泡罩包装机械中两种跃度连续型凸轮曲线的研究

本文主要论述了泡罩包装机械中的两种跃度连续的凸轮曲线(变形正弦加速度规律曲线和7次项运动规律曲线)的设计原理和方法,并用图形及方程式分析了这两种跃度连续的凸轮曲线的动力特性。     

Thermodynamic equilibrium of bismuth hydrometallurgy in chloride and nitrate solutions

Simultaneous equilibrium was applied to the thermodynamic analysis and calculation of Bi( Ⅲ )-X(Cl- ,NO3- )-H2O systems, based on which the diagrams of the logarithm of equilibrium concentration of Bi( Ⅲ ) of series precipitation vs pH value of these two systems at 25 ℃ were obtained, and the pH ranges of the stable zones of various precipitations were analyzed and determined. In Bi( Ⅲ )-Cl -H2O system, the variations of c0 (Bi3 ) and c0 (Cl-) have little effect on the equilibria of Bi(OH)3-solution and BiOOH-solution, but has great influence on the equilibrium of BiOCl-solution. However, in Bi( Ⅲ )-NO3-H2O system, the variations of c0 (Bi3 ) and C0 (NO3-)have little effect on equilibria of Bi(OH)3-solution, BiOOH-solution and Bi2O3-solution. When pH value is high,Bi2O3 is the thermodynamic stable phase, its stable zone is the widest, almost including the stable zones of BiOCl or BiONO3, Bi(OH)3 and BiOOH. Bi(OH)3 cannot be obtained from Bi( Ⅲ )-Cl--H2O system, even strong alkaline media. Bi2O3 can be obtained from the solution directly, and highly pure BiOCl or BiONO3 can also be obtained through strictly controlling pH value.     

甬子沟水利枢纽工程电气设计

随着我国经济的快速发展,各地区中小型水力发电站也得到迅速发展。但随着时间的推移,这些小型水电站也暴露出一些问题,电站厂房年久失修,发电机组运行时间过长,检修不及时,造成供电量不足。原有的技术条件下已经不能满足正常运转,事故时有发生,文章通过对甬子沟水利枢纽工程电气设计,对水电站发电的可靠性,布局的合理性提出新的要求。     

临界线上的RIEMANN-ZETA函数的定量估计

运用Euler-Maclaurin求和公式讨论函数单调性以及求函数极值的方法,将YuanyouF Cheng结论中其中一项的系数由0.267调整为0.125,常数由1调整为0.5,由此得到了关于RIEMANN-ZETA函数临界线上的一些较小的t值的较好的上界估计结果,这些结果可以用来估计素数之间的间隙大小.     

Effect and influence factors of sulfur removal in coal with fungus

The influence of coal desulfurization by fungus was experimentally studied. The results suggest that fungus can effectively remove inorganic and organic sulfur in coal, and main influences of desulfurization by fungus of pH value, temperature, coal slurry concentration and coal granularity were studied by orthodox experiment and the optimal experimental conditions are as follows: pH value 6, temperature 45 °C, coal slurry concentration 10% and coal granularity 100 μm. Under above conditions, fungus can remove up to 44.96% total sulfur and 54.87% inorganic sulfur within two days, and their desulfurization rates will increase along with time. Compared with sulfolobas, desulphurization by fungus is steady and more effective, and has advantage of high speed. Electrochemical behaviors of Zn-Fe alloy and Zn-Fe-TiO_2 composite electrodeposition

Electrochemical behaviors of Zn-Fe alloy and Zn-Fe-TiO2 composite electrodeposition in alkaline zincate solutions were studied respectively by the methods of linear potential sweep and cyclic voltammetry. From the results it can be concluded that Zn shows under potential deposition, Zn-Fe alloy codeposition is anomalous codeposi-tion and Zn-Fe alloy cathode polarization is increased with the introduction of additive. From the view point of electrochemistry, the reasons that the content of Fe in the Zn-Fe coating changes with the composition of the electrolyte and the process conditions altering and the relationship between the content of Fe and the appearance of the coating are interpreted. The cathode polarization of Zn-Fe alloy codeposition is enhanced obviously with addition of additive. In the course of composite electrodeposition, TiO2 has less promotion to electrodeposition of zinc ions than to iron i-ons, while the electrodeposition of iron ions improves the content of TiO2 in composite coating,     

关口电能计量装置检测结果与分析

Reduction mechanism of stainless steelmaking dust and carbon pellets

高铁酸钾处理含砷废水

基于对K2FeO4氧化As(III)热力学平衡及As(III)氧化过程氧转移机理的研究,利用高铁酸钾氧化-絮凝一体化工艺处理100 mg/L模拟含砷废水,考察了Fe/As质量比、pH值、反应温度、反应时间等因素对砷去除效果的影响. 结果表明,最优工艺条件为Fe/As质量比3,pH值6,温度25℃,时间30 min,处理后出水的As浓度低于10 mg/L,达到《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749-2006).     

利用页岩油制取20#重质燃料油的研究

实验研究采用的是抚顺页岩油厂生产的页岩油,其组成类似天然石油,富含烷烃和芳烃,但烯烃要比天然石油高的多.此外,页岩油中氧、氮、硫等非烃化合物含量也较多,类似煤焦油的组成.本文对抚顺页岩油的一般性质做了初步评价,研究了由抚顺页岩油通过减压蒸馏的方法制取20#重质燃料油.考查了在减压蒸馏过程中温度和真空度对原料油的影响,从...
