Review of Daqing＇s Technologies in 10th Five-Year Plan Period

During the 10^th Five-Year Plan Period, Daqing Oil Field entered the late high water-cut period with the reserve production ratio in imbalance. The oil field development became more and more difficult owing to the inadequate substitute resources. Daqing Oil Field Company has made a series of important and new technological achievements to solve those bottlenecks. The oil field has cumulatively achieved a total of technological results, of which eight items are at the State level, 96 items at the provincial and ministerial level, and 1009 items granted with the patent rights. The oil field has developed a family of exploration and development technologies which are world-leading and self-developed with an independent IPR.     

Bisensors for amino acids

Two kinds of biosensors for amino acids (one with nonspecific enzyme as bioelement, the other with specific enzyme(s) as bioelement), including their principles, applications, recent researches and future trends were discussed in detail. 61 references were given. 北京谱仪端盖簇射计数器工作气体的研究

为使北京谱仪端盖族射计数器更好地工作在自猝灭流光ＳＱＳ模式下，提高其能量分辨以及线性等指标，用Ａｒ，ＣＯ２，Ｌｓｏｂｕｔａｎｅ三元工作气体对探测器的工作性能进行了仔细研究，找出了一适合于主雇地数器的工作气体，此外，还研究了异丁的纯度对探测器性能的影响。     

Adaptive predictive control algorithm based on Laguerre Functional Model

Laguerre Functional Model has many advantages such as good approximation capability for the variances of system time‐delay, order and other structural parameters, low computational complexity, and the facility of online parameter identification, etc., so this model is suitable for complex industrial process control. A series of successful applications have been gained in linear and non‐linear predictive control fields by the control algorithm based on Laguerre Functional Model, however, former researchers have not systemically brought forward the theoretical analyses of the stability, robustness, and steady‐state performance of this algorithm, which are the keys to guarantee the feasibility of the control algorithm fundamentally. Aimed at this problem, we introduce the principles of the Incremental Mode Linear Laguerre Predictive Control (IMLLPC) algorithm, and then systemically propose the theoretical analyses and proofs of the stability and robustness of the algorithm, in addition, we also put forward the steady‐state performance analysis. At last, the control performances of this algorithm on two different physical industrial plants are presented in detail, and a number of experimental results validate the feasibility and superiority of IMLLPC algorithm. A reliable and manufacturable method to induce a stress of >1 GPa on a P-channel MOSFET in high volume manufacturing

This letter discusses a reliable and manufacturable integration technique to induce greater than 1 GPa of stress into a p-channel MOSFET, which will be required to increase the drive current beyond 1 mA//spl mu/m at the sub-90-nm process generation. Uniaxial compressive stress is introduced into the p-channel by both a selective deposition of SiGe in the source/drain and an engineered 2.5-GPa compressively stressed nitride. The highest to date compressively stressed SiN film is obtained by heavy ion bombardment during the deposition of the film.

En/Decoder for Spectral Phase-Coded OCDMA System Based on Amplitude Sampled FBG

A novel en/decoder for spectral phase-coded optical code-division multiple-access system based on amplitude sampled fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is proposed. Both equivalent chirp and equivalent phase shift are achieved by amplitude sampling. Compared with previous en/decoder based on step chirped FBG, it is easier to fabricate. The performance of the proposed en/decoder is verified by both numerical simulation and experimental demonstration.
