This paper is concerned with the problem of the robust exponential passive filter design for uncertain neutral-type neural networks with time-varying mixed delays. Our aim is to design a Luenberger-type filter for estimating information about the neuron states, which is required in some applied areas. By constructing an appropriate Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and using the Wirtinger-based integral inequality to estimate its derivative, a delay-range-dependent and delay-rate-dependent criterion is presented to ensure the augmented filtering dynamic system to be robustly exponentially stable and passive with an expected dissipation. Since the criterion is presented in the form of linear matrix inequalities with nonlinear constraints, a cone complementarity linearization algorithm is proposed to determine the filter gain from solution to the nonlinear problem. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献

This paper proposes a simplified bit metric calculation method for high-order PSK signal with Gray-mapping. This method calculates the bit metric recursively by the symmetry of Gray code. Analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method can significantly reduce the computational complexity and maintain similar performance compared to ML and Max-Log bit metric. Additionally, this method generates bit metrics of PSK signals with different modulation order in the same way, so it can be applied to adaptive modulation system. 相似文献

Polycrystalline Al2O3 thin films were fabricated through a method combining urea hydrolysis and hydrothermal reactions. The overall growth temperature of these films was achieved as low as 150 °C. Although cracks occurred across the gel film after hydrolysis, a subsequent nucleation under elevated pressure and temperature resulted in a closely packed morphology. Moreover, the hydrothermal treatment led to high oxide content and an increase in crystallinity within the films. 相似文献

At elevated pressure, stoichiometric and high quality Al2O3 thin films are fabricated at 65-105 °C. By using pre-organised single source precursor aluminium(III) diisopropylcarbamate, Al2O3 were deposited on the surface of a Si substrate in a single step in the liquid phase. Comprehensive removal of large carbamate ligands by proposed β-elimination during decomposition of precursor led to an effective delivery of enshrouded Al-O fragments. Scanning electron microscopy revealed dense and grainy surface morphology. The thicknesses of the films were measured to be 150-300 nm and independent to reaction temperatures or reaction times. Through the use of near edge X-ray absorption fine structure spectroscopy, Al absorption peaks suggest a short range crystalline formation in a film deposited at 105 °C. 相似文献

Due to the extremely large surface to bulk ratio, the properties of single layer(SL) MoS_2 are largely determined by its interaction with environment. One critical interaction process that has been intensively investigated is the oxidation process of MoS_2.Despite numerous previous explorations, the detailed mechanism regarding how MoS_2 reacts with oxygen is still not well understood. In this work, we systematically investigate the impact of intrinsic and pre-created defects on the oxidation process of SL MoS_2. For pristine SL MoS_2, the oxidation is found to initiate near point defects and grain boundaries, leading to the formation of triangle pits in the basal plane and cracks near the grain boundaries. The pre-created defects introduced by ion irradiation are found to serve as the oxidation center, resulting in a more uniform oxidation process. The oxidation is found to introduce p-type doping in the SL MoS_2, leading to the blue shift of Raman and photoluminescence(PL) spectra. The shift is found to be more for the region near the grain boundary and for the samples with more pre-created defects. Our results suggest that the presence of defects can strongly promote the oxidation reaction of SL MoS_2 in ambient condition, which significantly affects the stability and functionality of materials. 相似文献
