Creativity in non‐routine jobs: The role of transformational leadership and organizational identification

An increasing number of individuals work in jobs with little standardization and repetition, that is, with high levels of job non‐routinization. At the same time, demands for creativity are high, which raises the question of how employees can use job non‐routinization to develop creativity. Acknowledging the importance of social processes for creativity, we propose that transformational leaders raise feelings of organizational identification in followers and that this form of identification then helps individuals to develop creativity in jobs with little routinization. This is because organizational members evaluate and promote those ideas as more creative, which are in line with a shared understanding of creativity within the organization. To investigate these relationships, we calculated a mediated moderation model with 173 leader–follower dyads from China. Results confirm our hypotheses that transformational leadership moderates the relationship between job non‐routinization on employee creativity through organizational identification. We conclude that raising feelings of social identity is a key task for leaders today, especially when working in uncertain and fast developing environments with little repetition and the constant need to develop creative ideas.     

hp自适应伪谱法在滑翔弹道快速优化中的应用

基于一种求解最优控制问题的新方法——hp自适应伪谱法对滑翔弹道快速优化设计问题进行了研究;该方法将全局伪谱法与有限元法的思想进行结合,采用双层优化策略对细化单元上的配点数和插值多项式的阶次进行自适应调节以满足快速性及精度要求;对滑翔弹道优化问题进行了数值仿真计算,用极小值原理验证了仿真所得的弹道是最优弹道,并与Guass伪谱法的仿真结果进行了对比分析;结果表明该优化方法在求解周期性跳跃滑翔弹道时具有更合理的配点分布及更少的计算时间,对初始控制量不敏感、鲁棒性强,具有一定的工程应用价值。     

基于1553B和外部FLASH实现星上FPGA配置

太阳辐射监测仪作为某卫星载荷之一,其控制系统主要由DSP+FPGA组成,文章利用1553B和外部Flash实现了系统上电后自动配置FPGA;首先,利用1553B通讯芯片上传FPGA和DSP代码到外部RAM,并通过DSP烧写程序分别烧写到Flash的合理区域;系统上电后,DSP从Flash 0x0地址运行,初始化后运行FPGA配置程序,实现FPGA的动态配置;避免了FPGA跑飞后需要重新上电和归零,提高了系统的可靠性;省去了FPGA专用配置EPROM芯片,简化结构,降低了系统成本;实践证明,FPGA加载时间约2分钟,可定时加载或命令控制加载,该方法简单实用,适合星上载荷使用。     

太阳辐照绝对辐射计的精密温度控制系统设计

为了提高太阳辐照绝对辐射计(SIARs)的测量精度,消除温度变化对SIARs测量精度的影响,研究设计了精密温度控制系统,对SIARs进行恒温控制;通过对铂电阻温度传感器自热效应的弱化,提高了温度测量的精度;提出了一种新的复合PID控制算法,该复合控制算法使系统获得良好的动态和稳态性能;使用密闭的高低温箱来模拟星上温度条件对系统进行了实验测试,实验数据表明,系统控制精度在0.1℃以内,可为SIARs工作提供稳定的温度环境。     

基于MAX16802B的水下相机控制系统设计

水下相机对海洋生物科学研究有重要意义,其控制系统的设计关键在于光源控制方案以及电源效率的提高;提出并实现了一种基于低功耗微控制器、高亮LED光源以及LED控制驱动器MAX16802B的水下相机控制系统,详细介绍了系统组成,并给出了基于低功耗策略的硬件和软件优化设计方案;实验结果表明,该设计方案电路结构简单,稳定性好,电源效率达75%以上,能够满足长时间水下拍摄工作;在实际海下测试中,按20分钟的拍摄间隔需求,水下相机可连续工作2个月以上。     

Optimal Performance in Tracking Stochastic Signal Under Disturbance Rejection

The analysis method of optimal tracking performance is proposed for multiple‐input multiple‐output (MIMO) linear time‐invariant (LTI) systems under disturbance rejection. An H₂ criterion of the error signal between the output of the plant and the reference signal is used as a measure for the tracking performance. Spectral factorization is applied to obtain the optimal solution of the system tracking error. The explicit expressions are derived for this minimal tracking error with respect to random reference signals under disturbance rejection. It is shown that the nonminimum phase zeros, the zero direction, the unstable poles, the pole direction of a given plant, statistical characteristics of the reference input signal, and disturbance signal have a negative effect on a feedback system's ability to reduce the system error with disturbance rejection. The results show that the optimal tracking performance will further be damaged because of disturbance rejection. Some typical examples are given to illustrate the theoretical results.     

Scaling effects on flow hydrodynamics of confined microdroplets induced by Rayleigh surface acoustic wave

This paper reports an experimental and numerical investigation on the scaling effects in the flow hydrodynamics for confined microdroplets induced by a surface acoustic wave (SAW). The characteristic parameters of the flow hydrodynamics were studied as a function of the separation height, H, between the LiNbO₃ substrate and a top glass plate, for various droplets volumes and radio-frequency powers. The ratio of the gap height to attenuation length of the SAW, H/l _SAW, is shown to be an important parameter affecting the streaming flow induced in this confined regime. The reported numerical and experimental results are in good agreement over the range examined in this study and demonstrate that, at a lower gap heights of H?≤?100?μm, a significant decrease in streaming velocity or Reynolds number is induced, with the velocity approaching zero when the gap height is decreased to ~50?μm. An increase in the gap height results in an increased streaming velocity; however, if the gap height exceeds 70?% of the SAW attenuation length, any further increase in the gap height induces a drop in the streaming velocity.
