研究了界面处理方法、木屑尺寸、含量、基体树脂等因素对废弃木屑增强聚丙烯复合材料力学性能的影响。在木屑表面涂覆偶联剂KH-570及聚丙烯乳液、在基体中添加改性聚丙烯、或在木屑表面涂履KH-570和过氧化物引发剂得到的复合材料其力学性能有不同程度的提高。经适当界面处理的木屑与聚丙烯复合后,随着木屑含量的提高,材料的拉伸、弯曲性能明显提高,而冲击性能基本保持不变。采用熔体流动速度高的聚丙烯作为基体,制得的复合材料的拉伸、弯曲性能较好,但冲击韧性稍差。 相似文献

通过测定玻璃纤维毡增强聚丙烯经挤压流动后不同区域的纤维含量,研究了基体树脂,增强材料的结构与性质,坯料设计,模具温度及坯料的预热温度等对玻璃纤维毡增强聚丙烯在压缩模塑流动过程中纤维发布的影响。结果表明,适当提高基体的粘度及采用多层坯料叠层的坯料设计方法,有利于制品内纤维的均匀分布;针刺密度适当的连续针刺毡及由短切纤维组成的复合针刺毡与聚丙烯形成的复合材料(GMT0,在压缩模塑的流动过程中纤维分布的均匀性较好,随着针刺密度的增加,纤维分布的均匀性下降;用粘结剂粘结而成的连续原丝毡与聚丙烯复合得到的GMT材料,纤维分布的均匀性较差,经适当针刺以后,纤维分布的均匀性得到一定程度的改善,过低的模具温度及坯料预热温度,会引起材料充模流动能力下降,但模具温度及坯料预热温度过高时,流动前沿区域的树脂富集现象将加剧。 相似文献

Heavy metal pollution in aquatic environments is a significant environmental problem. Marine macroalgae are novel materials for the removal of heavy metals from water, aided by their large biomass and the feature of easy collection. In this study, Ulva prolifera O.F.Müller was used to remove cadmium ions (Cd2+) from the aquatic environment. We examined the Cd2+ absorption capacity of the thalli in a factorial experiment using fresh thalli cultivated in seawater, freshwater, water containing domestic garbage, water containing industrial waste and elutriant of soil with additional Cd2+. In addition, changes in photosynthetic activity of thalli were investigated. A significant decrease of maximum quantum yield and effective photochemical quantum yield of PSII (YII) indicated Cd2+ was transported into the cells and seriously inhibited photosynthesis. Furthermore, the Cd2+ absorption capacity was relatively high. The results indicated the suitability of U. prolifera for removing Cd2+ from aquatic environments of different backgrounds. 相似文献

The binary FeZn was electrodeposited on graphite surface for hydrogen evolution reactions. Then, zinc was leached from the surface by an etching method in alkaline solution. A trace amount of platinum and ruthenium electrochemically deposited on binary FeZn, respectively. All electrodes were characterized by cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and potentiodynamic polarization techniques in KOH solution. The surface structures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray. The results show that etching process enhanced the surface area. The prepared electrodes exhibited much higher activity after noble metal loadings. It is seen from experimental research that the most active electrode is C@FeZn/Ru. 相似文献

Incidence of aflatoxins,ochratoxin A,zearalenone, and deoxynivalenol in food commodities from Turkey

Aspergillus, Penicillium, Fusarium, and Alternaria species which produce toxic metabolites, create a big problem in terms of the production of reliable human food and animal feeds. This study was conducted to determine the mycotoxin contents of foodstuff collected uniformly in each year of 2017, 2018, and 2019 in Şebinkarahisar, Turkey by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The highest total aflatoxin, and aflatoxin B1 were determined in red pepper in 2018 with 6.47 ± 0.07 and 4.58 ± 0.01 μg kg−1, respectively while the highest ochratoxin amount was obtained again in the red paper in 2019 with 7.97 ± 0.57 μg kg−1. Contrarily, the highest incidence of zearalenone and deoxynivalenol was determined in wheat and corn flour with 12.49 ± 0.3 and 397.6 ± 7.34 μg kg−1, respectively. Weather changes have also been found to affect the incidence of mycotoxin. But, determined mycotoxin values do not pose a risk according to the Turkish Food Codex Contaminants Regulation. 相似文献
