对数型产量衰减曲线方程的建立与应用

在产量衰减曲线方程的基础上，通过数学推导，得到了一种对数型产量减曲线方程。方程既可以用来预测油气田整个开发阶段的指标，又可以比较准确的测算油气田的可采集量。对国内外一些油田的实际应用表明，对数型产量衰减曲线方程是十分实用和有效的。     

High-power 980-nm AlGaAs/InGaAs strained quantum-well laser grown by OMVPE

High-power lattice-strained AlGaAs/InGaAs graded index separate-confinement heterostructure (GRINSCH) quantum-well lasers emitting at a 980-nm wavelength have been grown by organometallic vapor phase epitaxy (OMVPE) and fabricated with a self-aligned ridge-waveguide structure. Using a 3- mu m-wide and 750- mu m-long AR-HR coated laser, 30 mV of optical power was coupled into optical fibers with 28.6% efficiency. A dominating single-lobe far-field radiation pattern was obtained from a wedge-shaped ridge-waveguide laser for output power as high as 240 mW with a maximum output power of 310 mW.<>     

聚苯硫醚酰胺的合成与表征

用4-氯苯甲酰4′-氯苯胺和硫化钠为原料在常压下合成了聚苯硫醚酰胺,并对其进行了表征。结果表明所合成的产物为结晶性聚合物,并且有较高的热稳定性。     

Improved decoder for transform coding with application to the JPEGbaseline system

Transform coding, a simple yet efficient image coding technique, has been adopted by the Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG) as the basis for an emerging coding standard for compression of still images. However, for any given transform encoder, the conventional inverse transform decoder is suboptimal. Better performance can be obtained by a nonlinear interpolative decoder that performs table lookups to reconstruct the image blocks from the code indexes. Each received code index of an image block addresses a particular codebook to fetch a component vector. The image block can be reconstructed as the sum of the component vectors for that block. An iterative algorithm for designing a set of locally optimal codebooks is developed. Computer simulation results demonstrate that this improved decoding technique can be applied in the JPEG baseline system to decode enhanced quality pictures from the bit stream generated by the standard encoding scheme

变速铣削的试验研究

通过试验考证了变速铣削的减振效果和机床电机电流的波动幅度，试验结果表明，变速铣削同样具有明显的减振效果。机床电机电流虽有波动，但波动幅度不大，不会影响电机的正常使用，变速铣削具有良好的应用前景。     

Investigation of the Interaction of Sodium Chloride and Two Amino Sulfonic Acids,HEPES and MOPSO,by EMF Measurements

Ionic interactions in the two systems NaCl-HEPES (N-2-hydroxyethylpiperazine-N′-2-ethanesulfonic acid) and NaCl-MOPSO (3-(N-Morpholino)-2-hydroxypropanesulfonic acid) have been studied in terms of their mutual influence on the respective activity coefficients of each component. Activity coefficients for each component of the two systems and for corresponding buffers are calculated from emf measurements of solutions containing NaCl, the aminosulfonic acid, and its conjugate base in a NalSE/solution/AgCl-Ag cell at 5, 15, 25, and 37 °C.

Influence of Lanthanum on Fluorescence Properties of Ag-BaO Thin Films

Ag-BaO thin films doped with lanthanum were prepared by vacuum deposition. Compared with the normal Ag-BaO thin film, there is almost no change with the shape and the peak site of the fluorescence spectrum; however, fluores-cence emission strength of the whole observation band(325 -600 nm)increases about 40%, and the increase of short wavelength range is more remarkable than that of long wavelength range, which we named “blue-stronger“ phenomenon. Analytic results show that, with the forming of intermetallic compounds between silver and lanthanum, the 4f-state energy levels lie just below the Fermi level within 5 eV. It is the energy exchange between the 4f energy levels and the conduction band that causes the increase effect of fluorescence emission, and it is the optical absorption cross section of 4f electron, which increases with the increase of energy of incidence photon, that gives rise to the “blue-stronger“ phenomenon.     

Fuzzy reasoning Petri nets

This paper presents a fuzzy reasoning Petri net (FRPN) model to represent a fuzzy production rule-based system. The issues of how to represent and reason about rules containing negative literals are addressed in the proposed PN model. The execution rules based on the model are defined formally using the operators in max-algebra. Then, a fuzzy reasoning algorithm is proposed to perform fuzzy reasoning automatically. The algorithm is consistent with the matrix equation expression method in the traditional PNs and allows one to exploit the maximum parallel reasoning potential embedded in the model. The legitimacy and feasibility of the proposed approach are proved and validated through a turbine fault diagnosis expert system.
