镜面电火花加工的探讨

针对目前精密型腔模电火花加工的镜面需求,就镜面电火花加工应用技术进行了探讨,对推广这一技术的应用提供一定的参考价值。     

简易退锚装置的研制与使用

以山东省济宁市鲁西煤矿3上107综采工作面为例,阐述了简易退锚装置的研制与使用,以及所获得的效果和经济效益。     

一种针对FPGA位流的自动化故障注入分析方法

理论上通过篡改FPGA位流,利用其实现的密码算法的错误输出可以分析出密钥,但这种攻击通常需要非常了解目标FPGA的内部结构与位流的对应关系。而位流逆向的难度很大,导致此类攻击的实用性不高。文章提出一种针对FPGA位流的自动化故障注入分析方法,不需要逆向位流,结合张帆等人提出的持久性故障分析理论,把因篡改算法常量导致的出错结果作为可利用的故障。并首次在Xilinx-7系列FPGA开发板上利用Spider进行电压故障注入实验,480条错误密文就可以得到AES-128的密钥,且在10 min内可以完成数据的采集和分析。对于加密位流的情况,可以先利用电磁侧信道分析方法得到明文位流,再结合该文的分析方法来进行密钥破解。     

Distribution of heavy metals during pyrolysis of waste printed circuit boards

The volatilization behavior of Cu, Pb, Sn, Sb, Ni, Zn, Mn, Co, Cr, Cd during pyrolysis of waste printed circuit boards was investigated in a bench-scale fixed-bed pyrolysis system. It was found that volatility of heavy metals increases with operating temperature elevating, and bromine and vacuum have an obvious promoting effect on volatility of most of heavy metals. Over 99% weight of Cu and Ni are still remained in solid residue after pyrolysis, about 20% weight of Sb, Zn and Cd are transfered into liquid and gas during a pyrolysis process at 600 ℃, volatilization fractions of Pb, Sn, Mn, Co, Cr are less than 10% at the same conditions. The contents of heavy metals in liquid and gas products depend on not only volatility of metals, but also their initial contents in printed circuit boards, pyrolysis liquid and gas are primarily contaminated by Cu, Pb, Sn, Sb and Zn, their contents in liquid vary from 10^2 to 10^3 pg/mL, Mn, Co, Cr, Cd were detected only at very low level, less than 10 μg/mL.     

Numerical simulation for rheological characteristics of alternating distribution of soft and hard rock layers

The difficulty of selecting appropriate rheological model and parameters for the alternating distribution of soft and hard rock layers was often encountered due to the unhomogeneity, discontinuity and anisotropy of rock mass. The Burgers and generalized Kelvin models were applied to the soft and hard rock respectively and the rheological parameters were obtained based on the method of optimum separation. By using the simulated code FLAC^3D, the stability of surrounding rocks of a certain underground plant was analyzed. The effect of surface load and weakening the parameters intensity of argillaceous and bioclastic interlayers between soft and hard rock on rheological behavior of layer composite rock mass was investigated. The results indicate that the rheological characteristics of soft and hard rock layer in composite rock mass can be described well with above two rheological models.     

Lifting transform via Savitsky-Golay filter predictor and application of denoising

The Savitsky-Golay filter is a smoothing filter based on polynomial regression. It employs the regression fitting capacity to improve the smoothing results. But Savitsky-Golay filter uses a fix sized window. It has the same shortage of Window Fourier Transform. Wavelet mutiresolution analysis may deal with this problem. In this paper, taking advantage of Savitsky-Golay filter＇s fitting ability and the wavelet transform＇s multiscale analysis ability, we developed a new lifting transform via Savitsky-Golay smoothing filter as the lifting predictor, and then processed the signals comparing with the ordinary Savitsky-Golay smoothing method. We useed the new lifting in noisy heavy sine denoising. The new transform obviously has better denoise ability than ordinary Savitsky-Golay smoothing method. At the same time singular points are perfectly retained in the denoised signal. Singularity analysis, multiscale interpolation, estimation, chemical data smoothing and other potential signal processing utility of this new lifting transform are in prospect.     

Land reclamation in the refuse dump of open coal mines and its following ecology principle

Through the research on the model of the land reclamation in the refuse dump of Heidaigou open coal mines, it was concerned that ecology was the theoretical basic for the land reclamation of open coal mines. According to the principle of ecological substituting, the land reclamation can be divided into three stages： water and soil conservation, ecological performance and economic performance. Taking the land reclamation in the refuse dump of Heidaigou open coal mines as the practical example, explained the application of the ecological substituting principle on the land reclamation in the open coal mines .     

Study on the forecast method for underground coal mine

At present, coal mine fires were forecasted with some temperature, smog, CO, CO2, etc, however, this method can＇t meet the requirements for safe production of coal mines in monitoring accuracy and validity. Overcoming these problems of foregone monitoring methods, using multi-parameters which include fire image, smog, CO, CO2, O2, etc, the paper put forward a synthetical analysis monitor with advanced technology of neural network. The research and application of this method has significance in theory and practical value for coal mine fire forecast.     

Analysis of low energy arc discharge characteristics based on dynamic V-A characteristics model

Low energy arc discharge characteristics was analyzed based on dynamic V-A characteristics model. It draws conclusions that discharge time relates to the source voltage and the product of inductance and stable current, discharge time will increase when the source voltage increases; current reduce rate is in inverse proportion to the value of inductance; arc resistance when the arc occurs is the ratio of minimum arcing voltage to stable current. It also gains the expressions of arc resistance and arc power, arc resistance and arc power both increase as the source voltage increases and decrease as the value of inductance increases. Conclusions above mentioned are helpful to design intrinsically safe circuits.     

PLC模糊控制器在煤泥水处理中的应用

根据煤泥水系统的多输入多输出变量特性及其相互之间的动态关系,提出了采用模糊控制技术对其控制的方法以及建立多变量系统的模糊控制规则,并给出了采用PLC处理煤泥水的实现方法。
