采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一系列磷钨酸-硅胶催化剂(PW/SG),考察了该催化剂催化乙酰乙酸乙酯与乙二醇液相缩合制备苹果酯的反应性能。实验结果表明,PW质量分数为40%时的PW/SG催化剂表现出最佳的催化活性;40%PW/SG催化剂制备苹果酯的最佳工艺条件为:n(乙酰乙酸乙酯)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.2,催化剂用量占反应物质量的0.36%,带水剂环己烷用量占反应物体积的30%,反应温度383K,反应时间90min;在此条件下,乙酰乙酸乙酯的转化率可达95.5%,苹果酯的选择性大于97%;催化剂稳定性实验表明,经5次重复使用,40%PW/SG催化剂的活性基本保持不变,乙酰乙酸乙酯转化率稳定在95.0%左右。 相似文献

Unified analytical expressions have been derived for calculating the resonant frequencies, transimpedance and equivalent input noise current densities of the four most widely used tuned optical receiver front ends built with FETs and p-i-n diodes. A more accurate FET model has been used to improve the accuracy of the analysis. The Miller capacitance has been taken into account, and its impact on the performances of the tuned front ends has been demonstrated. The accuracy of the expressions has been verified by Touchstone simulations. The agreement between the calculated and simulated performances of the front ends is very good. The expressions can be used to investigate the performances of different tuned front ends in a very simple way and provide a good starting point for further computer optimizations of the front ends 相似文献

我们研制了一种8毫米波变张角、半径突变的多模圆锥馈源。计算出其模比并推导出其辐射方向图公式;给出其在两个主平面——E平面与H平面上的辐射方向图和波束场分布特性的测试结果以及电压驻波比VSWR的测量结果;同时给出频带和旁瓣特性。分析与测试共同表明,在34.5GHz~37GHz频带里,该多模馈源的辐射图在大于24dB范围内获得幅度等化且不出现旁瓣,因此具有一定的应用价值。 相似文献

A new kind of aluminium-based alloy part amorphous/part crystalline, can be produced directlyby rapid quenching of the liquid. These materials have a novel structure of nanometer-sizedcrystals in an amorphous matrix and quite remarkable mechanical properties. The materialscan be considered to be nanophase composites. In this work Al88Ni10Y2 and Al88Ni8Y4 (atpct) nanophase composites consisting of a nanoscale dispersion of fcc-Al crystallites uniformlydispersed in an amorphous matrix, have been produced by melt-spinning. They have much highermicrohardness HV than fully amorphous alloys with the same composition. while retaining goodbending ductility The volume fraction, crystallite size and distribution of the fcc-Al phase havebeen estimated by DSC. X-ray diffraction and TEM. lt is found that the microstructure andproperties of the nanophase composites are very sensitive to the composition and the quenchingconditions. lncreasing the Y contedt and decreasing the Ni content at a given Al content givesmuch smaller dispersed nanophase aluminium crystallites. The volume fraction and crystallitesize of the fcc-Al phase increase with a decrease of wheel speed (quenching rate). The effectsof Y and Ni contents on the ease of formaticn of the nanophase composites are discussed. Theorigins of the novel mechanical properties are also considered. 相似文献

Amorphous ribbon-type filler-metals represent a promising selection for joining heterogeneous materials together. In this work, rapidly solidified ribbon-type Ti based amorphous filler with a melting temperature of 850 °C and a thickness up to 20 μm is used to join silicon doped carbon to pure copper. SEM examinations demonstrate that a high quality brazed joints could be acquired. The brazed seam has a uniform structure and pore free along its entire length. TiC and ZrC are formed near the interface of carbon and filler-metal when the brazing holds enough time. Using very thin Mo and Cu foil (0.2 mm in thickness) as multiple interlayer are very effective to mitigate the thermal stress occurred in the interface between carbon and copper. The shear strength of this carbon-multiple interlayer-copper joint is more than 20 MPa, and the rupture is mainly occurred on the carbon side. 相似文献

Monolithic Catalysts with Low Noble-Metal Content for Exhaust Purification of Small Gasoline Engines
A series of low noble-metal coment monolithic catalysts for exhaust purification of small gasoline engines was investigated, and it was found that the Pt/Rh-OSM/Al2O3 (where OSM was oxygen storage material) catalyst with Ce0.5Zr0.5-MnOx(3%MnOx) OSM held low light-off temperature for CO, HC, and NO; quite wide three-way window, and outstanding thermal stability.
