Performance evaluation of anti-radiation based on the gamma degradation process

In the environment of space radiation, the high-energy charged particles or high-energy photons acting on a spacecraft can cause either temporary device degradation or permanent failure. The traditional probability model is difficult to obtain reliable estimation of unit radiation resistance performance with small samples. Considering that different products will change differently after high-energy particle radiation, we construct a model based on the gamma degradation process. This model can efficiently describe the law of unit radiation resistance variation with the total radiation dose levels under the effect of the total dose and displacement damage. Finally, the proposed model is used to assess the anti-radiation performance of the N-channel power MOSFET device STRH60N20FSY3 produced by STM to obtain average unit radiation resistance, survival probability, survival function, etc.     

Theoretical Investigation of the Viscous Damping Coefficient of Hydraulic Actuators

The viscous damping coefficient(VDC) of hydraulic actuators is crucial for system modeling,control and dynamic characteristic analysis.Currently,the researches on hydraulic actuators focus on behavior assessment,promotion of control performance and efficiency.However,the estimation of the VDC is difficult due to a lack of study.Firstly,using two types of hydraulic cylinders,behaviors of the VDC are experimentally examined with velocities and pressure variations.For the tested plunger type hydraulic cylinder,the exponential model B=αυ~(-β),(α0,β0)or B=α_1e~(-β_1υ)+α_2e~(-β_2υ)(α_1,α_20,β_1,β_20),fits the relation between the VDC and velocities for a given pressure of chamber with high precision.The magnitude of the VDC decreases almost linearly under certain velocities when increasing the chamber pressure from 0.6 MPa to 6.0 MPa.Furthermore,the effects of the chamber pressures on the VDC of piston and plunge type hydraulic cylinders are different due to different sealing types.In order to investigate the VDC of a plunger type hydraulic actuator drastically,a steady-state numerical model has been developed to describe the mechanism incorporating tandem seal lubrication,back-up ring related friction behaviors and shear stress of fluid.It is shown that the simulated results of VDC agree with the measured results with a good accuracy.The proposed method provides an instruction to predict the VDC in system modeling and analysis.     

水平切片解释方法在焦作井田构造复杂区的应用

河南焦作某矿地处焦作煤田东部,该矿东三盘区地质构造复杂,主采的2号煤层底板与L_8灰岩平均间距仅20m,与奥灰顶界面平均间距约100m,因此断层的存在极易导通奥灰水,形成较大的水患事故。故查明区内构造分布情况十分必要。本文重点介绍了用三维地震常规解释方法结合偏移及方差数据体水平切片解释方法在构造复杂区的应用情况,具有一定的推广意义。

Fracture and mechanical properties of P100 Gr/6061 Al composite

The effects of heat treatments on the mechanical and fracture properties of continuous fiber Pitch 100 graphite/6061 aluminum (P100 Gr/6061 Al) composite were evaluated by varying solution temperature and aging time. All heat treatments resulted in decreased mechanical properties due to the reaction at the fiber/matrix interface during solution treatments. SEM analysis of the fractured samples showed a large degree of fiber pullout, interface failure, and matrix cracking.     

Preparation and characterization of GaN films grown on Ga-diffused Si （111） substrates

Hexagonal GaN films were prepared by nitriding Ga2O3 films with flowing ammonia. Ga2O3 films were deposited on Ga-diffused Si (111) substrates by radio frequency (r.f.) magnetron sputtering. This paper have investigated the change of structural properties of GaN films nitrided in NH3 atmosphere at the temperatures of 850, 900, and 950℃ for 15 min and nitrided at the temperature of 900℃ for 10, 15, and 20 rain, respectively. X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were used to analyze the structure, surface morphology and composition of synthesized samples. The results reveal that the as-grown films are polycrystalline GaN with hexagonal wurtzite structure and GaN films with the highest crystal quality can be obtained when nitrided at 900℃ for 15 min.     

中英规范有关建筑物防雷接地做法的比较

结合国家标准GB 50057-2010《建筑物防雷设计规范》和BS规范BS EN 62305-2006《Protection against lightning》,介绍了两本规范中建筑物防雷装置做法,简述了两种规范中有关建筑物外部防雷(接闪器、引下线、接地装置)、内部防雷以及防雷击电磁脉冲的有关规范条文规定和比较。     

一种新型不同容量逆变器并联方法

传统的逆变器并联方法一般只适用于功率容量一致的逆变器,针对不同容量逆变器的并联方法较少。本文在对几种不同容量逆变器并联方法分析研究的基础上,提出了一种新型的逆变器并联方法。该方法采用电压型逆变器和电流型逆变器混合并联的方式,利用电压型逆变器提供电压基准,电流型逆变器输出电流可以稳定电网电压,实现并联。该方法算法简单,适合大部分的逆变器并联场合,经过仿真和实验证明了其有效性和可行性。
