Facilitating transcrystallization of polypropylene/glass fiber composites by imposed shear during injection molding

The transcrystal plays an important role in the enhancement of mechanical and thermal performances for polymer/glass fiber composites. Shear has been found to be a very effective way for the formation of transcrystal. Our purpose of this study was to explore the possibility to obtain the transcrystal in real processing such as injection molding. We will report our recent efforts on exploring the development of microstructure of polypropylene (PP)/glass fiber composite from skin to core in the injection-molded bars obtained by so-called dynamic packing injection molding which imposed oscillatory shear on the melt during solidification stage. A clear-cut shear-facilitated transcrystallization of PP on glass fibers was observed in the injection-molding bar for the first time. We suggested that shear could facilitate the transcrystalline growth through significantly improving the fiber orientation and the interfacial adhesion between fiber and matrix.     

Measurement and modeling solubility of bioactive coumarin and its derivatives in supercritical carbon dioxide

To design a supercritical fluid extraction process for the separation of bioactive substances from natural products, a quantitative knowledge of phase equilibria between target biosolutes and solvent is necessary. How-ever, mostly no such information is available in literature to date. Thus in the present study, illustratively the solubility of bioactive coumarin and its various derivatives (i.e., hydroxy-, methyl-, and methoxy-derivatives) in supercritical CO₂ were measured at 308.15–328.15 K and 10–30 MPa. Also, the pure physical properties such as normal boiling point, critical constants, acentric factor, molar volume and standard vapor pressure for coumarin and its derivatives were estimated. By these estimated information, the measured solubilities were quantitatively correlated by an approximate lattice equation of state proposed recently by the present authors.     

垃圾焚烧管式布风流化床的冷态实验

在床截面为300mm×300mm、床高为4. 4m的管式布风流化床实验台上,分别对宽筛分下不同颗粒粒度、不同床层高度、不同截面流速、布风的均匀性以及非平衡布风时颗粒流化特性进行实验研究,为未来垃圾衍生燃料的流化燃烧实验提供基础数据。管式布风流化床的开孔方向与夹角大小对床层压降变化影响明显,向下开孔角度越小,动能消耗越大,但床层稳定性能好。随着料层高度增加,各布风管间的布风更趋于平衡,流化的稳定与均匀性能也越好。管组压降失衡时,床层压降不平衡明显增加,波动幅度增大,不稳定性明显高于正常流化状态。     

PMN-PZT压电陶瓷的凝胶注模研究

对三元系PMN—PZT压电陶瓷的凝胶注模成形工艺进行了研究,重点讨论了分散剂加入量、pH值、球磨时间与注模浆料流变之间的关系,当分散剂用量为0 .95 %～1 .0 5 % ,pH值为10 .5～11 .5 ,球磨时间为8h时,可以制备出固相含量为5 5 % ,粘度小于1Pa·s的PMN -PZT压电陶瓷悬浮体。将凝胶注模与传统模压成形工艺制备的样品进行了比较,通过扫描电镜(SEM )显微形貌分析和电学性能测定。结果表明:凝胶注模工艺制备的样品与模压工艺制备的样品相比较,其显微结构均匀致密、晶粒大小与晶界分布均匀,气孔率更小,电学性能更均匀。     

纳米SiO_2表面改性及其在水性涂料中的应用

通过正交实验筛选出最隹分散工艺,将改性后的纳米级多孔SiO2加入到水性苯丙乳液涂料中配制出水性纳米涂料,并对其涂料进行了性能测试。     

纯低温余热电站项目介绍

山东东华水泥有限公司是隶属于淄博矿业集团有限责任公司的子公司，东华水泥5000t／d新型干法水泥熟料线是淄矿建设“煤、电、材”产业链的建材板块龙头项目，第一条5000t／d水泥熟料生产线已于2005年2月投产，目前生产稳定，产品质量优良。配套200万吨粉磨站于2005年11月顺利投产。东华公司根据本公司的实际情况，结合国家资源综合利用的产业政策，委托天津水泥工业设计院设计，利用5000t／d水泥熟料生产线的余热配套一座纯低温余热电站（同时对2号5000t／d水泥熟料生产线配套余热电站进行规划）。     

Annotating korean text documents with linked data resources

Semantic annotation approaches link entities from a knowledge base to mentions of entities in text to provide additional content-related information. Recently increasing use of resources from the Linked Open Data (LOD) Cloud has been made to annotate text documents thanks to the network of machine-understandable, interlinked data. While existing approaches to semantic annotation in the LOD context have been proven to be well performing with the English language, many other languages in general and the Korean language in particular are still underrepresented. We investigate the applicability of existing semantic annotation approaches to the Korean language by adapting two popular approaches in the semantic annotation field and evaluating those approaches on an English-Korean bilingual sense-tagged corpus. Further, general challenges in internationalization of annotation approaches are summarized.     

Speech driven photo realistic facial animation based on an articulatory DBN model and AAM features

This paper presents a photo realistic facial animation synthesis approach based on an audio visual articulatory dynamic Bayesian network model (AF_AVDBN), in which the maximum asynchronies between the articulatory features, such as lips, tongue and glottis/velum, can be controlled. Perceptual Linear Prediction (PLP) features from audio speech, as well as active appearance model (AAM) features from face images of an audio visual continuous speech database, are adopted to train the AF_AVDBN model parameters. Based on the trained model, given an input audio speech, the optimal AAM visual features are estimated via a maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) criterion, which are then used to construct face images for the animation. In our experiments, facial animations are synthesized for 20 continuous audio speech sentences, using the proposed AF_AVDBN model, as well as the state-of-art methods, being the audio visual state synchronous DBN model (SS_DBN) implementing a multi-stream Hidden Markov Model, and the state asynchronous DBN model (SA_DBN). Objective evaluations on the learned AAM features show that much more accurate visual features can be learned from the AF_AVDBN model. Subjective evaluations show that the synthesized facial animations using AF_AVDBN are better than those using the state based SA_DBN and SS_DBN models, in the overall naturalness and matching accuracy of the mouth movements to the speech content.
