Surgical complications of open spinal dysraphism

The embryogenesis, closure technique, and preoperative preparation of open myelomeningocele are described in this article. Both early and late complications of myelomeningocele closure are discussed with respect to predisposing factors, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. These complications include worsened neurological level, wound dehiscence, wound infection, cerebrospinal fluid leak, postoperative ileus, symptomatic Chiari malformation, shunt infection, necrotizing enterocolitis, and problems related to kyphectomy.     

Improvement in hydrogen storage characteristics of magnesium by mechanical alloying with nickel

The hydriding and dehydriding kinetics of Mg are reviewed. It is reported that the hydriding and dehydriding reactions of Mg are nucleation-controlled under certain conditions and progress by a mechanism of nucleation and growth, and that the hydriding rates of Mg are controlled by the diffusion of hydrogen through a growing Mg hydride layer.The hydriding and dehydriding kinetics of Mg can be improved in consequence by a treatment such as mechanical alloying, which can facilitate the nucleation by creating defects and shorten diffusion distances by reducing the effective particle size of Mg.The hydriding and dehydriding characteristics of mechanically-treated Mg and mechanically-alloyed mixtures with the compositions Mg-x wt Ni (x=5, 10,25 and 55) are studied.The Mg₂Ni phase develops in the mechanically-alloyed mixtures. The Mg-10wt% Ni and Mg-25 wt% Ni mixtures are activated easily, show much larger hydrogen storage capacities and much higher hydriding rates, and higher dehydriding rates, than other magnesium- based alloys or mixtures.     

糖化酶制剂辐照性能研究

研究了工业糖化酶制剂经辐照处理后各项性能的变化。结果表明,经2kGy以下剂量的γ射线处理后,可提高其贮存稳定性,改善卫生品质,不影响其正常使用。     

^60Coγ射线对刚地弓形虫缓殖子感染性的影响

应用不同剂量的~(60)Coγ射线照射含NT株弓形虫包囊的鼠脑匀浆后,以0.4％胰蛋白酶液消化,使弓形虫缓殖子从包囊中释放出来,并用生理盐水作连续10倍稀释,使成为含不同数量缓殖子的悬液,将此悬液接种小鼠,用生物检测方法确定其感染性。另设未经照射处理的缓殖子悬液感染小鼠的对照组。结果表明,γ射线0.55kGy剂量为控制鼠脑中NT株弓形虫感染性的最小有效剂量。γ射线0.1kGy剂量对弓形虫缓殖子感染性无明显影响,而0.45kGy照射后,其感染性较前者下降了10~4倍。     

过共晶Al－Si合金共生区激光表面处理

用２ｋＷ连续ＣＯ２激光对过共晶Ａｌ－１８Ｓｉ合金以不同能量密度和扫描速度进行快速熔凝处理。用扫描电镜、电子微区分析仪分析了微观结构。从计算机对Ａｌ－Ｓｉ合金ｆ－ｎｆ系统的非平衡理论计算所得的共生区及实验结果的分析可见，当能量密度和扫描速度决定的凝固条件处于共生区中部时，过共晶Ａｌ－Ｓｉ合金激光表面处理可以得到共晶间距低于２００ｎｍ的完全共晶结构。     

FED制作工艺研究

本文介绍了我们开发的ＦＥＤ工艺，包括；硅锥场致发射阵列的制作，栅极制作，阳极支柱的制作和平板透明真空封装，对工艺中的难点及对策作了详细描述。利用上述工艺，已经制成了平板数码管，其栅阴特性理想，阳阴之间也能测得明显的场致发射特性产伴有荧光激发。     

Do antral washouts have a place in the current management of chronic sinusitis?

Antral washouts have been widely used in the management of chronic sinusitis. With the advent of modern antibiotics and powerful topical nasal steroids, we sought to establish if a role remains for this procedure. One hundred and fourteen patients with chronic sinusitis were randomised into two groups. Patients in Group A received antral washouts followed by antibiotics and topical nasal steroids. Patients in the Group B received antibiotics and topical nasal steroids alone. In each group 51.6 per cent and 50 per cent of patients respectively improved with treatment. The outcome of treatment is also not influenced by endoscopic abnormality. The difference was not statistically significant (p = 0.86). The study indicates that half of patients with chronic sinusitis will improve with medical treatment but the addition of antral washout confers no additional benefits.     

代数应力模式的分析解及其在充分发展旋转管流中的应用

本文通过求解雷诺应力在代数应力模式中与平均速度梯度之间的分析关系，研究了代数应力模式在涡旋流动特别是在充分发展旋转管流中存在的内在缺陷，这些缺陷的主要表现为：（１）在不考虑固壁对湍流影响的代数应力模式中，分析解给出Ｗ∝ｒ和ｖｗ＝０的错误结论；（２）若在代数应力模式中考虑固壁对湍流影响，在对称轴上会有ｖ＾２不等于ｗ＾２的非物理解。与诺应力输运模式相比，代数应力模式的缺陷归限结底在于该模式的基本假设不     

亲电聚合路线合成聚醚醚酮酮砜的研究

用4,4′-二苯氧基二苯砜(DPODPS)分别与对苯二甲酰氯(TPC)、间苯二甲酰氯(IPC)或2,5-二氯对苯二甲酰氯(DCC)在1,2-二氯乙烷(DCE)中,以无水 AlCl_3为催化剂,在 N-甲基吡咯烷酮(NMP)存在下,通过付-克亲电聚合反应,制得了五种不同结构的聚醚醚酮酮砜(简称PEEKKS)。用红外光谱(IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热(DSC)、热重(TG)及耐溶剂试验,对聚合物进行了表征。结果表明,五种聚合物的对数比浓粘度(η_(inh))均达到0.85以上.具有较低的熔融温度、良好的溶解性能和耐高温性能,PEEKKS 属于非晶态聚合物。     

An antigenic polysaccharide from Campylobacter coli serotype O:30. Structure of a teichoic acid-like antigenic polysaccharide associated with the lipopolysaccharide

A water-soluble antigenic polysaccharide of high M(r) associated with the lipopolysaccharide has been isolated from phenol-water extraction of cells of Campylobacter coli serotype O:30. The polysaccharide and oligosaccharide degradation products formed on O-dephosphorylation and by periodate oxidation followed by reduction have been investigated by one- and two-dimensional 1H, 13C, and 31P NMR. It is concluded that the antigenic polysaccharide has a teichoic acid-like structure with a poly-Ribitol phosphate, [5-Ribitol-1-P]n, backbone with side chains at O-2 of O-(6-deoxy-beta-D-talo-heptopyranosyl)-(1-->4)-(2-acetylamino-2-deoxy-beta-D- glucopyranosyl) units. The structure is unusual in Gram-negative bacteria and is unique in possessing 6-deoxy-D-talo-heptose as a constituent sugar. Evidence for the relationship of the antigenic polysaccharide to the lipopolysaccharide of low M(r) is discussed.
