Peracetic acid pretreatment of sugarcane bagasse for enzymatic hydrolysis: a continued work

Previous work has shown that the enzymatic hydrolysis of sugarcane bagasse could be greatly enhanced by peracetic acid (PAA) pretreatment. There are several factors affecting the enzymatic digestibility of the biomass, including lignin and hemicelluloses content, cellulose crystallinity, acetyl group content, accessible surface area and so on. The objective of this work is to analyze the mechanism of the enhancement of enzymatic digestibility caused by PAA pretreatment. Delignification resulted in an increase of the surface area and reduction of the irreversible absorption of cellulase, which helped to increase the enzymatic digestibility. The Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum showed that the absorption peaks of aromatic skeletal vibrations were weakened or disappeared after PAA pretreatment. However, the infrared crystallization index (N.O'KI) was increased. X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis indicated that the crystallinity of PAA‐treated samples was increased owing to the partial removal of amorphous lignin and hemicelluloses and probable physical change of cellulose. The effect of acetyl group content on enzymatic digestibility is negligible compared with the degree of delignification and crystallinity. The results indicate that enhancement of enzymatic digestibility of sugarcane bagasse by PAA pretreatment is achieved mainly by delignification and an increase in the surface area and exposure of cellulose fibers. 本文报道了三聚磷酸钾50％水溶液的研制配方，利用加入适当的焦磷酸钾以及控制pH值在10.9-11.9之间来抑制其水解，对制得溶液进行了多天连续测定，观察其稳定性。     

氩等离子体辐照反相乳液接枝改性涤纶织物的研究

首次提出了在等离子体辐照后再用反相乳液接枝改性涤纶织物的新方法,探讨了接枝颗粒特征以及织物各项物理力学性能.接枝织物的结构及性能的测试结果表明:接枝物的尺寸远小于纤维的直径,在提高织物吸湿性的同时,对织物透气性能和强力等无明显影响;实验也证实了乳液中未接枝单体可以再次聚合.

针对烧结厂烧结电除尘灰的工况特性，介绍了输送烧结电除尘灰的正压气力输灰系统的特点、组成，还对在调试和试运行过程中遇到的故障进行了分析并制订了解决措施。     

Structural study of cubic pyrochlores based on quantum mechanical simulation

In the ideal A₂B₂O₆O′ pyrochlore structure, the x-value of O atom position is a variable parameter. In Bi_1.5ZnNb_1.5−xTa_xO₇ (BZNT) cubic pyrochlores, the x-values alter with the different compositions of Nb/Ta. In this work, a series of initial models for BZNT were established by analyzing X-ray diffraction data. Then three structure modifying methods, including Rietveld refinement, Rietveld refinement with energy and geometry optimization based on quantum mechanics, were employed to obtain the precise models using Materials Studio. Moreover, the reflectivities of BZNT were computed by quantum mechanical simulation based on the refined models. Comparing the simulation results from different modifying models with the experimental results, it is found that Rietveld refinement with energy optimization is the most accurate method for BZNT pyrochlores. According to the simulation results, the different reflectivities correspond well with various x-values of O atom positions in BZNT pyrochlores.     

富氧燃烧技术在梭式窑中的应用

研究了富氧燃烧技术对梭式窑烧成的影响.研究结果表明,随着氧浓度从21%-30%的逐渐增加,CO总浓度和NO总浓度都先明显下降,后缓慢上升;节能效果在初始段较为明显,而后效果不明显;而实际烟气量与氧浓度成反比,与过剩空气系数成正比.     

提高干凝胶强度的途径

干凝胶作为一种新型的轻质多孔材料在工业生产和人们的生活中具有广泛的应用,但是其较低的强度和易碎裂的特点却限制了其实际应用.结合干凝胶的制备过程,总结了几种有效的降低结构破坏的途径,并对其机理做了简要分析,最后对干凝胶的应用前景做了展望.
