A new polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH)-degrading Gram-negative bacterium Aeromonas salmonicida subsp. achromogenes strain NY4 was isolated from coking wastewater sludge. Strain NY4 could not grow on1-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid, hexadecane or hexanol as sole carbon source but phenanthrene. This strain was able to utilize several known microbial metabolites of PAHs, including catechol, protocatechuic acid, salicylic acid, and phenol as sole carbon source. The mixture of the acidic and neutral fraction, acidic fraction alone and neutral fraction alone of phenanthrene metabolites were prepared and analyzed by GC-MS. A total of at least 27 metabolites were identified as the degradation products of phenanthrene by strain NY4. Among them, 1-hydroxy-α-oxo-2-naphthaleneacetic acid, 2-hydroxy-α-oxo-1-naphthaleneacetic acid, 2-hydroxy-1-(1-hydroxy-2-naphthalenyl)-ethanone, 1,2-dihydro naphtha [2,1-b] furan-2-ol and 2,3-dihydro naphtha [1,2-b] furan-2-ol have not been reported as the metabolites of phenanthrenes so far. The accumulation patterns of phenanthrene metabolite accumulation by strain NY4 depended on the incubation time, inoculum size and concentration of phenanthrene. Based on the degradation metabolites of phenanthrene by strain NY4, degradation pathways are proposed. This is the first report of PAH degradation in Aeromonas salmonicida, which lay the foundation for recognition and further characterization of PAH degradation metabolites and pathways in Aeromonas salmonicida strains. 相似文献

To solve the blockage and defer the fouling of sewage heat exchanger, a novel de-foulant hydrocyclone with continuous underflow and reflux function was proposed. Experimental results demonstrated that the novel hydrocyclone had a remarkable behavior on separating the sand (75–250 μm) and foulant (<4 mm). The continuous underflow and reflux function could significantly improve the separation efficiency by relieving the particle re-entrainment and eliminating the air core without increasing energy consumption (<17 kPa) and split ratio (<10%) considerably. Aluminum hypophosphite (AHP) was first used to improve the flame retardance of low‐density polyethylene (LDPE). The flame‐retardant properties of LDPE composites were investigated by the limiting oxygen index, vertical burning test (UL‐94), microscale combustion calorimetry, and cone calorimeter tests. The results showed that the incorporation of AHP could improve the flame retardancy of LDPE dramatically, the limiting oxygen index of LDPE containing 50 phr AHP reached 27.5%, and the UL‐94 could pass V‐0 rating. The cone calorimeter test results indicated that PP/AHP composite exhibited superior performance, and the heat release rate and the total heat release of composites were significantly reduced. In addition, the strength of the char was improved with the load of AHP increased. The structure of the char was researched by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR) and scanning electron microscope‐energy dispersive spectrometer, and the results revealed that AHP promoted the formation of compact char layer. The TG‐FTIR analyses proved that AHP could react with LDPE to reduce the production of olefin in gas phase. Moreover, the structure of P–O–C was found, and the effective mechanism of AHP in LDPE composites was also hypothesized in this work. 相似文献

Recently, a segmented analog-to-information conversion (S-AIC) structure that can obtain more samples than the number of branches of mixers and integrators (BMIs) is proposed by Taheri and Vorobyov. To reduce the complexity of S-AIC, in this paper we propose a partial segmented AIC (PS-AIC) structure, where BMIs are divided into groups and each group only works within a partial period that is non-overlapping in time. The proposed PS-AIC offers an attractive tradeoff between the complexity and error performance. The inlet/outlet is an important part of a water conveyance system in a pumped storage power station (PSPS). Its hydraulic characteristics are directly related to the operation and economic benefit of the PSPS. Frequent changes between inflow and outflow operations pose significant challenges in the design of the inlet/outlet diffusion segment shape. In this study, an effective optimization method, including three-dimensional parametric modelling, computational fluid dynamics and a genetic algorithm, is introduced and coupled to the design of the diffusion segment shape. The hydraulic characteristics of bi-directional flow, including the head loss, velocity uneven distribution and uneven discharge distribution, are selected as the objective function in the optimization method. Using this method, the recommended shape of the inlet/outlet is studied and its hydraulic characteristics are discussed. The results indicate that the optimized inlet/outlet has better performance. 相似文献
