该文报道了一种基于酶级联扩增的电化学核酸适体检测腺苷的新方法。当腺苷存在时,滚环扩增的引物通过E.coli DNA连接酶的作用与通过巯基组装在金电极上的固定探针连接。在pHi29 DNA聚合酶的作用下,滚环扩增反应进行并产生一条与环形探针完全互补的长的单链,然后将大量金纳米粒子标记的核酸探针与滚环扩增的产物杂交。该传感界面电化学行为的结果表明,通过酶级联扩增的方法提高了检测腺苷的阻抗响应灵敏度,且选择性和重现性良好。用于腺苷的检测时,其线性范围为2.0μmol/L~100μmol/L,最低检测浓度为2.0μmol/L,表明该传感界面的设计可作为一种通用方法而有望用于其它目标物的检测。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a gradient domain image fusion framework based on the Markov Random Field (MRF) fusion model. In this framework, the salient structures of the input images are fused in the gradient domain, then the final fused image is reconstructed by solving a Poisson equation which forces the gradients of the fused image to be close to the fused gradients. To fuse the structures in the gradient domain, an effective MRF-based fusion model is designed based on both the per-pixel fusion rule defined by the local saliency and also the smoothness constraints over the fusion weights, which is optimized by graph cut algorithm. This MRF-based fusion model enables the accurate estimation of region-based fusion weights for the salient objects or structures. We apply this method to the applications of multi-sensor image fusion, including infrared and visible image fusion, multi-focus image fusion and medical image fusion. Extensive experiments and comparisons show that the proposed fusion model is able to better fuse the multi-sensor images and produces high-quality fusion results compared with the other state-of-the-art methods.  相似文献

In a self-sensing active magnetic bearing (AMB) system driven by pulse width modulation (PWM) switching power amplifiers, the rotor position information can be extracted from coil current and voltage signals by a specific signal demodulation process. In this study, to reduce the complexity of hardware, the coil voltage signal was not filtered but measured in the form of a duty cycle by the eCAP port of DSP (TMS320F28335). A mathematical model was established to provide the relationship between rotor position, current ripple, and duty cycle. Theoretical analysis of the amplitude-frequency characteristic of the coil current at the switching frequency was presented using Fourier series, Jacobi-Anger identity, and Bessel function. Experimental results showed that the time-varying duty cycle causes infinite side frequencies around the switching frequency. The side frequency interval depends on the varying frequency of the duty cycle. Rotor position can be calculated by measuring the duty cycle and demodulating the coil current ripple. With this self-sensing strategy, the rotor system supported by AMBs can steadily rotate at a speed of 3000 r/min.  相似文献

Brownfield redevelopment (BR) is an ongoing issue for governments, communities, and consultants around the world. It is also an increasingly popular research topic in several academic fields. Strategic decision support that is now available for BR is surveyed and assessed. Then a dominance-based rough-set approach is developed and used to classify cities facing BR issues according to the level of two characteristics, BR effectiveness and BR future needs. The data for the classification are based on the widely available results of a survey of US cities. The unique features of the method are its reduced requirement for preference information, its ability to handle missing information effectively, and the easily understood linguistic decision rules that it generates, based on a training classification provided by experts. The resulting classification should be a valuable aid to cities and governments as they plan their BR projects and budgets.  相似文献

The stability of neutral systems with distributed delays is investigated in this paper. A modified Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is constructed to study this class of systems. The proposed stability criterion is discrete-, distributed- and neutral-delay-dependent. In addition, by this method one can study the case when the coefficient matrix of the neutral delay term is time-varying uncertain. Rather severe parametric uncertainties and uncertain nonlinearities exist in the dynamic modeling of a parallel manipulator driven by pneumatic muscles. Those uncertainties not only come from the time-varying friction forces and the static force modeling errors of pneumatic muscles but also from the inherent complex nonlinearities and unknown disturbances of the parallel manipulator. In this paper, a discontinuous projection-based adaptive robust control strategy is adopted to compensate for both the parametric uncertainties and uncertain nonlinearities of a three-pneumatic-muscles-driven parallel manipulator to achieve precise posture trajectory tracking control. The resulting controller effectively handles the effects of various parameter variations and the hard-to-model nonlinearities such as the friction forces of the pneumatic muscles. Simulation and experimental results are obtained to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive robust controller.  相似文献
