response in ZnO nanotips grown on LiNbO3 substrates.

DNA immobilization enhancement is demonstrated in a structure consisting of ZnO nanotips on 128 degrees Y-cut LiNbO3. The ZnO nanotips are grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) on the top of a SiO2 layer that is deposited and patterned on the LiNbO3 SAW delay path. The effects of ZnO nanotips on the SAW response are investigated. X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy are used to analyze the ZnO nanotips, which are of single crystalline quality, and they are uniformly aligned with their c-axis perpendicular to the substrate surface. The photoluminescence (PL) spectrum of the ZnO nanotips shows strong near bandedge transition with insignificant deep level emission, confirming their good optical property. DNA immobilization enhancement is experimentally validated by radioactive labeling tests and SAW response changes. The ZnO nanotips enhance the DNA immobilization by a factor of 200 compared to ZnO film with flat surface. DNA hybridization with complementary and noncomplementary second strand DNA oligonucleotides is used to study the selective binding of the structure. This device structure possesses the advantages of both traditional SAW sensors and ZnO nanostructures.
