ARAM·ARIES SPM-Lite便携式遥测地震数据采集系统是加拿大GEO-X公司在2002年下半年推出的全新小型便携式地震数据采集系统。该仪器运用了当今最先进的计算机制造技术、网络化技术和微电子技术,除继承了ARAM-ARIES地震数据采集系统所有功能和技术外,它还简化了硬件结构,使体积更小,重量更轻,功能性更强。更加适应地矿、煤田、丛林和山区进行地震勘探。     

N,N''-取代邻苯二胺的合成

通过2-取代苯并咪唑盐的还原开环反应制备了8个N,N′-不同取代的邻苯二胺,并经1HNMR、IR、MS及元素分析表征,其中5个未见文献报道.这是一条由邻苯二胺和羧酸经2.取代苯并咪唑制取该类化合物的简洁合成路线.     

Facile modifications of polyimide via chloromethylation: II. Synthesis and characterization of thermocurable transparent polyimide having methylene acrylate side groups

From chloromethylated polyimide, a useful starting material for modification of aromatic polyimides, a thermocurable transparent polyimide having acrylate side groups was prepared. In the presence of 1,8‐diazabicyclo[5,4,0]undec‐7‐ene, chloromethylated polyimide was esterified with acrylic acid to synthesize poly(imide methylene acrylate). The polymer was soluble in organic solvent, which makes it possible to prepare a planar film by spin coating. The polymer film became insoluble after thermal treatment at 230 °C for 30 min. Optical transparency of the film at 400 nm (for 1 µm thickness) was higher than 98 % and not affected by further heating at 230 °C for 250 min. Adhesion properties measured by the ASTM D3359‐B method ranged from 4B to 5B. Preliminary results of planarization testing showed a high degree of planarization (DOP) value (>0.53). These properties demonstrate that poly(imide methylene acrylate) could be utilized as a thermocurable transparent material in fabricating display devices such as TFT‐LCD. 软件无线电中采样率转换技术的实现及在3G中的应用

目前移动通信标准繁多,且新旧体制混杂,很难做到统一.为了实现互连互通,目前比较可行的方法是采用软件无线电.采样率转换技术是实现互连互通的关键.文中针对第三代移动通信系统(3G)中不同通信体制的带宽、速率要求,根据分级变换的思想,对3G中的CDMA2000和TDSCDMA的采样率转换方案进行了设计,并对3G中的5种制式的采样率转换方案进行了分析比较.实验表明,这一方案可以在采样率变换的高效网络结构基础上进一步降低滤波运算量和存储量.     

无线技术的新领域--WUSB

无线USB(WUSB)技术是一个全新的无线传输标准.实现USB(通用串行总线)无线化以后,既可以保持有线USB的高速传输等优点,又可以去掉电缆的羁绊,给各种设备带来更大的便捷和移动性.文中首先介绍了WUSB技术的由来--UWB技术规范的标准化难以确定,然后对WUSB技术的规范标准进行了阐述,最后概述了WUSB技术的发展现状及目前和今后的技术研发重点,并对WUSB的发展前景进行了展望.

Mutual information-based analysis of JPEG2000 contexts.

Context-based arithmetic coding has been widely adopted in image and video compression and is a key component of the new JPEG2000 image compression standard. In this paper, the contexts used in JPEG2000 are analyzed using the mutual information, which is closely related to the compression performance. We first show that, when combining the contexts, the mutual information between the contexts and the encoded data will decrease unless the conditional probability distributions of the combined contexts are the same. Given I, the initial number of contexts, and F, the final desired number of contexts, there are S(I, F) possible context classification schemes where S(I, F) is called the Stirling number of the second kind. The optimal classification scheme is the one that gives the maximum mutual information. Instead of using an exhaustive search, the optimal classification scheme can be obtained through a modified generalized Lloyd algorithm with the relative entropy as the distortion metric. For binary arithmetic coding, the search complexity can be reduced by using dynamic programming. Our experimental results show that the JPEG2000 contexts capture the correlations among the wavelet coefficients very well. At the same time, the number of contexts used as part of the standard can be reduced without loss in the coding performance.     

Protein binding study of isoflavone, perillyl alcohol and S-ibuprofen by high-performance frontal analysis

High-performance frontal analysis (HPFA) was used for a protein binding study of isoflavones (daidzein, genistin, and genistein), enantiomers of perillyl alcohol and S-ibuprofen to human serum albumin (HSA). The analyses were performed on a Develosil and Inertsil 100-Diol-5 column (10 cm×4.6mm). Sodium phosphate solution (pH 7.4, ionic strength 0.17) was used as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1 ml/min. To ensure the drug to be eluted as a trapezoidal peak with a plateau, injection volumes were each fixed up the zonal profile with an evident plateau appears. The unbound drug concentration was determined from a plateau height of the plateau region after that experimental data were fitted by Scatchard equation. The binding constants (K) and total binding affinities (nK) of drugs to HSA were calculated, respectively.     

一种前馈型全摆幅恒跨导准恒增益CMOS运放设计

设计了一种适合在低电源电压下工作的前馈型输入级放大结构，在全摆幅的动态工作范围内，输入级跨导保持不变，采用负载电流补偿以保证增益近似恒定，输出采用前馈型AB类输结构，实现全摆幅输出。
