建立实施职业健康安全管理体系迎接入世挑战

建立和实施职业健康安全管理体系 (OHSMS) ,改善职工健康状况 ,改善劳动条件已成为刻不容缓的任务。介绍了柳钢职业健康安全管理体系的建立和实施情况 ,并提出了建立文化OHSMS和QMS整合型管理体系的设想及建立整合型管理体系应注意的问题。     

Transient Current Behaviour for Iron in 3.5%NaCl and 3.5%NaCl+ 1%NaNO_2 Solutions during Corrosion Fatigue

The transient current behaviour for Iron in 3.5%NaCl and 3.5%NaCl +1%NaNO2 solutions during corrosion fatigue (CF) process has been investigated at different given strain amplitudes and strain rates. The results show that elastic strain has little contribution to material dissolution. The elastic tension strain results in the decrease in the transient current, while the elastic compression strain increases the transient current. Compared to the elastic deformation, plastic deformation affects material dissolution evidently For iron in 3.5%NaCl solution, the strain amplitude plays a dominant role in the dissolution process accelerated by the plastic strain, while in 3.5%NaCl+1%NaNO2 solution, both the strain amplitude and strain rate play an important role in this process. In this paper, the effect of the elastic deformation on the material dissolution and the relation between the tension and compression current peak values under the plastic cycle deformation are discussed     

水轮机调速器与电网负荷频率控制

在现代电力系统中，水轮机调速器已成为水轮机控制系统的控制核心。文中叙述了水轮机调速器与电网负荷频率控制之间的关系，分析了调速器在电网一次调频、二次调频中的作用、静态特性和动态特性;通过建模、仿真及现场试验，提出了机组并联于大电网工况下的调速器PID参数整定范围和应有的机组功率控制模式。     

基于Web的选课支持系统

为了在选课之前给予学生充分的信息支持,使选课更有针对性和透明性,建设基于Web的选课支持系统是一项有意义的工作.提出了系统的三层体系结构及系统构成,分析了各子系统的功能,给出系统实现的关键技术,运行实践表明,该系统具有很好的信息支持效果.     

超导／半导兼容材料的制作及性能分析

介绍了几种结构合理的超导／半导兼容材料的制作技术及其测试结果，重点讨论了超导体（ＹＢＣＯ）与半导体（Ｓｉ，ＣａＡｓ）间缓冲层的选取，并对这几种复合材料的性能作了较详细的分析。     

基于EPICENTRE的海洋钻探数据库构建方法研究

随着海洋在经济发展中的地位日益突出,海洋地质调查越来越重要,如何合理地管理使用海洋地质调查数据成为研究热点.文中以海洋钻探为例,采用面向对象的技术方法,提出了基于EPICENTRE数据模型的海洋钻探数据库构建方法,实现了海洋钻探业务与EPICENTRE数据模型的关联.该方法得到的海洋钻探数据库是面向业务的,与传统的关系数据库相比具有良好的可扩展性,稳定性以及关联性等优点.文中重点对业务模型与逻辑模型的关联技术进行了介绍.     

Binary particle swarm optimization with multiple evolutionary strategies

This paper introduces a novel variation of binary particle swarm optimization(BPSO) algorithm and a further extension to improve its performance.Firstly,mimicking the behaviors of some creatures group,multiple evolutionary strategies BPSO(MBPSO) is introduced which takes different evolutionary strategies for various particles according to their performances.Then,on the basis of MBPSO,a new strategy is discussed to improve the performance of the MBPSO(M2BPSO) which adopts the concept of the mutation operator aiming to overcome the premature convergence and slow convergent speed during the later stages of the optimization.The proposed two algorithms are tested on seven benchmark functions and their results are compared with those obtained by other methods.Experimental results show that our methods outperform the other algorithms.     

一种新的纸基微流开关及其活跃方法

提出了一种新的、基于声表面波的纸基微流开关。通过软光刻技术制作内含两个微孔的聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)微架,其上固定经折叠、长度可变的纸通道。PDMS微架贴附于压电基片之上,并在待连接的两微通道之下方,折叠纸通道最低端离压电基片间距为2 mm。压电基片上采用微电子工艺光刻一对叉指换能器和反射栅。当足够强度的电信号加到叉指换能器对时,激发两相向声表面波,使得压电基片上微流体输运到折叠纸通道,改变其长度,连接其上待连通的两纸基微通道,完成开关功能。对可编程微流器件提供了一种新的编程和开关控制方法。     

基于MEMS微电极芯片的电穿孔系统

报道了一种基于微加工金电极的细胞电穿孔芯片及一套完整的细胞电穿孔系统。该系统能够在多种细胞系中实现高效细胞电穿孔(对典型HEK-293A(人胚胎肾细胞)细胞的穿孔效率高于90%,3T3-L1(小鼠胚胎成纤维细胞)的电穿孔效率高达80%)。并且具有手动模式和自动模式。同时,由于基于独特的电极设计,其所需电压也远低于现有设备(典型工作电压为60 V),成本更低,操作更安全。     

SAS数据挖掘在冷轧酸洗卷质量缺陷分析中的应用

数据挖掘作为一种发现大量数据中潜在信息的数据分析技术,受到各界的密切关注。SAS数据挖掘技术是众多数据挖掘方法中的佼佼者,它在大型企业中得到很好的应用。本文介绍数据挖掘的背景知识,并利用SAS/EM工具,对该技术在冷轧酸洗卷质量缺陷原因分析作了初步尝试。
