Superplastic behavior of Al-Cu-Li based alloy

The superplastic behavior was studied in an Al-4Cu-ILi-0.4Mg-0.4Ag-0.1Zr alloy. The alloys were manufactured both by＂ a conventional rolling route and a thermo-mechanical treatment route. The superplastic properties were evaluated as a function of temperature, strain rate, and processing history. Prior to thermo-mechanical processing, the alloys have elevated-temperature ductilities of 94% to 130%, strain rate sensitivities of about 0.25, and activation energies corresponding to lattice diffusion. After thermo-mechanical processing, the alloys have ductilities of 200% to 630%, strain rate sensitivity of about 0.42, and activation energies corresponding to grain boundary diffusion or a mixture of grain boundary diffusion and lattice diffusion. Skipping rapid recrystallization annealing can supply a higher value of elongation-to-failure.     

Numerical simulation of deep cryogenic treatment electrode tip temperature for spot welding aluminum alloy

Deep cryogenic treatment technology of electrodes is put forward to improve electrode life of resistance spot welding of aluminum alloy LF2.Deep cryogenic treatment makes electrode life for spot welding aluminum alloy improve.The specific resistivity of the deep cryogenic treatment electrodes is tested and experimental results show that specific resistivity is decreased sharply.The temperature field and the influence of deep cryogenic treatment on the electrode tip temperature during spot welding aluminium alloy is studied by numerical simulation method with the software ANSYS.The axisymmetric finite element model of mechanical,thermal and electrical coupled analysis of spot welding process is developed.The numerical simulation results show that the influence of deep cryogenic treatment on electrode tip temperature is very large.     

稀土La细化再生铝硅合金中β-Fe相的机理研究

研究了再生副牌ZL102合金中稀土La的加入量和β-Fe相平均长度的关系，分析了La在合金和β-Fe相中的分布情况。结果表明，La在熔体中形成了稳定金属间化合物，凝固时促进了β-Fe相形核，同时La在β-Fe相表面富集，阻碍了β-Fe相长大。因此，加入稀土La能很好地细化再生铝合金中的β-Fe相。     

基于ProCAST的消失模铸造工艺的数值模拟研究

运用ProAST软件对链轮铸钢件的消失模铸造工艺进行了充型和凝固过程的数值模拟评价,分析了缺陷产生的原因,对铸造工艺进行了优化,并结合实际生产情况,给出了影响消失模铸造的六大基本因素。     

非晶态Fe_(90-x)Si_xZr_(10)合金的磁矩,Curie温度和自旋波激发SCIEI

非晶态Fe_(90-x)Si_xZr_(10)(x=0,4,7,10)合金是用单辊急冷方法制备的,用提拉样品磁强计测量了样品的磁化曲线和热磁曲线。发现每个磁性原子的平均磁矩μ和Curie温度T_c随Si含量的增加而增加,与相应的非晶态FeSiB合金相比,非晶态FeSiZr合金的μ和T_c明显偏低,认为这一反常现象是Fe-Fe原子间的反铁磁耦合的存在所致。低温下样品的磁化强度与温度的关系较好地符合Bloch T^(3/2)定律,得到自旋波劲度系数D从x=0时的0.37meV·um^2增加到x=10时的0.538meV·um^2,计算出交换相互作用范围都是在最近邻原子间的距离。

我国再生铝硅合金冶金质量现状分析

本文介绍了我国再生铝生产工艺流程,全面分析了我国铝再生的冶金质量现状和不足之处,指出了净化变质是制约我国再生铝生产发展的主要障碍,认为要使我国再生铝生产上新台阶,就必须加大技改力度,加大新工艺新设备的投入。
