Image denoising based on wavelets and multifractals for singularity detection.

This paper presents a very efficient algorithm for image denoising based on wavelets and multifractals for singularity detection. A challenge of image denoising is how to preserve the edges of an image when reducing noise. By modeling the intensity surface of a noisy image as statistically self-similar multifractal processes and taking advantage of the multiresolution analysis with wavelet transform to exploit the local statistical self-similarity at different scales, the pointwise singularity strength value characterizing the local singularity at each scale was calculated. By thresholding the singularity strength, wavelet coefficients at each scale were classified into two categories: the edge-related and regular wavelet coefficients and the irregular coefficients. The irregular coefficients were denoised using an approximate minimum mean-squared error (MMSE) estimation method, while the edge-related and regular wavelet coefficients were smoothed using the fuzzy weighted mean (FWM) filter aiming at preserving the edges and details when reducing noise. Furthermore, to make the FWM-based filtering more efficient for noise reduction at the lowest decomposition level, the MMSE-based filtering was performed as the first pass of denoising followed by performing the FWM-based filtering. Experimental results demonstrated that this algorithm could achieve both good visual quality and high PSNR for the denoised images.

真空预压影响区安全措施有限元分析

分析了不同研究深度的沟、不同模量的桩、不同渗透系数的桩以及不同桩长等安全保障措施下真空预压对周围环境影响的效果。分析结果表明：挖沟可较有效地减弱真空预压影响区土体的水平位移与竖向位移；当桩土的模量比达到100倍以上之后，桩土模量比的增加对影响区的沉降基本上无影响；不同渗透系数的桩对影响区的沉降有一定的影响，随着桩体渗透系数的减少，影响区的沉降量有不同程度的减少；随着桩长的增加，影响区的沉降量随之减少。

Dielectric and piezoelectric properties of Pb(Ni1/3Nb2/3)O3–PbTiO3–PbZrO3 ceramics modified with bismuth and zinc substitutions

The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the (Pb_0.985Bi_0.01)(Ni_1/4Zn_1/12Nb_2/3)_x- (Zr_σTi_1-σ)_1-xO₃ piezoelectric ceramic system (0.2 ≤ x ≤ 0.7, 0.1 ≤ σ ≤ 0.9) were systematically investigated. The results showed that, after poling, the dielectric constant, ε ₃₃ ^T , increased for the tetragonal compositions but decreased for the rhombohedral compositions. Furthermore, high values of ε ₃₃ ^T and piezoelectric modulus, d ₃₁ were found for the compositions along the extension of the morphotropic phase boundary. The highest values of the planar electromechanical coupling factor, K _p, and the piezoelectric modulus, d ₃₁, were found to be 0.70 and − 274 × 10^-12 C N^-1, respectively. The Curie temperature, remanent polarization, coercive field and the lattice constants of the a and c axes in relation to the Pb(Ni_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃ content and the Zr/Zr + Ti ratio were also determined. 消费品说明中警示信息有效性的工效学研究(Ⅰ)——警示信息对消费者危险感受与商品危险性之间关系的影响

该研究采用问卷法，通过对３０种消费品的调查，分析了消费者对消费品说明中警示信息的阅读倾向性，消费者的危险感受、消费者安全使用商品的自信度、遵守警示信息的可能性、主观危险估计和客观危险性这几项因素之间的关系。结果表明：消费者的危险感受与阅读警示信息的倾向性、遵守警告的要求之间存在高度的一致性；且与自信度呈负相关，所以可以通过研究消费者的危险感受来研究警示信息的有效性；消费者的危险感受、主观危险估计常与商品的客观危险性不一致，所以必须采取一些措施来矫正消费者的危险感受，以确保警示信息发挥应有的安全保障作用     

Alkali-metal Na Adsorption and Promoted Oxidation on Si(100)2×1 Surface

The alkali-metal Na adsorption on Si(100)2×1 surface and its promoted oxidation and Si oxidegrowth have been investigated by means of thermal desorption,work function,Auger electronspectroscopy and photoemission electron spectroscopy.The experimental data showed that therewas a new state,interface electron state,near the Fermi level after the deposition of Na atoms.It wasfound that the presence of Na always caused an increase of the oxygen initial uptake whereas thepromotion of Si oxide growth was observed only at the coverage of Na greater than 0.5 ML.A newmechanism of Na-promoted Si oxide growth is suggested in this paper.     

儿童先天性心脏病心血管造影检查技术

目的探讨和评价儿童先天性心脏病心血管造影技术.方法11 045例儿童先天性心脏病患者做了心血管造影检查,采用的设备包括早期的快速换片心血管造影设备,电影心血管造影设备和数字减影心血管造影设备.使用了不同的心血管造影技术.结果用快速换片心血管造影设备和常规正侧位投照时的儿童先天性心脏病心血管造影诊断符合率为80.5%,用电影心血管造影设备和轴位成角投照技术时的造影诊断符合率为90.0%,采用数字减影心血管造影设备,轴位成角投照技术和非离子型对比剂时的造影诊断符合率为96.5%.结论对于儿童先天性心脏病心血管
